Heidi Klum stopped by “The Late Show” last night to talk with Jay Leno, and promote ‘Project Runway’. Of course Jay asked her about her recent 3-month family vacation across Europe. Klum, her husband Seal, and their children hit up places like Ibiza and the Amalfi Coast.

Leno, of course, must whip out some paparazzi pictures of a bikini-clad Klum from her vacay and ask her the random question, “Now how many bathing suits do you bring when you got on a trip?”

Well, Heidi admits, “I bring more bottoms than actually tops and bottoms. I’m surprised you have photos of me wearing the top.”

Jay perks up: “You have photos of you without the top?”

“Yeah, I don’t really like to wear tops because I hate tan lines!”

See, it’s basic practice in Italy, Heidi says — they don’t care if you wear, say, a tiny red Speedo like her husband Seal did nor do they care if you have top on.

“You see, I’m Italian, I don’t care if you have your top on either,” deadpans Jay.

Madonna arrived at the Venice Film Festival wearing a simple black dress and a big smile. No doubt she is excited (and anxious) for people to see her film W.E. which is premiering at the festival. The plot is centered around the tale of Wallis Simpson and King Edward but it’s a modern take on the story and of course, there’s a twist.

This movie marks Madonna’s second stab at directing. Her first attempt, 2008′s Filth and Wisdom didn’t go down so well so all eyes are on Madge. Can she pull it off?

Taylor Lautner hasn’t had much time to himself lately, and even now that the Twilight saga is over, he still doesn’t seem to have much downtime in the future. in his spread for VMan magazine, he discussed traveling, being busy, and making close friendships with his Twilight costars:

“If I’m not filming, I’m promoting, and if it wasn’t Twilight, it was a different movie, so it got really busy. But yeah, no, I, you know, I hang out with my friends, family, and kind of just – I don’t even know,” he tells Vman. “It’s like, when I am not filming, it seems like – I don’t even know what I do.”

And before Twilight, Taylor didn’t get out very much.

“I hadn’t explored much besides Michigan and California,” the Abduction star reveals. “When I am traveling the world promoting the films I say I am on vacation, but it’s not really true, I guess – because when I go to a beautiful city I spend the whole time in a hotel room and then I am back on a plane to the next place.”

But at least he had his Twilight family with him!

“It was really helpful that all of us were going through the same thing at the same time,” he says. “I think if we didn’t have that sort of relationship it would have been tough. It would have felt pretty lonely. Because when you are filming for these Breaking Dawn movies, we were filming for seven months – and if you’re there alone the whole time even with the cast members, like on a day off, or on weekends, you’d go nuts.”

Attempting to appear sensitive to the circumstances surrounding Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Russell Armstrong’s death, the Bravo network is reportedly planning on airing a suicide special prior to the premiere of the RHOBH new season. Russell’s mother, John Ann Hotchkiss, spoke out against Bravo’s decision, asking them not to kill her son twice:

“When I first heard of [the suicide special] I thought, I hope Bravo takes the high road and keep it tasteful,” she said in a statement to HLN’s Jane Velez-Mitchell on Wednesday.

“Let’s not murder my son twice,” she added firmly.

Camille Grammer, Adrienne Maloof, Kyle and Kim Richards and Lisa Vanderpump appeared without talking points, without prompts and without their grieving co-star Taylor Armstrong to tape the brief interview that will air before the Season 2 premiere.

Hotchkiss has been very vocal about her son’s suicide, placing the blame on his involvement with RHOBH.

“I watched it slowly destroy their marriage,” she said in a previous interview on HLN.

“Before the new season even started, before he took his life, he said, ‘Mom, they’re just going to crucify me this season,’ ” Hotchkiss explained. “He said, ‘I don’t know what to do. I’ll never survive it.’ I thought he meant businesswise or something,” Hotchkiss said. “Perhaps there was a double meaning there. I don’t know.”

Chaz Bono‘s Dancing with the Stars partner Lacey Schwimmer talks being paired up with the first transgendered contestant for the ABC network’s hit show. She spoke with Phoenix radio’s ‘Johnjay and Rich,’ for KISS-FM, saying Chaz is indeed all man:

“The fact of the matter is, he’s a full man, in every shape or form,” she said of her partner. “Everybody should just get over it and accept him and accept him as a human being … he’s so brave and its really good to be a part of it with him!”

Schwimmer said some of the portmanteau nicknames people have suggested for the team are “Schwimbomo, Team Schwaz and Team Boner.”

“I think he’s gonna shock people with his performance,” Schwimmer said. “I’ve seen progress and potential, and for me, that’s exciting as a teacher.”

Schwimmer said she thinks Chaz is “gonna touch a lot of people’s hearts.”

Earlier this week, Bono told GMA he “wouldn’t have even felt comfortable dancing with a male dance partner.”

Rihanna is steaming mad over a deal gone bad – a deal that involveds her newly purchased$6.9 million Beverly Hills mansion. The Loud singer is suing the previous owner, inspector, and real estate agents, claiming that she got dupped into buying a home that was sub par, especially for the multi-million dollar price tag:

Rihanna just filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming she bought a 2-story home in Bev Hills in 2009 for $6.9 mil … after the seller claimed she was not aware of any major defects with the property.

But Rihanna claims the woman was lying — and knew about all sorts of problems with the home … including numerous waterproofing defects, evidence of water intrusion and other construction defects.

According to the docs, Rihanna’s home was hit by a “moderate rainstorm” in January 2010 … but because of the defects, water leaked into multiple rooms … causing some serious damage.

Rihanna claims she got screwed — because “the actual value of the property at the time of purchase, taking into consideration the extensive construction defects … was millions of dollars less” than the price she paid for it.

When one pays $6.9 million for a mansion, it should be in pristine condition. Just sayin’.
