After an already yearlong engagement to baseball player Brad Penny, Dancing with the Stars‘ Karina Smirnoff has reportedly postponed their wedding due to scheduling conflicts, says a source close to the couple.

“They are still together, but have conflicting schedules,” explains the source.

A homeless man in Hollywood stood with his sign on a corner and claims that “Just Go with It” actress Jennifer Aniston is the reason he’s on the street. The man reportedly goes by the name of Gregory A. Marsic who claims that when he was working as an extra on the set of “The Break Up” he was wrongfully accused of harassing a group of women and then kicked off set. His acting career is now over, apparently. After the incident being reported to security – the man wasn’t allowed back on set.

Allegedly, of course.

Actress Emma Watson has let fans know that she’ll be MIA for a while and not to expect to her in the press because she re-shifting her focus to her education once again. The ‘Harry Potter’ star has started her junior year at Oxford University in England, and for the next few months her studies will be her primary focus.

Welp, that didn’t take long. As we JUST reportedly, Susan Sarandon called Pope Benedict a “Nazi,” twice” during an interview at the Hamptons Film Festival, and not the largest Catholic civil right organization has commented on Susan’s words, calling the actress obscene.

TMZ spoke with Bill Donohue, President of the Catholic League, who told us, “Susan Sarandon’s quip about Pope Benedict XVI being a ‘Nazi’ bespeaks unparalleled ignorance.”

Donohue adds, “Joseph Ratzinger (the pope) was conscripted into the Nazi Youth the way every other 14-year-old German boy was at the time. Unlike most others, he not only refused to go to the compulsory meetings — he actually deserted the Hitler Youth! Which is precisely why Jews today regard him as a friend, not as an enemy.”

“In short, what Sarandon said is positively obscene.”

Hannah Montana star Mitchel Musso was busted early Sunday morning in Burbank, Calif., for a DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell us … 20-year-old Musso was pulled over at 3:43 AM Sunday … after he failed to slow down for cops who were directing traffic for an unrelated accident.

We’re told … cops approached Musso’s 2007 black Mercedes Benz and detected a “strong odor of alcohol.”

Musso — who also stars on the Disney hits “Pair of Kings” and “PrankStars” — was given a field sobriety test … and we’re told he performed poorly.

Law enforcement sources also tell us … Musso was given a breathalyzer test and blew WELL ABOVE .08 … the legal limit in CA for people who are OVER the age of 21.

Bail was set at $5,000 and released from custody in just a few hours.

We all should be expecting Susan Sarandon to be issuing an apology soon, seeing as how during an interview at the Hamptons Film Festival, the actress called Pope Benedict XVI a “Nazi”…twice.

During an interview at the Hamptons Film Festival, Sarandon was talking about sending the pope a copy of the book, “Dead Man Walking,” when she clarified …. “The last one [Pope John Paul II], not this Nazi one we have now.”

When interviewer Bob Balaban expressed disapproval, Sarandon reportedly said the Nazi comment AGAIN — drawing laughter from the audience.

The Pope’s PR people acknowledged that Benedict WAS a member of the Hitler Youth as a boy, a requirement at the time for German boys his age — but the rep insists he had no “active participation” in the group.
