Faye Dunaway faces the possibility of eviction.

Faye Dunaway, Oscar winning actress, is facing possible eviction from her Manhattan’s Upper East Side apartment.

The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday by her lanlord claiming that Faye, 70, has been renting her rent stabilized apartment but not living in it as her primary residence. The price she is paying is $1,048 a month. Which sounds like a lot, but similar pads go for twice that in Manhattan.

According to stabilization laws, in order to keep Dunaway’s low rate, the residence must be her primary home.

For some reason, I don’t think Dunaway is too worried about this. She probably has a few million dollars in the bank and at least three other places to live.

Lea Michele, 25 claims “I Look Like I’m 12.”

Glee’s Lea Michele isn’t your typical Hollywood Starlet. She different and she embraces her unique qualities.

“I’m five foot three,” the actress, 25, tells the new Harpers Bazaar. “I don’t look like a lot of other people, you know what I mean? I look like I’m 12.”

And then there’s her prominent nose. “How many managers told me, ‘Get a nose job. You’re not pretty enough’? But I proved them wrong,” she says defiantly. And though her time on the FOX hit winds up at the end of the upcoming third season, “Glee is only the beginning,” she insists. “I plan on playing every role on Broadway…I want to do movies, make music.”

And the star is enamored of big-time A-listers who’ve already made it to the big screen — like frequent Glee guest star Gwyneth Paltrow. “I am obsessed with Gwyneth Paltrow…I love talking with Gwyneth. She just gives good advice. She said, ‘Don’t ever read anything about you.’”

Some of Lea’s other inspirations are Penelope Cruz, Blake Lively, and Jennifer Aniston.

Currently she’s happy in a relationship with Theo Stockman. Although she was quite happy to have some hot steamy scenes with Ashton Kutcher in the upcoming New Year’s Eve — in which Kutcher poses in nothing but a towel. Sounds yummy!

If he’d dropped the towel? “I might have blacked out.”

Don’t believe the diva rumors, she adds. “I’ve learned some lessons,” she says. “But people are going to say what they want to say. I know who I am, and I’m not perfect.”

I am sorry, but Lea Michele doesn’t look 12. I love her on Glee, but I really like the idea of them getting a whole new cast when they graduate. It would have been nice to see Glee go a different direction then other shows that follow the high school cast forever.

But that’s just my opinion! I think it would be better for her career if she moved on while she is still popular.

What do you think? Should Lea Michele continue on with Glee after her character graduates?

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt claim fame destroyed their lives.

Reality TV stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt confess to The Daily Beast that their lives totally changed after the end of The Hills in 2010.

“We were living each other’s mistakes. Everything we were doing, in retrospect, was a mistake. The second we continued on our quest for fame was a mistake,” Pratt, 27, says. “This isn’t a business. That was the big thing I didn’t get: Reality TV is not a career. Anyone who says, ‘Oh, you can have a career in reality’ — that is a lie.”

To prove their point, Montag and Pratt call out Paris Hilton, whose third reality show, The World According to Paris, debuted to dismal ratings in June.

Paris Hilton created fame for nothing. The fact that only 400,000 people tuned into her premiere? We’re Paris Hilton fans,” Pratt says. “She didn’t make all these surgery mistakes. . . she didn’t do any of that. But here she is. Her career stopped.”

Life without The Hills has certainly cost them. Currently living rent-free with Pratt’s parents, Montag, 24, realizes that she “should have kept every dollar that I had.” (The Colorado native famously dropped thousands on more than 13 cosmetic procedures since 2007.)

“Obviously I wish I didn’t do it,” Montag says. “I would go back and not have any surgery. It doesn’t help. I got too caught up in Hollywood, being so into myself and my image. I don’t regret anything, but if I could go back, I wouldn’t do it.”

Changing her physical appearance was meant to raise her profile, Montag explains. “I thought I was investing in myself and my brand, like Kim Kardashian. When she buys these clothes, she’s investing in herself, because she is a big brand and is likable. I thought I had that potential. My ego got too big. To think I could be someone like that when I was the most hated girl ever.”

In addition to squandering $2 million on Montag’s failed music career, Pratt estimates he spent $1 million on his wardrobe alone. “I would never wear that again,” he says. “They’re props. Everything we were doing, we were buying props. I bought a big blue monster truck just to drive it on The Hills for an episode. Never drove it again.”

The problem with being on The Hills, they claim, is that the semi-scripted nature of the show blurred the line between fiction and reality.

“We were all getting paid to be people we weren’t for so long that you stop — there’s no line,” Spencer says. “The gauge is gone. The gray area is gone. We got so deep with how many storylines we had to do to continue the machine.”

“I thought when this was all over, I could get on an interview and say, ‘It was all entertainment,’” Pratt continues. “I thought I was the Wizard of Oz, like, I’m the guy behind the curtain.”

According to Pratt, he and his wife were eventually “banned from the premieres, banned from the finale parties. And If you’re banned from your own show. . .it really gives you this feeling of inadequacy.”

These days, the two live a much simpler lifestyle than the one that The Hills afford them. “It’s like what 70-year-olds do,” Pratt says. “We’re reading a lot of books.”

Adds Montag: “We’re watching movies. I do a lot of laundry. A lot of laundry. We’re training our dogs, so I’m cleaning up less poop inside, which is great.”

Could this be the real end of the fame monster known as Speidi? Have they actually learned from there past mistakes or is this just another act? What do you think?

Is Bachelorette Ashley Herbert moving in with Fiance JP Rosenbaum?

Probably just a visit for now. But I bet it won’t be long before she packs up everything to be with her man.

Former Bachelorette Ashley Herbert and her gorgeous fiancé JP Rosenbaum take a walk through Manhattan after their appearance on Live with Regis and Kelly.

The couple did some shopping then headed back to JP’s apartment where they began to unload Ashley’s bags. I heard she is suppose to head to New York to be with JP when she is done with dental school in September.

Eddie Cibrian says LeAnn Rimes’ body is perfect.

I am sorry, but her body does not look perfect to me. In fact, I am worried about her. I am tired of these celebrities starving themselves. It’s not right and it’s not healthy.

However, LeeAnn Rimes‘ husband Eddie Cibrian,38, thinks her body is perfect. I guess he likes them extra thin.

“I think she looks wonderful,” the Playboy Club actor gushed. “She is very healthy, and to me — perfect.”

In May, Rimes tweeted an extremely skinny photo of herself in a two-piece bathing suit, then defended her tiny frame. “This is my body, and I can promise you I’m a healthy girl,” she said. “I’m just lean. Thanks for your concern, but no need to be.”

Two months later, the country star showed off her new “curves” in a black-and-white bikini. “[Curves] are there. LOL,” she said, announcing a few hours later that she was chowing down on “drumsticks!”

Cibrian — who recently starred shirtless in Charisma’s home campaign — said that he and Rimes work out together. “We go to the gym together,” he said. “She really loves to work out.”

Curves? I see no curves. What do you think? Is LeeAnn too skinny?
