With Kim Kardashian’s August nuptials fast approaching, the bride-to-be has called upon A-lister’s most trusted trainers, Gunnar Peterson and Tracy Anderson to help her melt away an excess 15 pounds and shimmy into a size 2 wedding dress. The extravagant Vera Wang gowns are yet to be chosen and in an effort to find the perfect two – one for the vows and one for the reception – she has tried on over 15 different frocks!

At a curvaceous size 4 and 125 pounds, celebrity instructor Tracy Anderson has her client focused on a total body workout—sometimes twice a day. Tracy tells Life & Style,

“We don’t want to take away Kim’s amazing curves, so we just do specific movements to tighten the skin and to pull the muscles tight against the bone.”

To switch up her work out, Kim turns to Gunnar Peterson who has the star sweating with curls and lunges two to three times per week. Alternating between the two hardcore trainers and upping her visits to Barry’s Bootcamp, where Kim powers through an hour of high-intensity interval training, she’s intent on loosing those last 15 pounds.

Even Project Runway host, Heidi Klum is helping the socialite out. The two went on a 4-mile-run the morning of June 26 together in NYC. “We took a walking break and Kim was the one who pushed us to start running again,” confesses Heidi. She adds, “I don’t think she needs to do much, but I think every girl gives a little extra before walking down the aisle.”

Even though Heidi Klum is a work out buddy and business associate, she still didn’t make the cut for guest list. “The list is very controlled,” admits Kim’s pal. “They had to cut out a lot of people. There aren’t lots of new friends or work associates on Kim and Kris’ guest list.” A-listers like Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez and Heidi Klum may not be the only ones feeling like they’re getting the cold shoulder: even best friends Brittny Gastineau and La La Vazquez won’t make up the bridal party. Kim decided to just have her sisters, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall and Kylie along with Kris’ sister, Kaela and elementary school friends stand next to her at the altar.

Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis heat up the latest issue of Elle Magazine. Inside the magazine the pair promote their new movie, ‘Friends With Benefits’. I think this movie looks pretty good…but you just never know, do ya??

In the article Justin and Mila both share intimate details about their onscreen and offscreen sex lives. Justin admits his mom even walked in on him having sex once. “My mom wasn’t cool about it. I was too young to be in bed with a girl, so she was upset.”

I cannot imagine! It would be awful for both mom and son! Yuck!

ELLE: “Friends with benefits”: a good idea or a bad idea?

JT: [Smiles] It is such a good idea—until it’s a bad idea.

MK: I concur. Ultimately, it ends when someone wants to go and get serious with somebody. More times than not, a person catches feelings and somebody gets hurt.

ELLE: I think any time someone is rubbing up against your nether regions, you’re going to develop an emotional attachment.

MK: Yeah, when a female orgasms, a hormone gets released. I’ve never met a girl who can have sex without an ounce of feeling.

JT: Aha! Is that just a woman convincing herself so she feels like it’s okay to have sex with someone?

MK: Fifty-fifty.

JT: So it’s the same thing as with guys! Women are just lying to themselves.

ELLE: Playing friends with benefits, what was your costar most self-conscious about while shooting the nude scenes?

MK: [To Justin]You’ve got a fine ass. I was self-conscious about a lot of things. Show me one girl who isn’t.

JT: I’ll be honest and say, like, I’m still trying to get into the editing room and cut down on my ass time. I’m like, “Oh my God, my mom’s gonna see that!”

ELLE: As in the film, have either of your parents ever walked in on you while you were in flagrante delicto?

JT: I was caught one time. My mom wasn’t cool about it. I was too young to be in bed with a girl, so she was upset.

MK: I don’t think my parents think I’ve ever had sex.

ELLE: Let’s talk about how amazing your costar Woody Harrelson is playing a gay magazine photo editor.

JT: He gets the most gut-busting laughs. Everybody wants to know: “Did you smoke pot with Woody?” We did! Will [Gluck]  and I put that  basketball scene in the movie just because we both love White Men Can’t Jump.

ELLE: Earth to Justin… Perfect first date?

JT: Something more simple than extravagant. Scrabble.

MK: Monopoly.

JT: Scrabble’s a good date. If she can’t spell, I don’t want to hang out with her. So that’s a good test.

MK: I can’t spell at all. [To Justin] Now we’ll never be friends.

ELLE: Mila, who is your older-man crush?

MK: George Clooney and Johnny Depp.

ELLE: Now that you’re both single, do you find it hard to date? Must be tough being in the public eye.

MK: I haven’t dated ever.

JT: I’m not equipped to answer that right now.

First Vinny left ‘Jersey Shore’ – and now – The Situation?

Mr. Sitch was strolling through Jersey yesterday, with a gaggle of chicks following behind him, when a photog asked, “Mike, are you splitting from the show or what bro?”

He didn’t exactly deny it … and when the photog wished him “luck” — Mike replied, “I don’t need luck … I don’t need it.”

Sources tell TMZ … The Situation has been antsy lately … telling producers he doesn’t need the show.

We’re told he actually WALKED OUT of the house alone yesterday after expressing his frustration with the show … but he’s back in the house.

I don’t believe for one second that Mike is leaving. No way in hell. He’s too much of a narcissist for that. He loves seeing his mug on TV every week. He’ll be there till they kick him off.

He doesn’t need the show!? Ha! What else is he going to do?

Kelly Osbourne and Nat Weller, son of singer Paul Weller, spent the night out and about London last night. The pair start their night off at Nobu on Berkeley St. followed by the W Hotel and finally ending with a stop at The Box in Soho before leaving around 3:45am, with lipstick smeared all over her face.

Olivia Wilde graces the August issue of Marie Claire. The ‘Cowboys & Aliens’ actress opens up about her divorce, and then moving on afterwards. She may have had a traumatic divorce, but she sure bounced back quickly. The first person she was attached to after her divorce was Ryan Gosling. After Ryan reportedly came Bradley Cooper, Justin Timberlake, Jake Gyllenhaal and more. NOT BAD at all!

On her divorce:

“The trauma of the whole thing has been humbling, and for the first time, I’m a little bit wobbly. I’m a case of arrested development, in a way – from spending your 20s with someone who really loves to take care of you, as my husband did. But I think it’s very healthy to spend time alone. You need to know how to be alone and not be defined by another person.”

“I kept saying ‘I failed!’ Admitting that I’m not perfect was a wonderful thing that came out of this. There’s this fear that everyone is going to be disappointed in you, but I’m human. I don’t live up to any sort of ideal. It makes you a more empathetic person, and I think it’s made me a better actress. Weakness is something we don’t like to admit we have. We hold it against people, until we experience it, and then we feel more compassion for it. David Shore, who created House, said, ‘You should get divorced every year; your acting’s never been better!’”

On dating again:

“In the end, maybe it’s just that I’m a ridiculous romantic. I have very high standards for every part of life – my work, my relationships, food, love. I can’t just pretend. I’m trying to be adult, entering the shark pool of dating, but I’m hopeless at it… I think of myself as being very cool and independent and not jealous, but I like clarity.”

I don’t really care for Olivia, for whatever reason she really drives me nuts. Maybe seeing her in ‘Cowboys & Aliens’ will change my mind?
