In the midst of all of the rumors, NY Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez wants to set the record straight.

He is SOOOOO not dating Hayden Panettiere!

But he totally went out on a burger date with Hayden. He had coach Rex Ryan‘s full support when it came to going to In-N-Out burger with the blonde bombshell of an actress.

Apparently, there’s a real reason why this QB went out with Hayden… but we won’t know for awhile. Mark said he’ll explain his whereabouts with Hayden very very soon.

And so we wait…

The famous “Dr. Death” passed away early Friday at the age of 83.

The assisted-suicide advocate had been hospitalized in Michigan for pneumonia and a kidney-related ailment, his attorney has said.

The 83-year-old former pathologist had struggled with kidney problems for years and had checked into a hospital earlier this month for similar problems, his lawyer, Mayer Morganroth, told CNN last month. He checked back into Beaumont Hospital in the Detroit suburb of Royal Oak on May 18 after suffering a relapse, Morganroth said.

Kevorkian, dubbed “Dr. Death,” made national headlines as a supporter of physician-assisted suicide and “right-to-die” legislation. He was charged with murder numerous times through the 1990s for helping terminally ill patients take their own lives.

He was convicted on second-degree murder charges in 1999 stemming from the death of a patient who suffered from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, commonly called Lou Gehrig’s disease. He was paroled in 2007.

After his release, he said he would not help end any more lives.

In an interview with CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta last year, Kevorkian said he had no regrets about his work.

“No, no. It’s your purpose (as a) physician. How can you regret helping a suffering patient?” he said.

In that interview, Kevorkian said that he had three missions in life and that he himself was not ready to die.

One of his missions was to warn mankind of “impending doom” that will come from the culture of overabundance.

“I’m not going to be too popular for that one,” he said.

His second mission was to educate people about assisted suicide, and his belief that in states where assisted suicide has been legalized, it is not being done right. He believed that people shouldn’t have to be terminal in order to qualify for help in ending their own lives.

Kevorkian’s third stated mission was to convince Americans that their rights are being infringed upon by bans on everything from smoking to assisted suicide.

In case you didn’t know, Kevorkian had a failed run for Congress in Michigan back in 2008 at the age of 79.

The assisted suicide advocate is no longer able to lead people to the end of their lives. Attorney Morganroth said that Kevorkian died a “peaceful death.”

Willow Sage Hart!

Pink and husband Cary Hart wecomed their daughter yesterday in Los Angeles. She announced the news via Twitter.

“We are ecstatic to welcome our new beautiful healthy happy baby girl, Willow Sage Hart,” Pink wrote. “She’s gorgeous, just like her daddy [Carey Hart]. #beyondblessed”

According to PEOPLE, Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn are no longer dating.

Speculation about the pair began after Johansson did not attend the Cannes Film Festival with Penn for his movie The Tree of Life. She has been working on The Avengers in New Mexico, reprising her role of Black Widow from Iron Man 2.

Johansson, 26, and Penn, 50, made headlines when they took a whirlwind trip to Cabo San Lucas after being spotted getting flirty together during a lunch date in Los Angeles.

The pair attended a White House Correspondents’ Dinner party in Washington D.C. in April and had been spotted in a series of cozy outings in L.A.

The reason for the split wasn’t immediately known. Reps declined to comment.

Gwyneth Paltrow and husband Chris Martin are on the hunt for a tutor for their children, Apple, 7 and Moses, 5. Thing is – they are very, very particular in what they’re looking for.

According to The Sun, the famous couple have placed an ad for a private tutor, and they know exactly what they want. The new tutor must essentially be, smart, athletic, musically gifted, multilingual, willing to travel the world and work two to four hours a day.

A friend of the couple told The Sun, “They’re looking for someone with amazing qualifications – fluent in languages, able to play two instruments and sporty. It’s likely the tutor will be Oxbridge-educated.”

Both Paltrow and her Coldplay frontman husband are intelligent and talented individuals themselves, it’s no wonder they’d want that for their offspring as well.

The job will require working from their home in Belsize Park, North London, with the ability to travel with the couple and the kids both near and far. The insider that spoke to The Sun added, “They want someone to go with them wherever they need them, be that America or anywhere else. But with that kind of deal for teaching two hours a day – you would, wouldn’t you?”

These expenses will of course be paid for, and will not come out of the £60,000 ($98,000) salary being offered. As for some of the other perks included, how about use of the couples’ West London flat? Not too shabby at all.
