Monroe isn’t even two months old yet, and already she’s fed up with having her picture taken!
“Mariah & Nick reveal the names of #dembabies Monroe Cannon & Moroccan Scott Cannon!” a Tweet on her account read after she delivered her twins on April 30.
Nick further explained the couple’s baby names choices in a visit to Access Hollywood Live in May, telling Billy Bush and Kit Hoover, “Monroe obviously is inspired by Marilyn Monroe — who my wife is a huge fan of — and it’s just a strong name for a female.
“And then Moroccan – I got to name our son,” the proud papa continued. “Mariah wasn’t really with it at first, but I thought it was kind of cool because it kind of sounds like Mariah and Nick together.”
According to a law firm in Michigan, Lady Gaga has been keeping some of the proceeds from the “We Pray For Japan” bracelets she had been selling to fans to raise money for earthquake relief in Japan.
Lady Gaga’s Web site says that all of the proceeds from the bracelets go to charity. But the lawsuit charges that she inflated shipping charges for the bracelets and also kept some of the $5 dollars that she charged for them.
How the law firm plans to prove its claims wasn’t immediately clear.
Lady Gaga, who headlined a disaster relief benefit concert in Tokyo this weekend, has donated $3 million to help the victims of the March 11 earthquake in Japan.
If this is true – then it’s pretty horrible. Inflating the shipping to keep a profit for yourself? How awful!
Model Elizabeth Hurley and her boyfriend Aussie cricket star Shane Warne, attend the Ampney Crucis Village Fete in Gloucestershire, England.
