17 year-old Taylor Momsen lights up a cigarette while going for a walk with her mom in NYC, who apparently couldn’t care less that her underage daughter is smoking.

I suppose when your daughter is Taylor Momsen, and she dresses like a hooker, talks like a sailor, and thinks she’s twice her age – smoking is the least of your concern.

Paul McCartney is getting married……again.

According to People, the former Beatle is engaged to longtime girlfriend, Nancy Shevell.

“Nancy and Paul are getting married,” a source close to Shevell told the mag. “Ring and all – very exciting.”

McCartney, 68, and Shevell, 51 – who hit the red carpet together on Monday night for the Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City – first started dating during the summer of 2007.

This will be the third marriage for McCartney.

He wed Linda McCartney in 1969, and the couple remained married until Linda died of breast cancer in 1998.

In 2002, he tied the knot with Heather Mills. However, McCartney filed for divorce in 2006. The messy divorce was finalized in 2008.

McCartney has five children from his previous relationships, ranging in age from 48 to 7 years old.

A rep for McCartney was not immediately available for comment on the engagement news when contacted by Access Hollywood on Friday.

John Travolta has introduced Lindsay Lohan to Scientology while Lindsay was in talks to star in ‘Gotti: Three Generations’.

The 57-year-old actor, who is probably the most prominent scientology follower (next to Tom Cruise) has recommended that the troubled actress should give the “religion” a shot, in order to help get her life back on track.

It’s reported that John gave Lindsay this helpful advice after the two signed on to play lead roles in the new mobster movie. John allegedly told producers he was taking Lindsay “under his wing”.

An insider told the National Enquirer magazine: “Even though producers were hesitant to hire Lindsay because of her troubled past. Travolta assured them he’d take her under his wing.

“He feels confident he’ll be able to keep her on the straight and narrow, now and forever.”

Lindsay who is to begin court-ordered community service next week has reportedly promised John she will attend a Church of Scientology induction course.

The source added: “John introduced Lindsay to one of the church’s top counsellors and even though she’s been cast in a new role and won’t play the star’s daughter in the flick she’s assured him she’ll still attend the series of induction classes that will make her a Scientologist.”
