Well, sort of. A hacker broke into his website this morning and posted a “coming out” statement.

If you would have checked his website this morning, you would have seen the message (which TMZ got a screenshot of, below).

Zach’s rep tells TMZ … “He was hacked … that site has been down since 2006.”

Zach just posted his own statement to his Facebook, writing, “My old website got hacked. Someone issued a ‘coming out’ statement on my behalf. I’m still straight and in love with my girlfriend. But not too straight; I still love musicals, brunch and Doogie Howser.”

Denise Richards says the process to adopt daughter Eloise was an emotional rollercoaster.

Richards, who already had two daughters, Sam, 7, and Lola, 6, spent two years securing the adoption of little Eloise.

‘She’s brought so much joy, and I love her to pieces. She loves being hugged and held. She’s such a beautiful little baby and little soul,’ Richards told Us Weekly magazine.

‘Some people think if a celebrity wants a baby, they get one the next day.

‘The adoption took two years and there were times I felt discouraged, times when I got close to adopting a baby and it fell through.

‘But I knew the right baby would find us.’

Richards, 40, told the magazine her ex-husband Charlie Sheen was fully behind her adoption.

‘We talk every day. He’s met her. He knows how much I love, love kids, so he was very supportive,’ said Richards.

Although Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck famously called off their engagement and 18-month romance in January 2004, the actor was happy to help as his ex’s 7-year marriage to Marc Anthony was falling apart.

Guadalupe Lopez, the singer-actress’s mother (and plus-one at the July 9 BAFTA bash with the royals in Hollywood), sought Affleck’s advice on July 12, multiple sources confirm in the new Us Weekly, out Wednesday. “Guadalupe reached out to Ben over email. She wanted advice for Jennifer,” reveals a source.

“She always liked and trusted him. [Ben] replied back on email, wished her well and offered what he could,” the source says of Affleck, 38, now happily married with two daughters to Jennifer Garner. (Lopez, now 41, wed Latin crooner Anthony, 42, just months after she and Affleck split.)

Three days after that secret email exchange with Affleck, Lopez and Anthony announced the end of their union in a joint statement. “It was a very bad marriage, and Jennifer got the courage to end things,” an insider says, adding, “[Marc] was a terrible husband.”

At issue: Anthony’s raging jealousy over Lopez’s career, his compulsion to control everything from her business endeavors and even her famous wardrobe, and, according to multiple sources, at least one extra-marital affair in 2009.

And despite her ultra-glamourous, ultra-confident persona in the public eye, Lopez “actually has low self-esteem,” one pal explains. “And Marc really played into that insecurity. That’s why she put up with his abuse for such a long time.”

I cannot wait!!

The first teaser trailer for the Marc Webb-directed film, “The Amazing Spider-Man” has hit the web, promising a bit of a change in origin story for the legendary webslinger. In the comics, and the Sam Raimi-directed, Tobey Maguire-starring films, Peter Parker is a nerdy weakling who gets endowed with incredible powers after being bitten by a radioactive spider during a class field trip to a science lab. In the new film, Andrew Garfield’s Parker is no doubt weak, and he’s bitten by a spider, it comes during a visit to see his crush, Emma Stone’s Gwen Stacey, who is working at the lab.

The lab, by the way, is run by one Rhys Ifans, the man who will later become the villain, The Lizard.

Speaking about the trailer Tuesday night, Emma Stone said, “I’ve seen the trailer, which I believe comes out ahead of Captain America. I thought it was amazing… It’s pretty cool, but maybe I’m a little biased. We’ll see how people respond to it.”

The film hits theaters on July 3rd, 2012.
