So newlywed Kris Humphries was spotted hanging out with his guy friends in New York City last week sans wife Kim Kardashian, and now people are claiming that the marriage is headed for annulment.

Adjusting to their new married life in NYC hasn’t been completely smooth for Kris and Kim — the newlyweds’ attention was pulled in seemingly hundreds of different directions. During the all-important New York Fashion Week, Kim was busy simultaneously launching her clothing line at Sears and filming Kourtney & Kim Take New York. Kris appeared at several events around the city sans his new bride.
On Negative Stories About Their Marriage
“Kim has a thick skin and she acts like she doesn’t care, but it does bother her,” says a friend. “She doesn’t understand why people hate her or what she did to deserve it, but she knows it comes with the territory.”Adds another insider: “Kim is really upset that people are saying she and Kris are having problems. She’s telling everyone that it’s totally false. She feels like some people are just out to get her and can’t be happy unless she’s miserable.”
On Kris’ New Life with Kim
“It’s overwhelming,” Kim’s pal Jonathan Cheban admits. “The first week, there were 200 people outside their hotel waiting for them every day. There are people camping out at 2 in the morning — not photographers, fans! It’s a lot for a guy from Minnesota.”“They’re not going to do anything drastic about their marriage now. Kim was appalled that anyone would even suggest that,” says another Kim friend. “She loves Kris and he loves her. Sure,
there are some adjustments he is making to live in the public eye, but he’s been doing a great job of it.”
Lady Gaga says she’s got something special in store for her iHeartRadio Music Festival performance in Las Vegas this weekend, and she shared some goodies with Ryan Seacrest on his KISS-FM radio station today.
“I’m really needing a fix from a performing standpoint, cause I haven’t been on stage for a few months. I miss the fans, so so much!”
The Edge Of Glory singer said she “really can’t wait to perform.”
Gaga, 25, who will wear a custom costume from Versace, described the stage she designed for her set as “very exciting.”
Gaga said she’s slated for a 45-minute set, but might go longer since she’s the last act of the night.
The concert, which is being touted by organizers as the biggest live event in music history, emanates from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas Friday and Saturday from 7 pm -12 am PT. Other artists slated to perform at the super-show include Nicki Minaj, Jay-Z, The Black Eyed Peas, Jennifer Lopez, Alicia Keys and Sublime With Rome.
