If there’s one thing Kim Kardashian takes seriously – and that’s her image. Don’t even THINK about using a model who even slightly resembles the reality queen – or your ass will be sued!

There is only ONE Kim Kardashian — and now she’s declaring a legal war on Old Navy for using a Kim K look-alike in a recent ad campaign … TMZ has learned.

Kim is filing a lawsuit against the clothing giant — claiming they intentionally used a look-alike in an effort to dupe the public into thinking Kim was affiliated with Old Navy.

We’re told Kim is especially furious that Old Navy has been tweeting to her page about the look-alike — in an effort to gain even more publicity.

One of those tweets read, “@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy’s Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?”

We’re told Kim believes the copycat campaign has damaged her wallet somewhere in the range of $15 to $20 million.

Newly shorthaired actress Vanessa Hudgens hitched a ride with her mother Gina this afternoon. The mother daughter pair headed to the Van Nuys DMV in California before heading to lunch at local eatery in Studio City. Vanessa chopped her once long locks off, and gained weight for her latest role as a homeless girl in her upcoming project “Gimme Shelter” but in a recent interview she admitted that it has been an intense change.

Jennifer Aniston looks to be the only one who showed up at the premiere of ‘Horrible Bosses’ in London this afternoon. If her male co-stars were there, no one took a picture of them.

Aniston is wearing a light dress, looks like cream or soft grey? I love the dress and her shoes! She looks beautiful!

PS: Have I mentioned I saw ‘Horrible Bosses’ and it’s absolutely hilarious? Jennifer finally redeemed herself! After a string of icky movies – she finally got one right! If you haven’t seen it yet – you should!

What happened to the other Old Spice Guy?

It may not look like a romantic movie – and it’s not….but there was romance brewing behind the scenes! Here’s the trailer for ‘Dream House’ the movie where Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz fell in love during the making.

Daniel Craig was engaged to be married to someone else, and Rachel Weisz was with her longtime boyfriend (and father of her son) Darren Aronofsky. But the two fell quickly in love on the set, and they’re married!

Weisz and Craig co-star in the upcoming drama, “Dream House,” about a couple who move with their two smaller children into what seems to be an ideal new house in what seems to be an ideal little town. Of course, it doesn’t quite work out that way; spoiler alert: the house seems to be haunted!

Turns out, the previous family of the house had been murdered, and the father was the institutionalized suspect. Except as Craig’s character investigates the case in order to protect his family, it starts to appear that, somehow, he may be the murderer, except that he doesn’t remember it.

Given that it’s in many ways a psychological thriller, perhaps it’s good news that it sounds a bit confusing. Check out the first trailer and see if you can make sense of it all.

And if you want some more straightforward Craig action, there’s always next week’s “Cowboys & Aliens.”
