Matthew Fox is in trouble this morning after it’s been reported that he punched a female bus driver in the face! And that’s not all – according to witnesses, Matthew also punched her in the boob – and crotch (see below)!!

Matthew Fox was detained by cops in Cleveland, Ohio Saturday night after allegedly assaulting a woman outside of a bar … TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources at the scene tell us … the “Lost” star allegedly tried to enter a party bus — even though he wasn’t a guest on the vehicle.

We’re told the woman who was driving the bus tried to block Fox from getting on board — at which point, he allegedly punched her in the breast and the “stomach area.”

Fox was handcuffed by an off-duty officer — and was later detained by police. Fox was released without being formally arrested. An assault report was taken and the matter remains under investigation.

We have not been able to reach Fox for comment.

UPDATE: According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, the woman PUNCHED BACK — and struck Fox “in the mouth … causing a cut on his lip.” The woman told police she may have broken her hand during the altercation. Fox was later released to a friend … who put the actor into a taxi and accompanied him back to his hotel.

Can you believe that crap! What an egotistical pig! Just because he’s a celebrity doesn’t mean he gets whatever he wants! What I love about this story – is the bus driver fought back!

It’s long been reported that Matthew is a cheater, maybe he just dislikes women.

The woman who punched Matthew Fox in the face this weekend tells TMZ … she HAD to let her fists fly because the actor struck first and she needed to defend herself. TMZ spoke with Heather Bormann … who tells us she was driving a party bus for a private party Saturday night in Cleveland — when Fox boarded the vehicle.

Bormann claims she told Fox he wasn’t welcome on the bus — but he was too drunk to understand. Bormann says, “He just kept staring at me with his mouth wide open and not saying anything. I told him, ‘You have to leave buddy. You are trespassing on my bus.’”

That’s when Fox “leaned in and started punching my crotch and breast.”

Bormann says, “I took one hand to his jaw and he was spitting blood. He stumbled backwards.”

“This was my self-defense,” Bormann says … adding, “This was the only way I could protect myself…..from a man beating up on a woman.”

Bormann says she’s meeting with prosecutors today — and may press charges.

I really want to love my fellow Oregonian Matthew Fox, but this story is just plain disgusting. Who hits a girl in the boob and crotch!? Seriously!

Katie Holmes was at the MTV Video Music Awards last night for no other reason than to promote her new movie, ‘Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark’. She presented the Video of the Year – which was won by Katy Perry for “Firework”.

‘Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark’ pretty much flopped at the Box Office over the weekend. It came in third behind ‘The Help’ and ‘Columbiana’. Sidenote: I tried to see ‘The Help’ yesterday – and it was sold out! I was pretty bummed – I’ve been dying to see it! I saw Woody Allen’s ‘Midnight in Paris’ instead which I found incredibly hokey – but slightly entertaining.

Anyway, Katie wore a boring dress by Azzedine Alaia, and paired it with very ugly shoes.

Here was a perfect chance for Kim Kardashian to show off her new husband, Kris Humprhies, and yet – she walked the black carpet alone at last night’s MTV Video Music Awards!

Anyway, Kim walked the carpet in a tight, Kaufman Franco gown. I think she looked pretty good (from the front, at least), and her face didn’t even busted up! I found the back of the dress to be not-so-hot.

UPDATE: Kim Kardashian was without her better half at Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards in L.A. Instead of hubby Kris Humphries (they got hitched Aug. 20 and just got back from a quickie honeymoon in Italy), the reality star, 30, hit the big bash with Pussycat Dolls guru Robin Antin.

So why did the Mr. and Mrs. spend Sunday night apart?

“He’s in Minnesota! Packing for NYC for a few months,” Kardashian told Us Weekly at the event. The NBA star, 26, hails from the heartland state; he’ll be living with his wife in downtown Manhattan as she and her older sister shoot the second season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York.

The bride and groom won’t be apart for long — they reunite in the Big Apple Monday night, where pals are set to throw them a huge post-wedding bash at Capitale.

Lady Gaga decided to tone down her look this year, following last year’s meat dress. Instead of raising the bar on WEIRD – she decided instead to transform into her alter ego, Joe Calderone. She committed to the character for the entire show.

I find her alter ego to be completely annoying. Lady Gaga certainly likes to praise herself, and listening to her alter ego praise her is just annoying.

The highlight of her performance of “You and I” was probably when she fell off the piano and the camera cut to Adele. Other than that I thought it was pretty meh. I’m over Gaga for a while. Maybe she is too – and that’s why she came in drag?
