Pictures of Lindsay Lohan arriving at court this morning!

Lindsay Lohan is quite possibly going back to jail. This morning the judge didn’t stand for any of her excuses, and promptly revoked her probation.

Lindsay is due back in court on November 2, where she’ll be sentenced.

Today bail was set at $100,000, Lindsay thought ahead and brought her bail bondsman to court with her.

Lindsay must complete 16 hours (2 8-hour days) of community service between now and November 2. She’ll do this at the city morgue.

PS: Lindsay’s wearing Fendi. Love it or hate it? :)

BREAKING: Lindsay Lohan’s probation REVOKED! Handcuffed in court and escorted out!!

video platformvideo managementvideo solutionsvideo player

This just in!! Lindsay Lohan got the book thrown at her in court this morning!! Judge Stephanie Sautner has decided to revoke Lindsay’s probation – and had her cuffed on the spot! She set a new hearing for November 2, when Lindsay could end up getting as much as a year and a half in jail!!

Judge Sautner said Lindsay Lohan was completely responsible for being thrown out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where the judge told her she must complete probation.

The judge concluded Lindsay violated her probation, scoffing time after time, incredulously reading from the Probation Report — the section where Lindsay told the Probation officer she didn’t find the Women’s Center “fulfilling.”

The Judge also doubted Lindsay attended sessions with her shrink once a week, as the Judge required.

The judge dismissed Shawn Holley’s argument that Lindsay had to leave town to work, and that’s why she missed a number of community service appointments, saying, “She’s supposed to be an actress, from what I hear.”

Judge Sautner recalled all the screw ups Lindsay has had in her court cases, reminding Holley that “Probation is a Gift.”

As we reported, Lindsay’s bail bondsman appeared in court and will be bailing her out shortly.

The judge could barely contain her contempt for the Probation Dept., which gave Lindsay a glowing report. Judge Sautner said the Probation Dept. had no authority to send Lindsay to the Red Cross to do her community service and said Lindsay would not get credit for the time she served there.

Before Lindsay was taken away in cuffs, the judge said Lindsay must complete 16 hours at the morgue before the November 2 hearing.

Although Lindsay could get sentenced to nearly a year and a half in jail, a frustrated Judge Sautner noted new laws and overcrowding would make such a sentence unlikely.

WOW! I’m shocked! How about you?

Concert Review: Foster the People in Portland, Oregon!

I got the immense pleasure of seeing ‘Foster the People‘ when they stopped by Portland, Oregon last Wednesday. The tour appeared to have sold out virtually everywhere, including Portland, so I fought hard to get tickets to the show! About a week before the show I got word that I did get tickets – and I was beyond thrilled!

After the release of “Pumped Up Kicks” earlier this summer, I quickly bought their debut album, ‘Torches’. I listened to it over and over and over – all summer long, and it has quickly become my favorite album of 2011. I don’t talk about albums on here unless I really, really love them. And this is one of those albums that I obsess over. I have my Pandora station on ‘Foster the People’ and I NEVER change it. I love every song on the album!

FTP started the show with my FAVORITE song, ‘Houdini’. From the very first song, I knew I was in for the show of a lifetime. They put on quite possibly the best concert I’ve seen in a long time. I’ve always said ‘Mumford & Sons’ was my favorite live show (still is) but FTP comes in a VERY close second. I believe they played ever single song off their hit album.

There wasn’t a single person holding still the entire show. I tried to find a good video of the show, but everyone was dancing and moving so much – it’s hard to get a grasp at how amazing the concert really was!

Their US tour is wrapping up this week – and then they’re heading overseas for a MAJOR tour. If you live outside the US – check here to see when they’re coming to you!

PS: If you live in Vegas – there are still tickets available for that show – go HERE to buy!

If for some crazy reason you don’t have their album yet, drop what you’re doing and buy it NOW!

You should also follow them on Twitter and Facebook – like moi. OR visit their website for all other information!

Have I mentioned how much I love them? You have to pick up the album. Have I ever steered you wrong?

Here’s “Houdini” – my favorite track from the album:

PS: These pictures ended up being taken by my lovely brother Josh (pictured below) because my photographer was at home sick. Even though Josh can’t take pictures to save his life – he got some good shots, no?

We met a great guy, Kai, who took some great shots of the show. Check out his pictures here!

Huffington Post issues correction over claiming Bethenney Frankel isn’t worth $120 million

Bethenny Frankel has been doing a lot of fighting back lately against claims that she lied about being worth $120 million.

The Bravo reality star who turned her low calorie alcoholic drink into a major brand is denying reports by the Huffington Post that she only earned $8.1 million from the March 2011 sale of her Skinnygirl cocktail line.

Huffington Post has since offered a correction: “Our reporter misread the $8.1 million figure in the financial documents. As Forbes points out, the number refers to the amount of Skinnygirl attributed to goodwill, not the total purchase price. We regret the error.”

Beam Global, the company that bought Skinnygirl cocktail mix is also claiming that the Huffington Post misread the company’s August 5, 2011 quarterly report.

“It’s completely inaccurate,” Frankel said. “I’ve never wanted to discuss my net worth, but I’ve been quite successful. I would never allow my fans to believe something that wasn’t true.”

Frankel is furious that the article insulted her business acumen – after all she knows about money.

“That would mean I sold the brand for $8 a case. That’s actually moronic,” the reality star told the HR. “I have other issues in my life, but making money is not one of them.”

Frankel had never confirmed that the deal was worth $120 million – but she never denied that number either.

“The whole thing is a joke. I would never allow my brand to be misrepresented. It was irresponsible journalism and misleading to the average person,” Frankel says. “Next week it will probably come out that Skinnygirl cocktails have no alcohol in them.”

I’m with Frankel on this one. That’s a pretty big snafu. Bethenny was skewered in the public eye – for claiming she was worth more than she earned. So she must feel pretty vindicated this morning!

Here are pictures of Bethenny out with her daughter Brynn in NYC.

Kristen Stewart injured on the set of ‘Snow White’!

Kristen Stewart was injured yesterday while filming Snow White and the Huntsman on Tuesday. Actor Max Manganello, who plays a solider in the film, tweeted the news.

“It’s a wrap for today. Kristen hurt herself,” he wrote, clarifying, “Nothing scary… We shoot [again] on Friday.” (The tweet has since been deleted.)

Robert Pattinson’s girlfriend, 21, described her role as the iconic fairytale character to MTV News: “It’s not a little girl sitting by a well with little tweety birds telling her what to do and where to go. [The costume] makes you feel kind of strong occasionally, sometimes, but I kind of feel tiny, my pinhead sticks out of these enormous things.”

Snow White and the Huntsman also stars Chris Hemsworth as the Huntsman, Sam Claflin as Prince Charmant and Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen. The film is slated to premiere in 2012.

I can’t wait to get a peek at Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen. I think it’s genius casting!

Katherine Heigl returning to TV?

Looks like Katherine Heigl is returning to TV, only this time as a producer.

The CW has placed an order for a possible drama to be executive-produced by Katherine Heigl and her mother Nancy via their Abishag production company.

The series, currently titled “Trending,” is based on the 2006 Cynthia Langston novel “Bicoastal Babe,” about a young woman who lands at a job at an advertising agency spotting trends, despite her ineptitude at doing so.

On top of her career difficulties, she also must contend with a messy romantic life.

Gren Wells, who penned the Kate Hudson/Gael Garcia Bernal rom-com “A Little Bit of Heaven,” will write as well as executive-produce.

As previously reported, Heigl is also developing an adaptation of Ann Hood’s 2007 novel “The Knitting Circle,” in which she’ll also star, for HBO.

News of “Trending” being purchased by the CW was first reported by Deadline.

Here are pictures of Katherine having lunch with her mom, Nancy and sister Meg at Rockwell eatery in Los Feliz. Oh to be a fly on the wall.
