Julia Roberts and Hayden Panettiere attended the premiere of their new movie ‘Fireflies in the Garden’ last night in Los Angeles. They both look pretty good. Julia looks amazing, it’s hard to believe she’s 43!
Where’s Ryan Reynolds? He’s in the movie – but he wasn’t at the premiere – and he also didn’t surface at the press junket earlier this month. Seems strange he’s M.I.A. Maybe the movie sucks?
The movie was filmed back in 2007, and has sat on the shelf ever since (never a good sign). Speaking to the Los Angeles Times about the wait Julia said: ‘As frustrating and agonizing and confusing as the years have been I feel it has all been worth the effort.’
The film tells the story of the Taylor family who are devastated by an accident that takes place on the day Lisa Taylor, the mother, is due to graduate from college, decades after leaving to raise her children.
The Today Show aired a clip this morning of the interview 22-year-old Sara Leal gave US Weekly. Sara is the alleged mistress of Ashton Kutcher.
Yesterday we read the interview, which US Weekly claims they didn’t pay her for. They may not have paid for the interview, but you can believe they paid for the photos of her. I’d even go so far as to say she got her entire $250,000 asking price for the pictures.
Anyway, Sara went into details of her night with Ashton, claiming after hot tubbing together, the couple had sex twice, for over 2 hours, and without protection. In the interview Sara tried to come off as some sort of victim, claiming Ashton told her he was separated – and she felt that he seduced her.
But in this video – it’s pretty obvious she’s exactly the kind of girl who would go home with celebrity the whole world knows is married. In the video, she even looks to be proud of what she had done.
According to Radar, Demi is preparing to file for divorce. While Ashton has been wearing his wedding ring, tweeting his wife, and telling coworkers on the set of ‘Two and a Half Men’ that he’s still married, it may not even matter anymore. A source tells Radar that Ashton “is hoping they can work it out,” and is “asking Demi not to file for divorce, but there is nothing he can do to stop her.”
Here’s something that might shock you. Don Draper and his secretary-turned-wife, aren’t going to last. Well, who actually knows, but I have to believe that somehow – sometime – Don and Betty will be back together. From the looks of these new pictures from the set, Don and his new bride are not getting along very well.
Courtney Love continues to reveal details about the first time she slept with Kurt Cobain. What’s interesting – is she actually intended on sleeping with Billy Corgan from the Smashing Pumpkins – but ended up with Kurt instead.
In an except from the book, printed by New York magazine about the behind-the-scenes of Nirvana’s first video for “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” singer Courtney Love recalled the first time she and late husband, Kurt Cobain slept together.
“The first time Kurt and I slept together was at a Days Inn in Chicago,” she explained. “We were having our first post coital moment, and we’re watching MTV and the video [Smells Like Teen Spirit] came on. I pulled away from him, because it was his video, his moment, he was the king of the f**king world, and he put his arm around me and pulled me closer. Which was symbolic, like, “I’m letting you into my life. That really endeared him to me.”
The singer confessed the next time she saw the video with Kurt was at the Omni Northstar Hotel in Minneapolis.
“I’d flown there to f**k Billy Corgan, who still had lots of hair. I didn’t even know Nirvana were playing that night,” Courtney explained. “Kurt and I wound up at the Northstar, and our daughter, Frances, was basically made that night.”
Love and Cobain were married in Hawaii on February 24, 1992 and welcomed their daughter Frances Bean, on August 18th.
Recently, Love told Vanity Fair just how angry she still is with her late husband, who committed suicide in 1994.
“Mad? Ya think?! If he came back right now I’d have to kill him for, what he did to us. I’d f**king kill him. I’d f**k him, and then I’d kill him,” she confessed to the magazine. “He OD’d at least five times. I was the f**king E.M.S. I was always sticking pins in his balls. I carried around Narrcan!”
I like that she points out how Billy “had lots of hair” when she was going to sleep with him.

This is the BEST news! I’m obsessed with ‘Boardwalk Empire’. Absolutely OBSESSED! The Hollywood Reporter revealed this afternoon that HBO has decided to renew the hit show for a third season.
The period drama starring Steve Buscemi opened its second season to 2.9 million viewers last month, and has been a critical darling for the network, picking up eight Emmys, including outstanding directing for a drama for Martin Scorsese.
From Terence Winter and Scorsese, the Prohibition drama revolves around Buscemi’s scheming Nucky Thompson as he rules over Atlantic City, battling fellow mobsters and other dirty politicians looking for a piece of the illegal alcohol business.
“Following a triumphant first season, I was eager to see what Terry Winter, Martin Scorsese and the rest of their stellar team had in store, and they continue to surpass our highest expectations,” HBO programming president Michael Lombardo said Wednesday in announcing the news. “The response from the media and our viewers has been extremely gratifying.”
The series also picked up a pair of Golden Globes for best drama and best actor for Buscemi, as well as SAG honors for its ensemble cast and for Buscemi.
