Singer Nivea, who has a child with both superstar rapper Lil Wayne and super-producer The Dream, was arrested on Sunday at approximately 1:30am after driving her Mercedes into a fallen tree.

Officers claim that Nivea had “bloodshot, glassy eyes and smelled like alcohol.” She claimed she only had 3 drinks and missed the caution tape and traffic cones that were on the road. To top it off, she had a small child in the car with her. Thankfully, the child was not injured and was released to Nivea’s boyfriend.

Sources close to Nivea are claiming that neither alcohol nor speeding was a contributing factor in the accident.

Actor John Travolta was seen at a heliport in Paris, France today, hitching a ride to the 49th Paris Air Show at the Le Bourget airport.

Wrestler Scott Hall finally had his day in court yesterday and was sentenced to ten days in jail for being intoxicated and resisting arrest in May 2010.

For those unfamiliar, Hall was booked back in early May 2010 when cops found Hall — aka Razor Ramon — drunkenly yelling and cursing at patrons in a Florida bar. Hall was allegedly uncooperative with police … and was popped for resisting arrest.

According to court records in Seminole County, Florida Hall was sentenced to 10 days in jail … but the time was reduced to 2 days for time served.

We’re told Hall is planning to check in to jail on July 5th — and a rep for the wrestler says he’ll be in the medical unit because of his “bad health.”

Transformer’s director Michael Bay spoke with GQ magazine about the real reasons behind star Megan Fox not appearing in any more of the films, and as expected her outlandish comments got her ina  bit of hot water, most notably when she talked about Bay, saying he “wants to be like Hitler on his sets” and that he’s “a nightmare to work for.”

“She was in a different world, on her BlackBerry. You gotta stay focused,” Bay tells the July issue of GQ, on newsstands Tuesday. “And you know, the Hitler thing. Steven said, ‘Fire her right now.’ ”

He was referring to Steven Spielberg, one of the executive producers. Fellow Transformers star Shia LaBeouf says he agrees Fox went too far.

“Criticism is one thing,” he told the magazine. “Then there’s public name-calling, which turns into high school bashing. Which you can’t do. She started s—-talking our captain.”

Bay, however, says he was able to put the actress’s comments into perspective.

“I wasn’t hurt, because I know that’s just Megan,” he says. “Megan loves to get a response. And she does it in the wrong way. I’m sorry, Megan. I’m sorry I made you work 12 hours. I’m sorry that I’m making you show up on time. Movies are not always warm and fuzzy.”

“She sent me a text three months ago. She said, ‘I hope you’re doing well,’” he recounts. “I responded, ‘Who is this?’ She goes, ‘Megan, you dork!’ I said, ‘Oh, well, thank you, hope you’re well.’ When you’re days and months on a set, it’s like a family. You say rude things and you make up.”

Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom recently caught up with PEOPLE last Friday in Las Vegas at the Chateau Nightclub while celebrating his wife Khloe Kardashian‘s 27th birthday. Lamar says that he knows that Khloe will be a wonderful mother because she can take care of him so well.

“She takes care of me, and I’m a pretty big baby.[...]It’s her natural instinct. She used to take care of her two younger sisters. She’s gonna be great. I can’t wait until the day when we can share that moment when she gives birth to our child.”

“We’re just excited to have to downtime, some family time this summer.”

When asked if he had any advice for Khloe’s sister Kim Kardashian who’s in the midst of planning her wedding, Lamar said:

“My grandmother told me if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans. It’s all about being happy.”
