Okay. So what is it that Gisele Bundchen doesn’t have?! Seriously.

In case you didn’t know, Gisele has been the highest paid supermodel since 2004. And according to Forbes, the Brazilian-born beauty is basically a billionaire.

Besides being the face (and other parts) of Versace and Dior, the business-savvy 30-year-old aims to brand herself with her own line of jewelry, “green” cosmetics and lingerie, as well as sandals, says Forbes.

The publication also lauds her real-estate holdings. Among her properties, it reports: a hotel in the south of Brazil, land in an upper-crust region of Bahia, a villa in Costa Rica and a Brentwood, Calif., estate that she and Brady purchased for $11 million (for the land alone) and will reportedly spend another $20 million to develop.

When the gold dust settles, Forbes speculates, not only will Bündchen be the first billionaire supermodel, but also the first Brazilian female self-made billionaire. To borrow a term from Brady’s game, touchdown.

A 30-year-old billionaire supermodel. Amazing.

But I always thought she looked way older than 30. Just saying.

Matt Damon is a fabulous actor. An really fabulous Bostonian. And it just may be that he’s an even more SUPER fabulous son and family man!

“My family is so grateful for the care you’ve given us,” the Adjustment Bureau star said at a fundraiser last night for Massachusetts General Hospital’s Cancer Care Center, where his father, Kent, has been undergoing treatment for multiple myeloma, a cancer of the blood.

“It’s deeply humbling to see how many people here are committing their lives to helping others,” Matt said. “We’ve lost some close personal friends to cancer in recent years, but I never thought it would happen to my dad, the marathon runner…It sucked.”

Happily, Kent Damon is currently in remission—and, apparently, a great mood.

“We try not to take this celebrity deal too seriously,” he joked, referring to his A-lister son. He told the crowd a story about opening up the paper to read about Matt’s Academy Award nominations for Good Will Hunting in 1997, and “there was a picture of Robert Duvall, Peter Fonda, and Dustin Hoffman—then there was a picture of my 27-year-old son. He didn’t belong there with all these seasoned actors!”

Getting serious, however, Kent also said that his Boston-bred boy was “all you could ever for ask for in a son. It’s been a wonderful ride being his dad.”

Cue tears.

Matt actually succeeded his pops onstage, wondering “How do you follow that? My dad’s biggest fear is public speaking, and I’m like, ‘You’ve got cancer man!’

“When people ask me, “What’s so great about Boston?’ I say, ‘Oh, the people, the sports teams—actually, I’d start with the sports teams—[and] the hospitals,” the actor continued, according to the Boston Herald.

“But if you had ever heard of Mass General, you were raised to believe it was the best hospital in the world. You were raised to believe that the Red Sox would break your heart and that MGH was the best hospital in the world.”

When it comes to battling custody issues with ex-wife Camille Grammer, actor Kelsey Grammer wants to take son Jude with him to Chicago and leave daughter Mason behind in California.

And TMZ obtained proof with the real papers to show it!

TMZ broke the story … Camille Grammer wanted custody of the former couple’s 2 kids because Kelsey wanted to split them up.  Kelsey’s lawyer told us her story was “inaccurate.”  But we’ve obtained a letter Kelsey’s lawyer sent to Camille’s attorney which says exactly what Camille claims.

The letter, dated April 29, 2011, says “Kelsey proposes … Kelsey shall have primary physical custody of Jude and Camille shall have primary physical custody of Mason.”  The letter says Kelsey wants to enroll 6-year-old Jude in a Chicago school.

The letter also outlines very specific terms of the custody agreement, including when each parent gets the kids on holidays.

Camille filed for primary physical custody yesterday … and we’ve learned she wants custody so the kids aren’t separated from each other.

As for Kelsey, his rep, Stan Rosenfield, tells TMZ, “Despite the fact that those connected with Camille Grammer seem to be hand delivering confidential documents to TMZ and other media outlets, we will continue not to make public statements about their private matters which can and apparently does beg for misinterpretation.”

Rosenfield continues, “There is no valid reason to drag the Grammer children into any media spotlight.”

The ‘Transformers’ main man, Shia LaBeouf, has a confession to make: The set of the movie series has changed for the better ever since Megan Fox was replaced by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Why?

Because Miss Fox could never adapt to director Michael Bay’s take on sexuality.

“Megan developed this Spice Girl strength, this woman-empowerment [stuff] that made her feel awkward about her involvement with Michael, who some people think is a very lascivious filmmaker, the way he films women,” LaBeouf tells the Los Angeles times. “Mike films women in a way that appeals to a 16-year-old sexuality. It’s summer. It’s Michael’s style. And I think [Fox] never got comfortable with it. This is a girl who was taken from complete obscurity and placed in a sex-driven role in front of the whole world and told she was the sexiest woman in America. And she had a hard time accepting it. When Mike would ask her to do specific things, there was no time for fluffy talk. We’re on the run. And the one thing Mike lacks is tact. There’s no time for, ‘I would like you to just arch your back 70 degrees.’”

(Fox, who played Mikaela in the first two films, has compared Bay to Nazis and Napoleon.)

But Huntington-Whiteley?

“Rosie comes with this Victoria’s Secret background, and she’s comfortable with it, so she can get down with Mike’s way of working and it makes the whole set vibe very different,” LaBeouf said.

LaBeouf ways his character is coddled more with Huntington-Whiteley in the film, which hits theaters June 29.

“Sam’s sort of frustrated,” LaBeouf says. “He has no purpose in life. When he was with the Autobots, he had purpose. He was needed. But he’s got this very supportive girl [Huntington-Whitley's character Carly Miller] who’s having him go to these job interviews and trying to nurture him, get him back on his feet. It’s a different female energy than he experienced with Mikaela, who was a very cold biker chick. This woman’s more of a maternal, loving type. Sam wants a domestic, eggs-in-the-morning kind of a thing.”

Who would have thought?
