Ashton Kutcher made his first appearance with his future Two and a Half Men co-stars at CBS’s presentation to advertisers today and said he “honestly couldn’t be more excited.” (Programming chief Nina Tassler said it’s been “an educational few months,” but the Sheen word was never uttered).
“I’ve never, probably in my 13 years of show business, received more emails or calls congratulating me about getting a new job,” he said. “I almost think I won the lottery. Which I kind of did.”
But Jon Cryer had one complaint: “Did you have to get such a tall guy?” he asked Tassler, before urging the network to retitle it One and Two Half Men.

Shauna Sand was arrested early this morning for felony domestic violence.
Beverly Hills cops were called to Shauna’s home just before midnight, after someone called and reported a fight at her home. Shauna was arrested on a charge of felony domestic violence after cops notice visible marks on her husband, Laurent Homburger. Homburger was also arrested on a domestic violence charge.
Sand and Homburger were taken to the Beverly Hills Police Station where they were booked. She has been bailed out. He has not.

Controversial director Lars von Trier already got himself into trouble today by calling himself a Hitler-sympathizer and Nazi, and at a press conference today he threw his leading lady under the bus.
After telling reporters that he wanted to make hardcore porn with Kirsten Dunst, he also spoke of her battle with depression.
Explaining the dark moods of Dunst’s character in ‘Melancholia,’ von Trier told a room full of reporters, “I would say Kirsten, thank god, has some knowledge of depression. We talked a lot about how things should look and I think she is doing extremely well.”
Dunst remained quiet and slunk into her seat. The director looked to her. She nodded slowly.
It’s a good hook for the film, which stars Dunst as a bride battling depression on her wedding day amidst a terribly depression situation — the end of the world.
The actress opened up about her battle with depression in 2008 after she went into rehab for the illness at the famous Cirque Lodge in Utah. She admitted she was sick only to clear up rumors that she had been committed for drug and alcohol abuse.
She later revealed to New York magazine, “I think most people in their twenties go through some sort of depression. If you’re successful at a young age, no matter the profession, there has to come a time when you reevaluate everything, what it means to you. Is this what I want to do for the rest of my life?”
According to The Los Angeles Times, Jeff Conaway is in critical condition after suffering an apparent overdose!
The actor, famous for his roles in ‘Grease’ and ‘Taxi’ was unconscious and had pneumonia when he was taken to Encino Hospital Medical Center.
Conaway recently appeared on ‘Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew’ where he was treated for addictions to cocaine, alcohol and painkillers.
