Lindsay Lohan was scheduled to show up at the morgue this morning at 8:00 am to serve her community service. At 7:40, Lindsay’s assistant called the morgue – and said they were 10 minutes away. ONE HOUR LATER, Lindsay arrived (8:40am), and she was immediately turned away.

Lindsay’s publicist, who says she arrived approximately 20 minutes late, and her tardiness was due to “a combination of not knowing what entrance to go through and confusion caused by the media waiting for her arrival.”  The publicist says Lindsay spoke with supervisors at the morgue, they showed her how to get in tomorrow so things are now OK.

Lindsay just tweeted: “With all of the stress and pressure from yesterday and today, I’ve never been so happy to go to therapy!!!! Also, I’m sorry for the confusion that I may of caused to those at the Coroner’s office. Won’t happen again, now I know where to go! Thank you for your help.”

I don’t buy that she couldn’t figure out how to get into the morgue. That’s ridiculous. If that were the case, Lindsay’s assistant would have called once they arrived – and said “Hey, we’re here – but we can’t figure out where to come in.” To think that she spent 40 minutes trying to get into the place is ridiculous.

Not only are Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel back together – but they’re having dinner with the parents!

The on-again couple were spotted leaving dinner with Justin’s parents last night.

I’m starting to really think Lindsay Lohan MUST have some serious mental health problems.

Lindsay Lohan went before a judge only yesterday and was found guilty of violating her probation. The judge came down on Lindsay pretty hard, and ordered Lindsay to report this morning for community service at the city morgue.

Guess what!? Lindsay didn’t show!!! At 8:45am – just about half an hour ago, Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter told reporters Lindsay was a no-show on her first day — and now, she’ll have to face the judge’s wrath.

Sources at the morgue tell TMZ … Lindsay was scheduled to be at the morgue at 8 AM. At 7:40, Lindsay’s assistant called to say they were 10 minutes away. By 8:20, she was still a no-show.

So officials at the Coroner’s Office have decided if Lindsay eventually shows up they will turn her away.

And it gets way worse for Lindsay. We’re told the Coroner’s Office will notify Probation’s Volunteer Center — which monitors her probation — that Lindsay screwed up again, and the judge will then be notified.

It’s not a violation for her not to show today … the judge only required that Lindsay put in 16 hours at the morgue by Nov 2. But it’s awful for Lindsay and her lawyer, who will try to convince the judge that she’s not thumbing her nose at authority.

Lindsay, Lindsay, Lindsay. I read yesterday that a particular “expert” said she’s a habitual criminal who cannot be rehabilitated. I’m starting to think he is right!

Pretty much everyone at this point is confirming Jessica Simpson is pregnant, except Jessica herself. Why hasn’t she come forward yet? According to several sources, she’s holding out for money. She’s reportedly asking for half a million dollars to reveal her pregnancy.

Sources tell Page Six, Jessica’s manager-father, Joe Simpson is refusing to confirm the pregnancy until they’ve inked a magazine deal.

The the singer/fashion designer and mentor on NBC’s “Fashion Star” had been shopping a deal to the celebrity weeklies to announce the news and sell the eventual baby photos.

We’re told the Simpsons were asking up to $500,000 to close the deal. And Jessica has been hiding an obvious bump in recent photos to keep showbiz’s worst kept secret.

Last night OK! posted the cover story, “Yes, I’m Having A Baby.” Jessica is engaged to former NFL star Eric Johnson, but the wedding date hasn’t been revealed.

“We’re enjoying our commitment to each other,” Simpson said recently. “We want to take our time … We might elope if it gets to that point.”

A rep for Simpson had no comment.

I’m finding this story a bit hard to believe. I think there are several magazines that would pay that kind of money to have this “scoop”. Jessica is constantly on magazine covers, so she must sell copies. I think if she were holding out for $$$ – we’d have confirmation by now. I don’t know. What do you think? You think she can land $500,000 for the pregnancy confirmation? Is that the hold up? Or is there a chance she’s just not pregnant!?

17-year-old Ali Lohan lands her first magazine cover as a model. Lindsay Lohan’s sister graced the cover of Fault Magazine’s winter 2011 issue.

Ali is practically unrecognizable in several of the pictures. But I think she looks pretty good… don’t you agree?

She’s come under fire for her recent weight loss, but the fashion industry doesn’t appear to think Ali Lohan is too thin. Lindsay Lohan’s 17-year-old sister has landed her first double cover since signing a contract with NEXT Model Management in August.

The pictures belie a maturity far beyond Ali’s tender years; with her black bob, heavy brows and strongly applied makeup, she looks at least ten years older.

It has been suggested that her new look is the result of plastic surgery, though her sister has defended her against criticism.

‘I love how haters pick on my sister yet every runway model is just as thin! My sister is gorgeous and I’m so proud of her and her career!!!!’ Lindsay Lohan tweeted recently. She denied rumors that Ali had work done on her face, after a plastic surgeon offered his opinion that her new look was the result of botox and fillers, and is vehement that her 5 foot 8 sibling isn’t underweight.

The NEXT agency has also denied the reports. Alexis Bores, the agency director of the modelling firm, told E! News: ‘Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery. As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape.’

Lindsay Lohan has another mugshot to add to her collection!

Lindsay smiled for the Los Angeles police officers yesterday when she took her FIFTH mugshot after her probation was revoked. According to Judge Stephanie Saunter, Lindsay didn’t follow the court’s orders to serve community service at a women’s shelter.

Her bail was set at $100,000, which she paid after being led out of the courtroom in handcuffs.

A new hearing is set for November 2, when Lindsay will learn her fate. Will she be sent back to jail?
