Grammy-winner R. Kelly is facing foreclosure on his $2.9 million Chicago mansion!

Crain’s Chicago Business reported Tuesday that JPMorgan Chase Bank filed the foreclosure lawsuit last month in Cook County Circuit Court. The complaint states that Kelly hasn’t made monthly mortgage payments since June of last year.

Crain’s reports the Olympia Field home’s appraised value fell 26 percent in a year, to $3.8 million in 2010. The original 1999 loan was for $3.5 million

The principal due is more than $2.9 million.

The R&B singer’s spokesman, Allan Mayer, declined to comment about the foreclosure. But he tells The Associated Press that Kelly isn’t in financial trouble.

Mayer says Kelly now lives in Chicago and that his recent tour and 2010 album, “Love Letter,” were successful.

I’ve never had to deal with foreclosure (knock on wood), but isn’t a YEAR an awfully long time to go without paying? It took the bank a year to file a foreclosure lawsuit? That seems awfully crazy to me. How does someone go without making a payment for a full year before action is taken. Methinks if this were a regular joe-shmoe, they wouldn’t have waited so long.

According to Gossip Cop, Daniel Baldwin’s wife Joanne threatened to kill him in front of their children.

The actor just filed for divorce, and in his declaration Baldwin describes his wife as an often violent drunk who has physically abused him and traumatized their two kids.

Baldwin refers to an incident last January in which Joanne is said to have watched a documentary about women who killed their husbands and then allegedly announced, “Now I know how to do it, I understand why they did it. You have been warned. Move out of this house or I am going to kill you.”

Their daughter heard the threat and allegedly asked Baldwin, “Is Mommy going to kill us?”

According to Baldwin, the threat was part of a larger pattern of abusive behavior from his wife, whom he calls is “violent and dangerous” when she drinks.

He describes being kicked and punched over the course of months, and frequently threatened with worse.

“She has [repeatedly] threatened to use a knife to end my life,” writes Baldwin in his statement.

“Now I know how to do it, I understand why they did it. You have been warned. Move out of this house or I am going to kill you.” Really? That sounds so fake! I mean you never know, maybe she really is a crazy biotch, but that just doesn’t sound right. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Poor kids. It’s lose-lose for them either way!

Dave Grohl, the lead singer of the Foo Fighters, was in the middle of a song at the iTunes Festival in London, when he noticed some violence going down in the crowd.

“Hey mothaf*cka! No No No No! You don’t f*cking fight at my show, you as*hole,” Grohl yelled, stopping the entire band in its tracks. After identifying the man — he was wearing a striped shirt — Grohl let out a bunch more expletives before kicking him out. And then let out some more expletives.

It’s a funny way to promote a new album — their “Wasting Light” premiered in April — but hey, the audience seemed to enjoy the show. Or not getting punched in the heads.

The whispers that have surrounded Reese Witherspoon in the three months since her wedding to Jim Toth have recently grown louder, as friends speculate that the Oscar-winning actress might already be pregnant with her third child.

“It’s no secret that Reese wants to have children with Jim,” says an insider. “They have been trying for some time now. They are already a wonderful family — the only thing missing is a new baby.”

Reese, 35, is a great mom and said she’d love more children. “I’m very blessed,” she gushed last year.

“I have two great kids… I don’t wake up to make movies. I wake up to hang out with my family.”

New baby rumors began when Reese — one of Hollywood’s fittest actresses — began looking softer than usual. Over the Fourth of July weekend, she wore a shirt over her bikini during a family outing in Malibu (left), giving rise to gossip that her kids, Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, might have another sibling on the way.

“Reese may be pregnant already. Her stomach isn’t washboard flat and people have definitely noticed,” says the insider. “She’s relaxed her exercise routine a lot — Reese typically hits the pavement for a long run every morning.”

Instead, Reese has been kicking back and enjoying her new husband, Jim, 40, and her family.

“Reese adores Jim,” says the source. “He’s a great stepfather to Ava and Deacon. She knows he does want to have at least one child of his own and is very excited to make it happen.”

Adds the pal: “Right now, everyone’s just waiting for Reese to make the announcement. It definitely won’t come as a surprise to anyone.”

In other news, Sheryl Crow is being slammed by animal rights group for performing at rodeo. The group says horses are being abused.

Sheryl Crow, hailed as a champion of wild horses that roam the range in the West, is being criticized by a national animal rights group.

The “All I Wanna Do” singer plans to donate some proceeds from her July 22 concert at a Wyoming rodeo to a wild-horse protection group that’s suing the government to halt a big mustang roundup in Nevada.

But Illinois-based Showing Animals Respect and Kindness is calling on the Colorado-based Cloud Foundation to reject the donation. It’s accusing Crow of hypocrisy for performing at Cheyenne Frontier Days where it claims wild horses are abused.

Cloud Foundation officials say Crow is a true champion of wild horses, and the criticism is unjustified because rodeos are prohibited from using mustangs removed from the range by the government.

Several reports online have said that Ashey Hebert will get engaged on the August 1 finale of ‘The Bachelorette’. I typically stay away from ‘The Bachelor’ spoilers, because I don’t want to have the surprise ruined! But I found myself clicking on this one simply because – I don’t really care who Ashley picks. I find her season to be one of the worst seasons of ‘The Bachelorette’ – second only to Ali’s season.
