Paris Hilton:”I Always Imagined I’d Be Married With Kids By Now”

Though 30-year-old heiress and socialite Paris Hilton seems to have it all, the reality star recently revealed to Life & Style that there is one thing she though she’d have by the big 3-0: a husband.

“When I was a little girl, I always imagined I’d be married with kids by now. It’s not where I thought I’d be. I’m 30, and I’m by myself.”

Paris has been tied to many (MANY) men in Hollywood, and with her recent break-up with boyfriend Cy Waits, Paris is left wondering how long it will take to snag the man of her dreams. She told Life & Style that it wasn’t until her reality show, The World according to Paris, aired that she saw that Cy just wasn’t the one.

“By watching the show, I got an outside perspective of our relationship,” she shares with Life & Style. Watching scenes in which she’d thought Cy might propose — or more seriously, in which she was faced with a pregnancy scare — were particularly wrenching. “I realized that yes, I love him and he’s one of my best friends, but I needed to make sure he was the one,” Paris admits. “When I realized I wasn’t certain, I knew I had to end it.”

“I regret putting so much of my relationship with Cy on the series. I want to be married and pregnant in two to five years,” shares Paris, “But first I have to work through my trust issues.”

Well, it seems that she’s working on that two to five years, as Paris was seen canoodling with Hangover director Todd Phillips.

‘The Situation’ Returns to ‘Jersey Shore’

Rumors swirled that Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino had left the beachfront cash cow that is MTV’s Jersey Shore recently, and that prompted many to question whether or not the GTL star was leaving for good. Well, all you Jersey Shore fans can breathe easy, as it’s now being reported that ‘The Situation’ returned to the rest of his fake-tanned friends on the Shore when he showed up for “work” yesterday.

I know, I know. You were all waiting with bated breath to see if Mike the Situation would turn up for work on The Jersey Shore after he dramatically ripped off his microphone and walked off the set. Well, I’m here to tell you that you can all exhale once again. Mike is back.

Ronnie and J-Woww were working at the store yesterday as well. Well when we say working we mean standing around being filmed. But anyway, there seemed to be good blood between everyone there. This plot, I mean, reality show is starting to get interesting. Who knew these juiced up guidos could do drama!?!?!

Ashely Tisdale Slams Zac Efron Hook-Up Rumors

Recently, photos of High School Musical friends and stars 26-year-old Ashley Tisdale and 23-year-old Zac Efron surfaced of the pair frolicking on the beach and having fun looking pretty innocent. Of course, people picked up that the pair looked a bit flirtatious and may have hooked-up over the 4th of July weekend, a claim that actress Ashley turned down via her Twitter account.

Ashley Tisdale is setting the record straight about her relationship with Zac Efron. Rumors raged over the weekend that the High School Musical co-stars were too-close-for comfort after photos of the duo being playful along the shore of Malibu surfaced. Ashley’s bikini-clad fun with Zac led to speculation that she was breaking the best friend code and betraying Vanessa Hudgens.

“Don’t believe all pictures. People r gonna come up with stuff to say bc it sells! I had such a great birthday party with my friends,” Ashley Tweeted, adding, “Family, and BOYFRIEND Scott. I will not let stupid rumors ruin all the fun we had! Xoxo”

Ashley has been happily dating music video producer Scott Speer.

Zac and Vanessa ended their relationship earlier this year.

Friends can’t give each other bikini clad piggyback rides? Apparently they can…

Jessica Simpson’s Fourth Fragrance Was ‘Inspired By Love’

Singer Jessica Simpson is introducing her fourth fragrance, ‘I Fancy You,’ which she claims was inspired by love.

Jessica Simpson is no stranger to falling under love’s intoxicating spell, and the feeling is so great, she wanted to bottle it! So the fashion mogul created a new fragrance, I Fancy You, designed to conjure up memories of discovering what it means to be in love.

“I am so excited to introduce my fourth and final fragrance of the Fancy Collection, I Fancy You,” Simpson said in a statement, referencing the theme of amour found in her perfumes. “This floral scent is romantic and feminine and conjures up the feelings of a first love that makes you realize that love can last forever … I Fancy You!”

The fragrance, a collaboration between Simpson and perfumer Cécile Hua of MANE, is a soft, velvety floral musk with notes of juicy pear, savory Fuji apple and bergamot orange. Simpson stuck with the romance motif right down to the bottle design, choosing a pale blue capsule with tiny hearts, inspired by a vintage fragrance bottle in her personal collection. We wonder if she’ll sport this love-themed fragrance when she walks down the aisle!

Jewel Discusses Her Pregnancy, Losing Weight, Breastfeeding, & New Moms Educating Themselves

Songstress and host Jewel is ready to give birth to her son with husband Ty Murray in any day now, but she says she isn’t freaking out about losing the extra pounds after birth like many women do. Instead, Jewel says she is enjoying her pregnancy, feeling privileged to be able to give birth. She also talked the weight gain statistics, her plans on losing the weight eventually, and how her newborn son is her first priority over any issues of personal vanity:

“I’m feeling really great and enjoying pregnancy much more than I thought I would.”

“I didn’t know what to expect, every woman is different and you hear such horror stories. But I also heard that you should try to enjoy it, so I took that to heart and tried not to fret about weight gain or anything else.[...]Pregnancy is a privilege, and I feel lucky that I get to do it. It’s kind of sad that men don’t.”

“Well, you’re supposed to gain up to 35 pounds, and now I’m at 30 weeks and I’ve gained 30 pounds. The first several months I hardly gained anything, then it happened fast. I don’t know how I could control that – I have a healthy diet, I don’t eat sugar. I think your body has its own wisdom and as long as you are doing the best you can, you just have to find a balance.”

“As far as losing the weight, I’m hoping that breastfeeding does the job, but I won’t be neurotic about it, about working out right away,” she says. “I am capable of that but I’m going to cut myself lots of slack. I want to give myself time to rest and heal and tend to my new baby for a month or so, and then I will definitely get back into a workout routine.”

“[On breastfeeding] We plan on it. I was ranch-raised and believe in it because I’ve seen what it does for animals. But I don’t have any judgment about it, and I don’t think it should be contentious — I see great moms both ways,” she adds. “It’s amazing how intolerant the discussions on the Internet can be.”

“Knowledge really is power. The more you can educate yourself, the better. Your body and your health are your responsibility. I love doctors, but I have to live with the decisions I make. Make sure you get your questions answered, and never feel that you are doubting your doctor by asking a question — a good doctor won’t feel that way, either.”

Laura Linney Talks Wrinkles, Plastic Surgery, & Tans That Look Like “Gingerbread People”

Laura Linney may be a stunning beauty and accomplished actress, but she wants you to know that there hasn’t come a point in her career where she’s ever felt the pressure to go under the knife to find the fountain of youth. The 47-year-old The Big C actress says that loves her wrinkles and embraces ever age mark that pops up over the years. She also talks about people who over-tan, calling them “gingerbread people”:

“I’m an actress, and for me, [plastic surgery] is not the right choice. I have no problem with anybody doing whatever they want to do – really live and let live, and certainly never say never — but it doesn’t make sense for me at this point.”

“I’m lucky because I have good genes, and I take care of my skin and I’m aware of it, but I’m actually grateful to be aging,” she says. “A lot of people don’t get that privilege, so for me, whatever wrinkle I might have or whatever sagging might be there – most people don’t get to have that because there are so many people who die of melanoma every year, so I’m thrilled to have any wrinkle I can, and I don’t think it’s unattractive.”

What are her safe sun tips?

“Well, sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen [laughs] is always good, and I’m so pale that I burn very easily,” she says. “I’m lucky because I don’t like being in the sun a whole lot, just because the repercussions for me – I feel it, I go very red. I wear a lot of scarves because I get very burned through the décolletage area, and I love hats and I look good in hats, so I do wear hats. I do the big, crazy, Southern lady gardening hat, and I do the baseball cap. Normally it has a movie title on it. Crew hats. And I love fedoras.”

Still, she encourages everything in moderation.

“It doesn’t mean you can’t be in the sun. It just means you have to grow up and be a little responsible about it, and there’s so many people who complain about the consistency of sunscreen, what it does to makeup, it’s inconvenient. There are now so many different kinds of sunscreen – there are lotions, there are sprays, there are powders. There’s something for everybody out there. People just have to grow up, face the reality of the situation, and be responsible.”

Psst: She prefers powder sunscreen.

“Tanning is tricky, because a lot of people just look orange. I mean, they look like gingerbread people. I mean, they do. In an effort to look better, it doesn’t look better. It really doesn’t. I think what everyone is going for is looking healthy, not necessarily looking tan, but there’s an association of tan being healthy, and I think there’s a responsible way to do that.”

Take note, Jersey Shore.
