Singing sensation Adele graces the covers of British Vogue magazine, and the 23-year-old talent revealed that even having much experience performing in front of large crowds, she still gets nervous a literally sick to her stomach before taking to the stage:
As 23 year-old singing sensation Adele is a hit not only here but in her homeland across the pond as well, she opened up in a cover magazine story about her pre-show ritual, the industry’s obsession with weight and a conscious decision to be single. Find out more after the jump!
“I puke quite a lot before going on stage. Though never actually on stage. But then, I s— myself before everything…the bigger the freak-out, the more I enjoy the show!”
She also mentioned the entertainment industry’s obsession with weight doesn’t exactly faze her since it all points back to negativity. She noted, “I’ve seen people where it rules their lives, who want to be thinner…and how it wears them down. And I don’t want that in my life. I have insecurities, of course, but I don’t hang out with anyone who points them out to me.”
Lastly, this singleton said having a love life is distracting. “I do get massively distracted when I’ve got someone in my life, which I can’t afford to do right now.” Besides, no one treats me as well as I do.”
The issue is available in the U.K. on 9/8.

Actress Lindsay Lohan has been holding onto a secret: she’s been taking court-ordered shoplifting classes in light of her ‘jewelry incident.’ A source claims that even though she’s been complying with the classes, she hasn’t quite yet begun her community service:
But, although Lindsay has been taking the shoplifting classes, she has yet to make a significant dent in her whopping 360 hours of court-ordered community service at the Downtown Women’s Center.
“Lindsay has completed around 45 hours of her service at the women’s shelter. Lindsay does have a full year to comply with all terms of her community service.”
Lindsay also has to do 100 hours at the Los Angeles County morgue. “Lindsay is dreading that aspect the most,” the insider says.
Lindsay must appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner on October 19 for a progress report.
And, despite reports that indicate it’s a done deal, Lohan’s publicist Steve Honig tells RadarOnline.com that Lindsay still hasn’t officially signed on to be part of the upcoming John Gotti biopic. “Hopefully Lindsay will be signed on very soon,” Honig says.
The morgue?! Ugh. Side note: Her publicist has to be the hardest working person in Hollywood.

The youngest and only male Kardashian siblings is gearing up for his Dancing with the Stars, but it’s being reported that because Rob is a bit nervous, he’s been upsetting his partner by not putting in as much work as other pairs:
Sources close to the show tell us Rob is very nervous and has refused to rehearse longer than 2 hours with Cheryl Burke — while most of the contestants are logging more than 5 hour practices.
We’re told Cheryl is “fed up” with what she perceives to be Rob’s lack of interest in the show.
But Rob is still talking a big game … because we’re told he’s bragging constantly to big sis Kim that he will top her ‘DWTS’ performance by making it past week 3.
We’ll see about that Rob.

After insulting American troops in his recent song ‘Let’s Be Real’ on the eve of the 10-year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, rapper Soulja Boy issued a formal apology for his insensitive statements on his blog:
As an artist, I let my words get the best of me. Sometimes there are things that we feel, things that we want to express, and when we put them on paper and speak them out loud, they can come out wrong.
When I expressed my frustration with the US Army, not only did my words come out wrong, I was wrong to even speak them. So, I write this to give my sincerest apology to all members of the United States military services, as well as their families that were offended by my most recent lyrics.
As a young man who grew up in the post-9/11 era, I have watched our country fight two wars that seem like they are never going to end.
I have seen thousands and thousands of our brave men and women get killed in battle and often times, I think for what? A lot of people in this country are struggling to make ends meet and I think a lot about what if we had never gone to war.
Where would our economy be? Our schools, our after-school and work programs, our streets? I mean, damn, 48 people got shot in New York City just this past weekend … in 3 days … I’m not saying that it is just because of a bad economy, but at a certain point we have to take care of our own people.
In no way would I ever want to offend those who are protecting our freedoms … a lot of homeboys who I grew up with, a lot of people who come from the neighborhoods we live in … In no way do I want to hurt any of our honorable soldiers who put their lives at risk, regardless of how they feel about the two wars we fight in.
I am just frustrated that we haven’t been able to bring you all home quick enough and my frustration got the best of me. I am deeply sorry.

Demi Lovato may have had her share of hard times as of late, but it looks as if she has a new suitor! Rapper/actor and former Dancing with the Stars contestant Romeo Miller caught up with RumorFix and dropped down to one knee to propose marriage:
“Next time y’all see Demi Lovato, tell [her] Romeo said, ‘Hi,’ ” the 22-year-old said.
“Demi Lovato, if you see this, this is me proposing to you right now,” Romeo said to the camera. “I don’t got the ring, but that’s nothing. You know, I listen to Beyoncé‘s song, when she said ‘put a ring on it,’ so I got you!”
“So, Demi, if you’re ready, we’ll have the craziest wedding—and that’s all I’ve got to say, a $50 million wedding,” he said. “If I get the right chick, it’s worth it, right?”
“I met Demi Lovato probably, like, three years ago, before she was who she was,” he explained. “She had a nice smile.”
“First off, once you go black, you don’t go back,” Rome said with a laugh. “We got a few toys at the house. We’ll have the best wedding. I’ll keep her out of trouble… That’s all that matters. She needs a strong, solid man.”
