Denise Richards celebrated the adoption of her third daughter, Eloise Joni, by throwing a swanky baby shower on Saturday in Beverly Hills.

“So excited for Eloise’s shower today,” the 40-year-old mother of three tweeted. “Gonna be amazing!”

Close friends Tori Spelling and Lisa Rinna were both on hand to fete the little one in style, reports People.com. Ali Landry, Nancy O’Dell and Ali Sweeney were also among the expected invitees.

Pink and black flowers, inspired by Kay Thompson’s classic “Eloise” children’s books, added a special flourish to the Montage Hotel soiree, where guests reportedly sipped champagne and watched as a beaming Richards opened gifts including a pink Stokke stroller and heaps of baby clothes, blankets, plush toys, Baby JaR bibs, and burpies.

“She’s so excited,” an insider tells the mag. “She’s so in love with her new daughter. This is a really special time for her. She can’t wait to introduce her to friends.”

The party cake was topped with a miniature replica of baby Eloise alongside her two older sisters, 7-year-old Sam and 6-year-old Lola, from Richards’ marriage to Charlie Sheen.

“They love having a little baby sister,” a source gushes. “They have welcomed Eloise with open arms.”

The reality star – turned cocktail maker is going to launch her own beauty and skincare lines, with products that will deliver results without giving false hope.

“A $150 eye cream is ridiculous and absurd,” she told Women’s Wear Daily. “[Promises like] ‘you’re going to look like Heidi Klum in two days’ or ‘like you had a face-lift’ have always bothered me.”

The products are organized into four groups: lip treatments, face products, body potions and gift sets.

“I don’t want people to think in three days they’ll have no cellulite. That’s not going to happen,” she said.

Frankel’s Skinnygirl Face & Body Solutions will hit Wal-Mart shelves in November.

She said that she owes her good skin to using good products, not the priciest.

“I finally have good skin because I am consistent. I don’t worry about brands. I do buy brands that are not expensive, ones that don’t spend all the money on the packaging but on the ingredients inside.”

For fans of her low-calorie booze, there’s a product for you. Her bath gift sets smell like her Skinnygirl Margarita and Sangria.

It’ll be interesting to see how this line really works. The fact that they will make their debut at Wal-Mart makes me pause, not gonna lie.

Leighton Meester has sued her mother Constance for spending her money on herself. Money that apparently was being sent to her mother to care for her brother Lex, who has medical issues.

Leighton was sending her mother, Constance Meester, $7,500 a month for medical expenses, when it was actually being spent on cosmetic procedures among  other personal expenses.

“This whole thing’s been really tough on Leighton,” a source tells PEOPLE. “Her only concern has always been taking care of her brother. Leighton’s really close with her brother and her dad – her parents are divorced. Leighton’s a sweet girl – she cares about work, friends and family.”

The Gossip Girl actress, 25, claims her mother threatened to sue her for $3 million if she didn’t raise the monthly allowance to $10,000.

Constance Meester has had legal troubles before. In the 1980s, she was convicted of helping a drug ring smuggle marijuana from Jamaica to the U.S. – and gave birth to Leighton while in a Texas halfway house.

Another woman also won a restraining order against Constance earlier this year after alleged harassment.

The most recent lawsuit was first reported by TMZ.com.

After a week of hiding, expecting actress Rebecca Gayheart enjoys a day at the park with her daughter Billie Beatrice and a few other family members. Rebecca arrived at the park in Los Angeles wearing a long black dress with a tie-dye heart and flip-flops showing off her growing baby bump. Gayheart was all smiles despite the absence of her husband actor Eric Dane who has recently entering rehab for pain meds. Eric entered the rehab under the radar after news broke that the two are expecting their second child and he is now rumored to be near the end of his stay.
