Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi may be in love, but they aren’t joining the rakings of the Hollywood gay couples that are adopting children to expand their families. In her third book, Seriously…I’m Kidding, Ellen discusses why she and Portia have decided against having kids.

“People are constantly asking Portia and me if we are going to have children. We thought about it. We love to be around children after they’ve been fed and bathed. But we ultimately decided that we don’t want children of our own. There is far too much glass in our house.”

“We have two dogs, Mabel and Wolf, and three cats at home, Charlie, George and Chairman. We have two cats on our farm, Tom and Little Sister, two horses, and two mini horses, Hannah and Tricky. We also have two cows, Holy and Madonna,” DeGeneres writes. “And those are only the animals we let sleep in our bed.”

The couple married back in 2008 during that brief time when same-sex marriage was legal in California.

Dina Lohan is writing a memoir, and she’s ready to expose all the inner-problems of her troubled daughter Lindsay. TMZ obtained a copy of the book’s prologue, claims that the book is currently being shopped around to different publishers. Dina reportedly opens the book with her struggles in defining the fine line between being Lindsay’s mother and her manager, and obvious line that she’s blurred somewhere along the way.

“I blamed her friends, her career and her handlers for an [sic] newfound lifestyle of partying excessively. Drinking, drugging and behaving irresponsibly became Lindsay’s way of daily living — and it tore me up inside,.”

The Hills stars Jason Wahler and Lauren Conrad had a whirlwind, on-screen reality television romance, and when Us Weekly recently caught up with the often troubled reality star, he told them that he and his ex have been on good terms lately.

Before Beyonce was with child, she joined forces with First Lady Michelle Obama‘s ‘Let’s Move’ campaign that encouraged not just kids, but everyone, to get off their butts and exercise. The fit and fabulous 47-year-old first lady recently revealed that during her frequent trips to the gym, she likes to jam out to Beyonce’s songs while working on her fitness.

“I always love Beyonce, so anything fast-paced that she’s doing is a good one for me,” Michelle said. “But I have very eclectic tastes, so my playlist on my iPod, which I listen to, runs from fast paced to a little more mellow.”

Michelle has been longtime fan of the pregnant pop star, who performed at her husband Barack‘s presidential inauguration in January 2009.

Though Michelle finds inspiration from Beyonce’s biggest hits, the First Lady encouraged the country to “listen to whatever you like and whatever is going to get you motivated.”

Duane Chapman, most affectionately and professionally known and ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter,’ finds himself on the naughty side of a restraining order, issued by Travis Mimms, the father of his grandson. Travis had a son with Duane’s daughter Barbara-Katie Chapman who unexpectedly died in a car accident at 23-years-old back in 2006. Both Mimms and his girlfriend have been granted a temporary restraining order against Duane and his bounty hunter wife Beth as well.

“There is a lot going on,” Mimms told Star magazine on Friday, confirming that he obtained the TRO but refusing to elaborate. “I can’t talk about it at the moment.”

Mimms is the father of Dog’s 9-year-old grandson, also named Travis, and Star has learned exclusively that the two adults had a falling out more than a year ago but recently reconnected.

At one point Mimms worked for Chapman, whose A&E reality TV show has been on air since 2004.

The restraining order was issued in Hawaii, where all the parties reside.

Things weren’t always so bad. At one point Mimms worked for Duane, and the bounty hunter also paid for Mimms’ living expenses and housing.

Chapman’s daughter Barbara-Katie gave custody of her son to Duane one year before she died. She was battling a drug problem at the time and one source tells Star that she did not want Travis raising their son. But six months after Barbara-Katie died Travis approached the Chapmans and asked to be in his son’s life. The Chapmans helped him financially and eventually Travis started caring for the child full time.

Milla Jovovich is steaming mad, and it’s because she says that her latest movie’s own producers are behind some conspiracy plot to sabotage the film. She claims that Summit Entertainment has been purposefully slacking in promoting Three Musketeers, and she took to her Twitter account this morning to voice her frustrations. Loudly.

“’3 musketeers’ opens in the US 2night! Do you think ppl know abt the movie?”

“I think ‘summit’ hve swept ’3 Musketeers’, a grt family adventure film, under the rug in the US. Shame on them. SHAME ON YOU ‘SUMMIT.’”

Milla then suggests Summit made so much money off the “Twilight” flicks, they’ve lost their fire to properly promote anything else …. writing, “Are ‘summit’ promoting it as a family adventure movie? Or are they resting on their laurels from ‘twilight’ n making no effort? Let me know!”
