Angelina is back in Kung Fu Panda 2 as the voice of Master Tigress, and talks how her children, ranging from 9 to 2-years-old, were “part agents, part managers” on set.
“They’ll sit in a room and say, ‘That’s just not funny.”
She says that they “keep you competitive, even if they think Jack Black is always cooler than mom.”
“You know, when you hear your own voice, you can find it quite boring and uninteresting. Suddenly, you get very shy that your voice is not enough, because I’m not musical and I don’t know my voice.”
She says she leans on Jack Black for support, stating:
“I was crazy about him. I had seen him in everything he’d done, but what I really knew him for was music. I don’t have musical talent, so I always thought it was really cool that he could be an actor to a lot of us but equally a rock star.”
Taylor Swift is opening the doors for her dress rehearsal to help those devastated by the tornadoes that touched down in the South. The 21-year-old country singer is selling 13,000 tickets for fans to come see her last dress rehearsal for her ‘Speak Now’ tour. All proceeds from ticket sales will go towards those that lost homes, family, and friends in the recent disaster that killed 329 people and leveled entire communities.
Taylor says:
“I was watching the coverage of the tornadoes backstage at rehearsals, and I wanted to do something for the families affected by the damage. I’ve never opened a rehearsal to the public before, but I felt that inviting my fans to the last rehearsal for the ‘Speak Now’ tour would be a great way to raise money.”
“We will probably still be doing some fine-tuning to the show that night, since this will be a true rehearsal, but I feel like it is so important for me and my fans to help if we can.”
No matter what, Justin Bieber has vowed to play his concert dates that are scheduled in Japan, even though there are many crew members that are refusing to participate because they are afraid of the health risks associated with visiting the island, most notably the toxic chemicals released from the nuclear disaster.
The crew members are afraid that the chemicals will cause cancer, and they want no part of it at all. No worries, the teen sensation is hitting the road without them. TMZ reports that is he doesn’t have the manpower for a big time stadium gig, he’ll take whatever size venue he can.
Personally, I smell a lawsuit, but you’ve got to give it to the kid for loving his fans.
