Music star and lifestyle mogul Jessica Simpson is all smiles when it comes to being the bride-to-be of football stud Eric Johnson.

“It’s the best year of my life,” the star told Access Hollywood on Saturday at Tom Everhart’s “Peanuts”-themed new art exhibit, “Crashing the Party: The Arty-Fact Paintings,” in New York City.

“You better say the same!” Jessica joked with Eric, who was by her side at the event.

“Ditto, ditto!” Eric quickly added.

“She’s just a regular, grounded, down to earth person and I like it,” he said of his future wife. “Beautiful, beautiful.”

Jessica – who previously told Access that her wedding dress would “out-do” Kate Middleton’s headline-making Royal Wedding gown – has changed her tune about competing with the Princess.

“I absolutely adore Kate’s dress, I thought she looked absolutely beautiful, there’s no bride that can top a Royal Wedding,” she told Access. “I’m not going to be wearing the same kind of thing, but it will be beautiful in it’s own right.”

In case you didn’t know, Jessica got engaged to Eric, a former NFL player, in November 2010. Their wish is to wed by Christmas 2011!!

The butt-kicking beauty Angelina Jolie is known to be the tough chick on the silver screen.

But the movie star admitted to the public that she has another side… and side with a personal “weakness.”

Jolie says she’s very much like her kickass Kung Fu Panda character, Tigress—both the good and the bad. “I think I have her weakness, too,” she told reporters at yesterday’s Hollywood premiere of the animated blockbuster’s new sequel (in theaters on Thursday).

“She’s really tough but she doesn’t really sometimes know how to be soft,” she said. “It’s taken me a little while in my life, and my kids have certainly helped with that—to get me a little softer because I have a bit of a hard shell sometimes.”

Will Jolie be playing Tigress again in the future? She gives E! the scoop:

“I would love to do more,” she told us. “They are so much fun. You come to work in your pajamas, you bring your kids…There’s just no easier job in the world.”

Plus, the flicks hit close to home. “There is a message about what family is and how family is made [in the movies] and I think today, more than ever, we really can understand that family comes in all different ways,” she said. “Sometimes two mothers, two fathers, single parents, some are adopted, different races. So family is where the love is and family is where you find loyalty and friendship.”

Love it when the A-listers encourage families to come together and see family flicks!

And, yes, Angelina… working in pajamas is definitely fun!

Since then, it has been compared to antlers and a pretzel, and has been photoshopped into scores of unlikely scenarios on the Internet. Forty bidders vied for the prize, but eBay did not reveal the identity of the winner.

So, ‘The Biggest Loser’ will be getting a true winner next season… Anna Kournikova!

Anna will be replacing Jillian Michaels, who announced her departure from the hit show in order to focus on family.

Anna is no stranger to fitness. At 15, the tennis champion made her debut in the US Open and was named ESPN’s Hottest Female Athlete in 2002. The talented tennis player is expected to really “serve up” her expertise for the contestants of next season’s fitness challenge.

An official announcement regarding Anna’s role on The Biggest Loser is expected after the show’s season finale on Tuesday, May 24, PopEater reports.

The legendary Elizabeth Taylor passed away at 79 this past March 23rd.

According to Mossler Properties, the 1960s ranch-style house in Bel Air that Taylor called home for 30 years is on the market for $8.6 million.

According to Mossler’s description, the “fully gated and secured” 7,000-sq.-ft. hilltop residence sits on approximately 1.27 acres. Photos for the listing show a private driveway and a broad, bricked motor court, a pool, as well as lush landscaping.

Contained on the interior main floor are “a large, galley-style country kitchen, powder room, lower master suite, two family bedrooms with garden access, and maid’s quarters.”
