Here’s our first glimpse at Christopher Nolan’s latest Batman movie, ‘The Dark Knight Rises’. It’s short, only a minute and a half, but it’s awesome! The trailer shows Gary Oldman, in bed, talking to Christian Bale - aka Batman. At the end there’s a VERY brief glimpse at Tom Hardy, who plays Bane – aka the bad guy.

I was hoping the teaser trailer would have some sort of glimpse at Anne Hathaway as Catwoman, but no such luck.

Rachel Uchitel has reportedly given back almost all of the $10 million given to her as hush money from Tiger Woods, and is gearing up to sue the lawyer who helped her ink the mega-deal in the first place.

After the Tiger Woods scandal broke, Rachel was the first mistress to step forward. In order to keep the scandal from becoming public, Tiger and his people paid Rachel $10 to keep quiet – and never talk about her relationship with the golf pro. Ultimately Rachel broke this agreement by appearing on Celebrity Rehab, and then speaking with TMZ about her relationship. (I hope it was worth the $10 million!)

Rachel is alleging that Gloria Allred, her onetime lawyer, sold her out for money.

As TMZ reported, Allred negotiated a $10 million settlement for Uchitel, just hours before she was going to hold a tell-all news conference about Tiger Woods. The settlement included a confidentiality agreement, which prohibited Uchitel from talking about Woods.

We’ve learned the agreement stated if Uchitel violated the confidentiality clause she would not only have to return the money she received but Woods could sue her for damages as well.

Sources tell TMZ that several months ago Woods’ lawyer, Jay Lavely, contacted Allred and said they were going after Uchitel because they believed she violated the confidentiality agreement by allegedly speaking with TMZ and going on “Celebrity Rehab” to treat her “addition to love,” though she never talked specifically about Woods on the show.

We’re told Uchitel felt strongly she had not violated the agreement, but Allred allegedly convinced her she would lose if push came to shove. So, Allred struck a deal with Lavely, that Uchitel would return the lion’s share of the settlement money.

Rachel is reportedly fuming over the deal Gloria made with Lavely, which ensured Gloria would be paid her attorney fees. Uchitel believes that Gloria sold her out, making a deal with Tiger’s lawyers in an attempt to get Tiger’s money back.

Apparently Rachel was in on the deal in the beginning, but then got the feeling she was getting screwed. She’s since hired a malpractice lawyer to sue Allred.

Sources tell TMZ that Uchitel’s lawyer has given Allred a deadline, and if Allred doesn’t ante up, a legal malpractice lawsuit will be filed.

Everyone, including Jennifer Lopez’s close friends, was surprised on Friday when they learned that Jennifer had filed for divorce from husband of seven years, Marc Anthony. Now that things have settled a bit, however, many are admitting that they saw tensions growing between the once tight-knit couple.

According to Huffington Post, many things may have contributed to the breakup, but ultimately, work had created a wedge between them.

“We knew something was going on when Jennifer took her mother, Guadalupe, to meet the Royals at the BAFTA gala in Los Angeles instead of Marc,” an insider tells me. “Jennifer and Marc see themselves as the king and queen of Latino culture so this would been the perfect opportunity for one royal couple to be seen hanging with another.”

Lopez’s decision to make mama her plus one also signaled more than a few red flags that there may be trouble in paradise.

“Whenever she breaks up with a man she surrounds herself with family,” a friend of the “American Idol” Judge tells me. “After her split from her fiancé, Ben Affleck, and before that Diddy, Jennifer flew her mom in to be by her side.”

But what actually lead the couple, who secretly wed at their Beverly Hills estate in 2004, to split?

“Work is what ultimately is the blame,” a friend tells me.

Marc has spent the summer filming the TNT drama, “Hawthorne,” while also maintaining his live performance scheudle and Lopez has never been busier — she’s taping “Idol” and releasing her new album, “Love?” Additionally, the couple is working on a new reality show, “¡Q’Viva! The Chosen,” in which they will search all over the world to find extraordinary talent.

“I don’t know any relationship that could survive the juggling of schedules of both Jennifer and Marc,” an industry insider tells me. “Angelina and Brad years ago agreed that while one of them was working the other took time off. Unfortunately, knowing both Jen [and] Marc, I can tell you that neither of them is capable of putting their career on hold when a great or big paying opportunity comes along.”

I think divorce is incredibly sad, especially when – if this article is true – work gets in the way of a happy marriage. They put more value on their careers than they do on their marriage/family. And that’s just heartbreaking!

If you listen to other sources, though, Jennifer may have stepped out on her marriage. According to TMZ, JLo is defending herself against infidelity claims today. Sources say Jennifer may have cheated on Marc with her “I’m Into You” music video costar.

The hot piece of man meat who starred as Jennifer Lopez’s shirtless romantic interest in her steamy “I’m Into You” music video claims he’s NOT dating the singer nor did they have sex … despite reports to the contrary.

The guy at the center of the affair rumors is telenovela star William Levy — aka the Cuban Brad Pitt — who recently separated from his wife AFTER shooting the music video (see below) with Lopez.

But Levy’s rep tells TMZ William and J.Lo are NOT an item … saying, “The only relationship there was or is, is a professional relationship. That’s all there’s ever been.”

Kate Hudson, Hollywood’s most recent new mommy, was spotted waiting in a Starbuck’s parking lot, talking with and greeting a few fans as her fiance Matt Bellamy made the run inside for the cold drinks in Malibu this weekend.

Kate and Matt welcomed their new son, Bingham Hawn last week. Kate looks to be happy and healthy!

Charlie Sheen is returning to TV! Lionsgate announced today that Charlie will make his return to television in a sitcom based on the 2003 Jack Nicholson/Adam Sandler comedy “Anger Management”.

Lionsgate will produce the half-hour comedy.

“I chose Anger Management because, while it might be a big stretch for me to play a guy with serious anger management issues, I think it is a great concept, Sheen said in a statement.  It also provides me with real ownership in the series, a certain amount of creative control and the chance to be back in business with one of my favorite movie producers of all time, Joe Roth.” Charlie said in the press release.

Former Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen is planning his return to series television in Anger Management, a new sitcom loosely based on Revolution Studios 2003 hit comedy feature of the same name. Lionsgate-owned Debmar-Mercury, headed by Co-Presidents Mort Marcus and Ira Bernstein, will distribute the series that will be produced by Lionsgate Television, led by Television Group President Kevin Beggs and COO Sandra Stern; Joe Roth and Revolution Studios Vince Totino; Sheen manager Mark Burg s production company, Evolution Management; and Robert Maron.

Sheen will retain a significant ownership stake in the series inspired by the film, in which a mild-mannered, non-confrontational man is ordered to attend group anger management sessions led by a therapist who could probably use some anger management himself.

Roth and Sheen have worked together on five features, including “Major League,” “Young Guns” and “Three Musketeers.”
