I hate to say it – but I’m not sure Robert Pattinson has much of a future in acting – outside ‘Twilight’. This movie looks awful!!
Of course – I kinda knew it was going to suck when I heard his co-stars were Uma Thurman and Christina Ricci. I love them as actresses, but they don’t make many good movies….
Blake Lively was hard at work today on the set of ‘The Savages’ in Los Angeles.
Blake and Leonardo Dicaprio fought off rumors that they had split when they were spotted together over the weekend. Blake took a break from filming ‘Gossip Girl’ to fly to California where she’s working on her new movie, and met up with her man.
The couple were spotted shopping for sunglasses in Santa Monica. A source at the store told press, “They seemed very much in love. They were in the store for about 10 minutes before a crowd of fans noticed them and they rushed out.”
On Sunday the pair attended a Stevie Wonder concert at the Hollywood Bowl.
Taking your kids to the toy store doesn’t normally create a media frenzy. But if you’re Angelina Jolie, it certainly does. Fans waited outside the store in the Richmond area of London while Jolie took her daughters Shiloh and Zahara inside.
Of course, it’s no surprise that the store was mobbed – Angelina’s team called ahead and had the store close just for them while they shopped. It just takes a couple of people and cameras peeking in to create a frenzy. Especially since everyone close must know that Brad Pitt is in the area filmingWorld War Z!
I think I’m not a fan of her dress, but I think she looks great. Considering she’s in her 60′s and lost about 90 pounds (reportedly) I think she looks good. Kirstie Alley showed off her curves in a purple dress as she arrived at the “Late Night With David Letterman” show in New York City.
Amy Winehouse, who was found dead in her London home on Saturday, was laid to rest on Tuesday in London. The private funeral was only attended by family and close friends, including Mark Ronson and Kelly Osbourne.
Sky News reports that Winehouse’s ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, was not allowed out of prison for the event; he is currently serving 32 months for violent crimes.
A witness told the British news service that Winehouse’s dad, Mitch, “told some great stories from childhood about how headstrong she was, and clearly the family and friends recognized the stories and laughed along. He stressed so many times she was happier now than she had ever been and he spoke about her boyfriend and paid tribute to a lot of people in her life.”
Winehouse’s most recent boyfriend, Reg Traviss, spoke to the UK’s Sun about his devastating loss, saying that Winehouse had been exercising and in good spirits before she passed.
“I can’t describe what I am going through and I want to thank so much all of the people who have paid their respects and who are mourning the loss of Amy, such a beautiful, brilliant person and my dear love,” he said. “I have lost my darling who I loved very much.”
Autopsy results proved inconclusive on Monday, meaning it will take 2-4 weeks for toxicology tests to provide a cause of death.
