Charlie Sheen will be roasted by Comedy Central on Sept. 10 in Los Angeles. Here’s the thing – it’s going to air on September 19th – which coincidentally (or not) is the same night Ashton Kutcher makes his debut as Charlie’s replacement on ‘Two and a Half Men’.

“You could say I’ve been providing kindling for this Roast for a while,” says Sheen in a statement. “It’s time to light it up. It’s going to be epic.”

The roast will be executive produced by Joel Gallen from Tenth Planet Productions, who also served as executive producer and director of the Donald Trump, David Hasselhoff, Joan Rivers and Pamela Anderson roasts.

A rep for Comedy Central says, “Charlie has assured us that nothing will be off limits in this Roast… which scares even us.”

Will have to watch one and DVR the other…

Paris Hilton, who’s only recently become single, was spotted hooking up with Todd Phillips, director of ‘The Hangover’.

The photo was snapped Thursday night inside Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

But this is no one-night thing — we’re told Todd was at Paris’ pre-July 4th party on Friday where the two “only had eyes for each other.”

What do you think of Katy’s red hair? Katy is reportedly trying to go back to her natural hair color, which is blonde. She’s been tweeting about the transformation, which takes some time after she’s been dying her hair black for years.

After going red, she tweeted: “So I didn’t get to the exact color (sic) I wanted from being black for so long! 2get to goal I have 2b GINGER for 3WKS.”

She added: “If I don’t wait 3wks, I’ll end up w/no hair or a #pixie90scutw/abarretteinthefront It’s okay, I’ll get to my secret color(s) soon! #patience.”

Can’t wait to see what the end result looks like, although I do like her with darker hair. We’ll see!

Vinny Guadagnino has just bailed on the ‘Jersey Shore’ house, and according to TMZ, the move is for good!

Sources directly connected to the cast tell TMZ … Vinny bolted from the house late last night after getting into an argument with another cast member. We’re told Vinny was feeling “burned out” and went back home to Staten Island. We have confirmed that he is at his house in Staten Island right now.

Vinny threatened to leave a few days ago, after he complained of “being homesick.” We’re told the cast was able to talk him into coming back, but that didn’t last long.

Sources connected with the show say Vinny has been a pain in the ass and no one will be getting on their knees, begging him to come back.

TMZ spoke with executive producer Sally Ann Salsano, who tells us, “We do not comment on the production of the show.”

From what I’ve read, the cast was shooting season 4 & 5 back to back. That would burn anyone out! The cast shot season 4 in Italy, and went straight back to Seaside Heights for season 5. I don’t blame the guy for leaving, and I’m convinced we haven’t seen the last of him!

LeAnn Rimes spent her Fourth of July in her bikini, and she’d like everyone to know about it.

“CURVES….They are there LOL,” she wrote on Sunday . LeAnn also tweeted a photo of herself lounging on a towel with the caption “Beach Bum…”

Later that evening she tweeted about dinner plans: “SUSHI tonight……YUM…my heaven.”

CURVES? This is what she called curves? Hollywood curves, maybe! More like pointy bones than curves! I see the curvature of her skeleton, that’s about it!
