No more “Friday, Friday, Friday”…. Rebecca Black has pulled her famous music video off You Tube!
Rebecca Black wants “Friday” all to herself, it seems, requesting that YouTube take down the viral video that made her famous.
“This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Rebecca Black,” reads the Web page that once held the pop tune so bad it was marvelous. “Sorry about that.”
The dispute is over who own rights to Rebecca’s image, according to TMZ, which got confirmation from the Black team that a takedown notice had been submitted as a result of a “dispute we have with Ark Music regarding the ‘Friday’ video.”
Ark Music Factory produced the tune as part of a package purchased by Rebecca’s family.
After logging more than 167 million free “Friday” views via its YouTube account, Ark earlier this week introduced a $2.99 three-day rental fee for the video — this after Mama Black in April threatened Ark with a lawsuit over master copies of the recording and sales of “Friday” ring tones, Popeater said.
To all the folks who wanted “Friday” to just go away — happy now? Yes, that is a totally serious question.
Well, this according to another woman famous for her derriere, Coco. Ice-T’s wife Coco reveals in a interview that as far as she knows, Nicki Minaj’s butt is fake because she claims the rapper admitted it.
“Well, I read that it wasn’t. I thought that she came out with it. I heard it from her,” the 31-year-old told Hilton.Sensing that she may have said too much, Coco quickly backtracked. “Okay I don’t know… We’re not even going to go there anymore. You know what I say about a lot of stylists that work with me… They work with me, they touch my body, they’re doing stuff all day long. So they’re doing that same thing to Nicki Minaj and they’re saying a little bit different.”
Minaj has never publicly come out and stated that her backside was fake, but scoffed at those who even care. “People will pick anything to talk about, and that happens to be the thing at the moment. I love being a conversation piece,” she told the New York Post last year.
Like the Young Money MC, Coco has also been known to make her rear end a focal point. The model-turned-reality star has been hit with rumors that she too is rocking a fake backside, a topic which she has addressed while promoting her new show, ‘Ice Loves Coco,’ which follows her day-to-day life and 10-year relationship with the rap veteran.
What do you think? Do you think her butt is fake? I guess you never know, but I would be really surprised if this were true…
USA Tennis Player Bethanie Mattek-Sands was all smiles in a bright tennis ball dress designed by Lady Gaga’s dress designer, Alex Noble. She wore the odd dress at the Wimbeldon pre-party at Kensington Roof Gardens yesterday in London England.
Well I guess no one can complain anymore about her videos getting crazy big and artsy. After a series of pretty outlandish music videos comes THIS video – and it’s about as bad as it gets, in my opinion. I found myself missing the crazy antics in her other music videos! This is 5 minutes of her pounding the pavement, dancing with railings and sitting on the steps of what looks like Sesame Street.
The video looks as 80′s as the song sounds. Nice saxophone solo.
Paris Hilton’s boyfriend Cy Waits has had enough of having his life played out on a reality show. As a result, sources tell E! Online that the couple are “reevaluating” things.
“Paris loves and respects Cy very much,” a source close to Paris tells me. “He has been through a lot with her. But sometimes it’s hard on the relationship because he’s not used to this lifestyle, the media and being on a show.”
Her Oxygen reality series has been a particularly sore subject for them.
“Cy is very upset with The World According to Paris,” a source says. “He felt that way too much of their private life was shown. When he signed on to do the show, he had no idea the cameras would be so invasive.”
Another issue is Paris’ constant travel and Cy being based in Vegas.
“Cy has a daughter and he’s very protective about keeping her out of the media and wanting her to lead a normal life,” a source close to Cy says.
Despite their problems, he wants to make things work, but the heiress is unsure whether he’s “the one”.
“Sometimes he feels like Paris isn’t ready to take the next step. They both love each other very much and are deciding what to do now.”
Paris is wrapping up a promotional visit to Chicago, while Cy is currently spending time with his daughter in Vegas.
Joss Stone is lucky to be alive, after new details of the murder plot against her are being revealed.
Two men, identified as Junior Bradshaw, 31, and Kevin Liverpool, 30, are in custody today on suspicion of attempting to rob and attack singer Joss Stone.
More details are emerging on the pre-meditated attack.
Police found handwritten notes in a vehicle used by the men which said “rob and kill, money in the safe, Joscelyn rob,” in addition to a Samurai sword, knives, a hammer, a body bag, gloves and balaclavas. A separate note said: “find a river to dump her in.”
The men, who will return to court to face trial on July 1, were named in court as Junior Bradshaw, 31, and Kevin Liverpool, 30, both from Manchester.
Stone, the British-born soul singer who won fame with Introducing Joss Stone, is not thought to have been at the house when the attack was planned. She has said through her agent that she is “absolutely fine and getting on with life as normal.”
What’s with the sweater and buttoned up shirt? Isn’t it awfully warm in L.A. these days?
The 25-year-old actor stopped by a coffee shop for some hot coffee to go with his fuzzy sweater.
The actor will next be seen in ‘Transformers 3′, which he says is the best of the three. “['Dark of the Moon'] is the best movie we’ve made, I’m serious. It’s not a joke. I’m dead honest, man. I get myself in trouble all the time, but this is our best installment. It’s our best movie.”
