Pregnant actres and singer Hilary Duff is already lining up her post baby projects, saying that she’s ready to jump back into the studio and work on releasing her first album since 2007. She and ice hockey player husband Mike Comrie are expecting their baby boy early next year, but she’s ready to join the rankings and take her place as a pop princess once again. She told E! online:

“I want to get into the studio. I want to start recording. Even if I just mess around and kind of get myself in the swing of it. Before I got pregnant I was thinking about making a record, so I still want to do that.”

“I think that after I have the baby I’ll want to sit still for a few months and learn how to be a really good mom and then there’s no reason why I can’t put a record out and tour… It might take a little while but I’m really excited about it.”

When Britney Spears wanted real-life boyfriend Jason Trawick in her music video for her new single ‘Criminal,’ director Chris Marrs Piliero told MTV that he thought the idea was terrible when he was first approached with it.

“When she first hit me up, she had a basic story in mind, and she actually always originally planned to have Jason, her boyfriend, play the role, and I wasn’t super stoked on that idea at first, actually.

“I wanted to make a really rad, epic video, and I definitely got the sense from her she wanted something really cool. And in my mind, I was just thinking then, ‘We really should not be using your boyfriend; we should get an actor.’ So, I mean, I didn’t say that, but in the back of my mind, I’m like, ‘I don’t like this idea at all.’”

“At the end of the day, Jason killed it. That was one of those things I was really stoked (about), as much as I went into it like, ‘Wow, he’s not an actor. This is going to be interesting,’ but I really do like a challenge, and I really do like the idea that I’m a director and my job is to direct and get the performance.

“For me, it was a fun challenge to be like, ‘I’m gonna make sure that you are awesome,’ and he was.”

Friends star Matthew Perry is putting his L.A. home back on the market, listing his elaborate Sunset Strip property at $5.7 million. It looks like Matthew is getting rid of his unnecessary digs seeing as how it’s just been weeks after he listed his beachfront Malibu estate for $13.5 million.

As far as the Sunset Strip property goes, it’s listed as such:

The impressive mid-century two-level home – which has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms – has over 3,600 square feet of living space and expansive outdoor areas.

All rooms have amazing views which span from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean.

The main living area has a log burning fireplace, built-in plasma screen TV and sliding glass walls which open out onto the home’s pool area and the property has lots of glass and white washed walls making it incredibly light.

The actor reportedly plaid $1.7 million for the home in 2006, so tyhat means he’s looking at a hefty $4 million profit if he’s able to sell at the asking price.

As well as putting his Sunset Strip and Malibu properties on the market, Matthew recently sold his West Hollywood condo in the Sierra Towers for just under $3 million.

However, the 42-year-old actor is not homeless as he recently splashed out on a $8.65 million Sunset Strip home.

Lindsay Lohan is back in the hotseat after being 20 minutes late for her community service this morning, and the troubled actress claimed that she couldn’t find the entrance to the morgue where she was supposed to serve.

Lindsay’s rep, Steve Honig: “Lindsay arrived at the morgue approximately 20 minutes late and will be returning for orientation tomorrow. Her lateness was due to a combination of not knowing what entrance to go through and confusion caused by the media waiting for her arrival. Lindsay spoke with the supervisors at the morgue, they showed her how to get in and everything is all cleared up.”

Lindsay: “With all of the stress and pressure from yesterday and today, I’ve never been so happy to go to therapy!!!! Also, I’m sorry for the confusion that I may of caused to those at the Coroner’s office. Won’t happen again, now I know where to go! Thank you for your help.”

Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said Lindsay’s a big fat liar because she’s been to the morgue before and knows exactly where the entrance is.

Ed spoke to reporters outside the morgue on Thursday morning and said there’s no way Lindsay couldn’t find the entrance, because she’s been to the Coroner’s office in the past.

Demi Lovato and father Patrick Lovato have been estranged for some time, and now the cancer ailing dad is reaching out to the media to plead with his daughter hoping to mend the strained relationship. Patrick and Demi’s mother, Dianna, are divorced, and the father who now lives in New Mexico is hoping that his daughter will hear his cries and give him a call.

“I love her so much, and I just want her to call me,” Patrick said.  “This is the only way I can talk to her, I try to reach her but it never works.”

“It is not like I want anything from her, all I want is her love,” he said.

Papa Patrick claims that Demi called him in November 2010 during her treatment and they spoke about his cancer and her recovery. He also claims that he’s hoping to mend the relationship with Demi’s older sister Dallas as well.

“She told me she loved me, she really loves her daddy,” he said. “She told me she’s getting better.”

“All I’ve got here is my dog Daytona but I’ve offered to let Demi come and stay here any time she wants.

“My health isn’t what it used to be and I know my daughter loves her daddy, so please call me Demi,” he pleaded.

He hopes his pleas won’t go unheard.

“I’m so proud that she’s doing what she did, I knew the day she was born that she was special to me, but I didn’t know she would be so special to so many people.”

“I don’t think I can go much longer without hearing from my two daughters,” the heartbroken father said.
