Lindsay Lohan could be in some serious trouble when she faces Judge Stephanie Sautner, TMZ has learned. According to insiders, Lindsay is facing nearly a year-and-a-half for violating her probation!

We’re told the computations are complicated, because Lindsay has had so many cases. But based on the 120 day suspended sentence for shoplifting, time served under house arrest, and her prior DUIs, Lindsay could be thrown in jail for a long, long time.

We’ve learned Lindsay MUST be in court Wednesday to face the judge … and the judge has lots of questions, including why Lindsay was a no-show 9 times at the Downtown Women’s Center, where she was performing her community service. And the judge will almost certainly want to know why Lindsay didn’t comply with the order to spend a minimum of 4 hours at a time when she showed up at the Women’s Center.

TMZ broke the story, Lindsay was booted from the Women’s Center because of all the problems and reassigned to the American Red Cross.

And one more thing. The judge will almost certainly ask Lindsay why she didn’t meet with her shrink every Monday for 1 hour, as required by court order. Lindsay claims she did a bunch of therapy sessions by phone.

Lindsay has taken to Twitter to respond to all these new accusations. She wrote: “I am not to be made an example of anymore. I am working hard and fulfilling my obligations every single day, to the court as well as myself. If I travel, its for work and its been approved. As is anything I do when I leave the state. I’d appreciate it if people will just let me do what is asked of me, so that I can get my life back. Please ignore the reports which have no truth to them. Thank you.”

When I saw this music video online this morning, I thought it had to be a parody. But apparently – it’s legit! Here is ‘Heart2Heart’s’ new single ‘Facebook Official’. If you like it, you can even buy their album here!

Former NSYNC member Lance Bass has created a new boy band called Heart2Heart.

While the video looks like it cost someone some major cash, it’s not certain if the group, with their Justin Bieber meets 2001 style and song called “Facebook Official” is a real musical group or a parody. According to The Prophet Blog, the group’s frontman David Lehre aka Chad Future, is a filmmaker who has a history of creating boy band parody videos.

But with lyrics like, “Will you friend me this request/agree to my terms of service/the message has been sent/and all I want to do is put a heart on your page/a heart on your page/Lets make it official/baby you and me, you and me/Facebook official,” Heart2Heart is well on their way to becoming the next Rebecca Black.

In June, Bass told New York magazine he had sold six reality show, including one to VH1 that would be a music show starring all your favorite boy bands.

“I got a member from the Backstreet Boys, A.J. McLean. A member from *NSYNC, Joey Fatone. A member from New Kids on the Block, Joe McIntyre. And a member from New Edition, Bobby Brown,” he said. “They’re all going to form a boy band, each, from the most talented guys in America that I’ve scouted, and then they’ll go head-to-head in a competition to see who the best band is, so it’s bragging rights for the guy in the group, for sure.”

Perhaps the show didn’t pan out and Heart2Heart is what he came up with instead.

I can’t wait to see this. I’m turning into a HUGE Fassbender fan. Lately, anything I see with him in it, I’m loving. Yesterday I grabbed a blanket, snuggled in and watched ‘Jane Eyre’. I absolutely LOVED it – and loved him in it!

The “are they – or aren’t they” rumors are finally confirmed. YES, George Clooney and actress Stacy Keibler ARE dating. The two have been dating under the radar for the last couple months, and this is their first public appearance as a couple. At last night’s New York Film Festival premiere of The Descendents, George proudly stepped out with his new lady.

The couple began quietly dating in late summer after Clooney split with ex-girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis.

32-year-old Keibler looked amazing last night, in a tight black dress. Clooney, 50, kept his arm tightly around her waist as they posed for pictures.

After Keibler departed the carpet, her Oscar-winning man was fairly mum about their hot romance, although he did tell us Weekly he’d never go for a stint on Dancing With the Stars as Keibler (and Canalis) both did. “I’m a terrible dancer!”

He also gushed about his legendary, romantic home on Lake Como in Italy. “It’s one of the most beautiful places in the world!”

Two weekends ago, the twosome celebrated former WWE Diva’s birthday with a weekend trip to Cabo San Lucas. “Chasing the last days of ‘summer,’” Keibler Tweeted, calling the view from her pool “paradise.”

‘Heroes’ and ‘Star Trek’ actor Zachary Quinto has come out of the closet. What prompted the actor to come clean? It was in honor of a gay, bullied teen who committed suicide last month.

In a new interview with the New York Magazine over the weekend, Zachary comes clean.

In the wake of gay New York teenager Jamey Rodemeyer’s suicide last month, Zachary Quinto had a crisis of conscience. He realized that hiding his own sexuality was doing nothing for the greater cause of hope and acceptance.

The Heroes and Star Trek actor, 34, who came out as a gay man in a New York magazine interview this week, explained that decision Sunday in a candid blog post on his website.

Rodemeyer, 14, of the Buffalo suburb of Williamsville, N.Y., killed himself on Sept. 18 after years of bullying by classmates.

Quinto says he felt “indescribable despair” when he learned that Rodemeyer had made a video just months earlier for the “It gets better” project – the nationwide initiative to give hope to gay youth.

Zachary wrote in blog post:

when i found out that jamey rodemeyer killed himself – i felt deeply troubled. but when i found out that jamey rodemeyer had made an it gets better video only months before taking his own life – i felt indescribable despair.

i also made an it gets better video last year – in the wake of the senseless and tragic gay teen suicides that were sweeping the nation at the time. but in light of jamey’s death – it became clear to me in an instant that living a gay life without publicly acknowledging it – is simply not enough to make any significant contribution to the immense work that lies ahead on the road to complete equality.

our society needs to recognize the unstoppable momentum toward unequivocal civil equality for every gay lesbian bisexual and transgendered citizen of this country. gay kids need to stop killing themselves because they are made to feel worthless by cruel and relentless bullying. parents need to teach their children principles of respect and acceptance.

we are witnessing an enormous shift of collective consciousness throughout the world. we are at the precipice of great transformation within our culture and government. i believe in the power of intention to change the landscape of our society – and it is my intention to live an authentic life of compassion and integrity and action.

jamey rodemeyer’s life changed mine. and while his death only makes me wish that i had done this sooner – i am eternally grateful to him for being the catalyst for change within me. now i can only hope to serve as the same catalyst for even one other person in this world. that – i believe – is all that we can ask of ourselves and of each other.

Am I the only one who didn’t realize he was gay? Looks like a lot of people already knew it, he just never confirmed it. I don’t know why – but I was totally surprised by this news! I had no idea!
