Miranda Kerr recently revealed that she was initially “reluctant” to begin a relationship with her now-husband Orlando Bloom. She confessed she originally turned down the actor when he tried to date her because she hated the idea of dating a movie star.
The couple began dating in 2007, and married shortley before becoming parents to their son Flynn in January, 2011.
She tells Australian TV program Sunday Night, “I was reluctant – not about him, but the idea of that (him being a movie star)… I think it was his persistence (that won me over). Maybe he wanted me because he thought he couldn’t have me.”
During the interview, Kerr also spoke about her painful natural birth, revealing she resisted the urge to take any painkillers during her labour, but her husband wasn’t quite as brave.
She explains, “I had made the decision to not have any drugs, no epidural, nothing… I remember looking at Orlando and saying ‘Oh honey’… And he said, ‘Give me the epidural! Seriously, if you don’t want it I’ll take it because right now I’m dying watching you go through this pain’. I didn’t realise (Flynn) was going to be such a big baby.”

Harry Potter opened this weekend, and shattered every box office record in history! It was the biggest opening in US history ($168 million), with the help of an opening day total of $92 million and another $43 million in midnight shows.
According to BoxOfficeMojo.com, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 finished the weekend making $475.5 million worldwide.
After a single weekend, the final Potter movie made almost a half-billion dollars!
Working its final movie mojo, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 soared into the record books with the highest-grossing opening weekend ever. The series finale drew an estimated $168.55 million on around 11,000 screens at 4,375 locations, dethroning The Dark Knight’s $158.4 million.

In what shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who watches the show, the answer is Taylor Armstrong!
After putting her rocky marriage on display for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Taylor Armstrong has filed for divorce from hubby Russell Armstrong, E! News has confirmed.
“It was a difficult decision but I have decided to file for divorce from Russell,” Taylor said in a statement to People. “Although we have tried our best to work out our differences, I have come to the conclusion that it is in the best interest of our family that we separate.”
And that wasn’t all.
“Together we are the proud parents of a sweet and wonderful little girl and she remains my number one priority,” Taylor went on. “I am sad for my marriage to come to an end, but am confident that this is the right choice for all involved.”
This news comes after the couple shut down rumors in May that they were splitting up.
Taylor and Russell wed in 2005, and have a 5-year-old daughter, Kennedy.
I wonder if she’ll be back for the new season of RHOBH? A single Taylor would make for interesting TV!
Several websites are reporting that Jennifer looks pregnant again, but I’m not buying it this time until it’s confirmed by the actress herself!

Brooke Mueller, (Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife) is headed to Mexico in order to get help with her addictions. Why Mexico? TMZ is reporting that Brooke is headed to Cancun to go to a treatment facility that specializes in prescribing a drug that is illegal in the U.S. It’s called Ibogaine, a substance that’s extracted from an iboga plant. According to studies, the drug interrupts addictions to alcohol, cocaine, methadone and heroin.
Brooke is saying the program is seven days and it’s “extreme,” but she’s confident it will “rewire” her brain to break her addictions.
Brooke has been hospitalized since her confrontation Thursday on a United jet bound for Cancun. We’re told she’ll make the trip when she’s released from the hospital.
Hopefully Brooke gets the help she needs. Seems like nothing’s helped so far, and for the sake of her children I hope she figures it out soon.
