Victoria Beckham continues to attend NY Fashion Week with her new accessory, daughter Harper.
One thing that has people buzzing about these pictures is that Victoria is walking her daughter – while wearing stilettos. This doesn’t really bug me – Victoria’s had bigger bags than her daughter, I think she can hold her baby without toppling over.
Other thing is Victoria is wearing a dress she designed herself. What do you think about it? I really like the top of the dress, but I’m not a fan of the big ruffle on the bottom. I think it would be so unflattering on most women.
Actress Salma Hayek enjoyed a stroll with her daughter Valentina Pinault, her nanny and a friend in New York City. Valentina enjoyed an ice cream on their way back to their hotel. Salma will start working on the film “Savages” soon alongside costars John Travolta and Blake Lively.
Kate Gosselin is finding herself in hot water this morning for saying in an interview on the Today Show that ex-husband Jon Gosselin works a “mediocre…regular job”.
“So according to @Kateplusmy8 people that are not in tv are just mediocre!!!” wrote her fan, @macgal_74.
Gosselin immediately explained her comment on Twitter.
” not what I meant.. I meant this job is not a career acc 2 jon but tv is and is hard but will prov best opps 4 my kids vs nursing!” Jon reportedly works in solar-panel construction.
She then added, “2clarify re ‘mediocre’ – I meant this job is not a career acc 2 jon but tv is 4 me & is hard but will prov best opps 4 my kids vs nursing!”
The comment came up when Lauer asked her about estranged husband Jon saying he was “very relieved” the show was over.
Gosselin replied, “It’ a situation where Jon may be accepting of mediocre for his kids and working a regular job. I want the best for my kids and the best opportunities not unlike every parent. To be a good parent is to work as hard as you can and give them the best opportunities in life, and this has provided that.”
I have always thought Kate was a mega-bitch, even when she and Jon were still together. What she said doesn’t surprise me a bit. Would we expect anything less from her?
So what’s next for Kate? She also announced this morning her first post-Kate Plus 8 project.

This news makes me CRAZY. Why would they go and ruin a perfectly good movie by making it 3D? What the planes are going to fly out at us? We’re going to feel like we’re in the middle of the iconic volleyball game?

Tony Scott’s 1986 classic Top Gun starring Tom Cruise is being converted to 3D for a theatrical release.
A four-minute ‘world premiere’ preview of the converted film–featuring the ‘Danger Zone’ aerial flight sequence–was screened Monday at the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) in Amsterdam.
The 2D to 3D conversion is being accomplished at Legend3D, whose CEO Rob Hummel introduced the clip as well as its unique business model during an IBC panel.
“We think there is great potential for catalog titles in 3D, but studios have had trouble justifying the expense,” Hummel said, explaining that Legend 3D is funding and doing the conversion for Paramount.
“As I understand it, they are planning to release it in 3D in early 2012, though I known they want to get Tony Scott’s approval before they go forward,” he said, explaining that Legend 3D effectively has a revenue sharing deal with Paramount.
“I think Top Gun lends itself to 3D due to the aerial flight,” he said of the project. “You can have fun with 3D by bringing things off the screen if they are not attached to the edge of the screen.”
