Just days after her ‘Bethenny Ever After’ season finale, the reality tv star and liquor mogul has been sued by a former business partner for $100 million.

One of her ex-managers, Doug Wald, claims to have helped Bethenny Frankel launch Skinnygirl cocktail brand, but was cut out of the rich deal that was made.

Los Angeles-based Raw Talent sued the Real Housewives of New York and Bethenny Ever After star today in L.A. Superior Court. Raw co-president Doug Wald alleges he met Frankel in May 2008, as she was appearing on Real Housewives, and she expressed interest in launching her own unscripted series. He says he then helped introduce her to some agents at APA that specialize in repping reality stars.

According to the complaint, Frankel signed with APA on August 7, 2008, and also agreed orally that day to retain Wald as her personal manager and pay Raw 10 percent of her earnings (she allegedly confirmed the relationship in an e-mail sent the next day).

Wald says Frankel specifically sought out his advice because she thought the Skinnygirl cocktail was underexploited and he could help her make some money from it.

“She expressly represented that any agreement relating to the exploitation of the Skinnygirl Cocktail Brand would be commissionable under their management agreement,” the complaint says.

Wald says he then helped Frankel hook up with liquor industry veteran David Kanbar, who put together a business plan for a company that would buy the brand, use Frankel’s celebrity to help market it and sell it in two years for a hefty profit.

But Raw Talent says Frankel fired Wald in November 2008, days before signing her deal to develop and market Skinnygirl.

The brand has become a huge success. Seventeen months after Frankel and Kanbar went into business together, they sold the company in March in what The Hollywood Reporter called a $120 million deal.

Raw Talent now says it’s owed 10 percent of that deal, or an estimated $12 million. Plus, the company wants $100 million in punitive damages to make an example out of Frankel.

“Notwithstanding her clear and unambiguous agreement and obligation to pay Raw Talent its 10% commission, Frankel now refuses,” the lawsuit says.

We’ve reached out to Frankel’s rep for comment and will update with a response.

The suit, filed by well-known showbiz litigator Bryan Freedman and Joshua Blum, alleges causes of action for fraud, breach of oral contract and other counts.

If this is true, then it’s really stinking crummy of Bethenny. Hopefully it’s not true – and we can just go on loving Bethenny in peace.

Aniston’s orthodontist is perhaps the funniest boss of them all, a sleazy orthodontist who spends much of the film sexually harassing Charlie Day’s character. Which goes to show how far out of the ordinary her taste is; after all, she was once in a loving relationship with Brad Pitt.

The dark comedy hits theaters July 8th.

The ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’s’ most annoying housewife ever, Alexis Bellino is opening her mouth to talk about her past struggles with eating disorders.

“I just didn’t want to eat,” Alexis remembers when the problem first arose, being 12-years-old and shattered by her parents’ divorce. “Looking back, I think it was my way of controlling something at a time when everything else in my life was out of my control.”

Six years later, during her freshman year at the University of Missouri- Columbia, the disorder truly sank its claws into her. “I felt so heavy,” Alexis admits, saying she became bulimic, throwing up her food on a regular basis. It wasn’t until the collapse of her first marriage in 2002 that Alexis finally decided to get help and worked closely with a doctor to stop purging. In 2005, she married her second husband, Jim Bellino who “finally got me to stop counting calories,” Alexis tells Life & Style. “He loves my body. In fact, he says he likes me about 5 pounds heavier.”

Her weight now fluctuates between 118 and 122 pounds — but she watches it like a hawk. “It’s not like I’m healed,” she says. “This haunts me.” A typical day’s meal plan for her is less than 900 calories. “Sweets are my weakness,” she says. “I’ll serve everyone else dessert, but I’ll pour salt and pepper all over mine so I don’t eat it.”

“I try not to let my weight consume me, but an eating disorder is a lifetime disease,” she tells Life & Style. “It cannot be cured, but it doesn’t have to be practiced. My goal is to reach other women — and let them know that they can conquer it.”

Alex’s pig husband ((sorry, he is!) Jim – loves her body? He would even love her if she were 5 pounds heaver!? Wow, that is an understanding man right there. I’m not sure what kind of a guy would put up with their wife gaining 5 pounds, I mean  – honestly. Jim is an angel.

Angelina Jolie’s latest tattoo sparked rumors that Brad and Angie had adopted another baby. She revealed a new line of coordinates on her left arm, a spot which until now had been reserved for the coordinates of the birthplaces of her six children.

That was, until now!

“Well if they know that it’s latitude and longitude they would have figured out quickly that it was Brad’s birthplace.” Jolie told Extra on Wednesday. “It’s Shawnee, Oklahoma.”

Jolie – at the Cannes Film Festival promoting her new film Kung Fu Panda 2 – also says there’s no possibility of adopting at this time. However, her movie does deal with the subject of adoption and she was happy to watch it with her kids and talk about it.

“We talk very openly in our house, so ‘orphanage, birth parents,’ are happy words in our house, and it’s not a thing,” Jolie says. “It seemed very normal and they loved it.”

Earlier this morning it was reported that ‘Real Houswives of Beverly Hills’ star Taylor Armstrong and her husband of 7 years were divorcing. But, according to Taylor’s rep – that’s not the case.

“Yes, their relationship is not without trouble,” says a source close to Armstrong. “But they’re still together. They’ve gone through therapy and they have issues within their marriage that they’re actively working on, but they’re both really committed to making their marriage work.”

Armstrong, 39, and her husband, 47, were married in 2005 and are parents to daughter Kennedy, 5.

“They love each other and want to be there for their daughter,” says the source.

Reports that financial difficulties are the cause of their marital troubles are not true, according to the source.

“It has nothing to do with financial issues,” says the friend. “Their issues are personal and they’re actively working on solving them.”

If this is the truth – then good for them! It would be great if they could work it out!
