Poor Octomom!

It looks like Nadya Suleman may lose her house because she’s once again falling behind her monthly payments.

TMZ spoke with the man who owns the loan on Octo’s La Habra home – Amer Haddadin — who tells us Nadya Suleman missed her May payment and the bank has already hit her with late fees.

Amer tells us he’s been in contact with Nadya … who has made it clear — she’s broke-ass broke all over again.

Of course, it ain’t the first time Nadya has been on the verge of homelessness — last year, Amer let Octo off the hook when she failed to make a $450,000 balloon payment on the home … and mercifully changed the payment structure so she could stay in the house.

But now, Amer says, his patience has run out … and Octo better find a way to make the payment, or she’ll be out on the street.

In case you didn’t know, Octomom is the mother to 14 children. She bought her home (pictured below) in early 2009 — it has 4 bedrooms and a backyard.

Arnold Schwarzenegger made a $65,000 down payment on a home for Mildred “Patty” Baena, ex-housekeeper of the Schwarzenegger family, less than one year he admitted to being the father to her child.

According to loan documents obtained by TMZ, Arnold made the “gift” payments in two installments from his own personal bank account — one for $5,000 in April 2010 … and one for $60,000 in May 2010.

According to the docs, the money was used to secure a loan for Patty’s house in Bakersfield, CA — where she currently lives with Arnold’s 13-year-old love child.

The purchase price of the house was $268,000 — so Arnold’s down payment covered nearly a quarter of the total cost.

It’s unclear if Maria Shriver, Arnold’s wife from whom he has recently separated, was aware of the transaction at the time.

Baena’s home is 2, 325 sq. ft as public records show. Baena and Schwarzenegger’s child is around 13 years old.

Just in case you’re wondering, Lindsay Lohan still has room in her heart for men. Yesterday (May 19), Lohan told an Australian radio show that she’d definitely consider dating a guy again!

LiLo went on “The Kyle and Jackie O Show” … when Kyle said, “We’d love to know whether you’re like a lesbian or whether you’re a bi … ’cause boys wanna know if they still have a chance … have we still got a chance?”

Lindsay’s response — “Yes.”

Lohan also opened up about a range of other topics in her life — including her dating life, community service, and that infamous white dress she wore to court in February.

In case you didn’t know, LiLo started her community service earlier this month (May 2) at the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles. On her first day, she went braless with a thin black tank dress (pictured above).

British rocker Pete Doherty and ex-boyfriend to supermodel Kate Moss was sent to jail for cocaine possession. The musician had previously been arrested during the investigation into the death of heiress Robin Whitehead. Last year, Robin passed away after a suspected accidental drug overdose.

Pete is notorious for having a history of arrests, bizarre behaviors, and drug addictions. The singer was set to perform with his band, The Babyshambles, this Friday in Scotland.
