While Paris Hilton was visiting the Van Nuys courthouse to confront the individual who broke into her home last year, her boyfriend, Cy Waits, was attacked outside after a man “lunged” at him and grabbed him by the throat. Security immediately reacted and the man was taken into custody.

The man in question, James Rainford, is no stranger to incidents with Paris Hilton. He was arrested In October 2010 after sneaking onto Paris’ property and getting into an argument with her security team. He was sentenced to three years probation.

The man Paris was set to testify against pulled a knife on Cy at Paris’ home back in August 2010, forcing Cy to pull a gun on him.

Even though Khloe Kardashian is happily married with her own reality television series to prove it, she still has insecurities over being the “biggest” Kardashian sister.

She spoke about those concerns in the latest issue of Us Weekly, saying:

“They are 5-foot and 5-foot-2, so I look massive next to them. Everyone expects me to be 9 feet tall and weigh 200 pounds [when they meet me].[...]My brother [Rob] and I were always heavy. They gave us food to keep us comforted. All we did was eat crap

A source who claims to be a frined on Khloe’s told Us the reality star has:

“…struggled with her weight since she was 8 years old,” a family friend tells Us. “She was always taller and developed much broader shoulders than her petite sisters.”

Khloe recalls:

“I had older women tell me, ‘You should really work out. It really got to me.[..]I started to get a positive response from people when I was losing weight.”

Khloe stated that she lost the weight the old-fashioned way: healthy eating habits and exercise.

It’s no secret that he doesn’t think favorably about our President, but his latest antics regarding President Obama’s birth certificate and announcing his hopes in running for president in 2012 have rubbed a few the wrong way. Not long ago Robert DeNiro spoke out against the real estate mogul, and now pop icon Cher is giving her two cents about the reality television star.

After President Obama held a press conference to squash the rumors and focus on real issues, Donald responded this morning by taking credit for the birth certificate’s surfacing, stating that he was very  “proud” and extremely “honored.” Cher went on to say:

“Donald Trump ( mr chapter11) is Only a Mean Spirited BAD ACTOR who couldn’t find his ass with both hands & a map!”

Demi Lovato may have gone through some hard times lately, but she’s got much to look forward to, including being a bridesmaid for her Sonny with a Chance co-star, 25-year-old Tiffany Thornton.

Tiffany tells PEOPLE:

“Demi is one of my bridesmaids! We go way back. She’s like a little sister to me. She’s one of my closest friends.”

Demi was recently released from a treatment facility because of her problems stemming from her eating disorders and bipolar disorder. Tiffany has remained a loyal friend, texting, tweeting, and hanging out, saying:

“We love Pinkberry! We hang out a lot, we talk about our faith. I just really enjoy spending time with her.[...]You could tell she was always tired. She works more than any person I have ever known in my entire life.”

Though Demi won’t be returning to Sonny with a Chance, Tiffany says:

“I’ll miss Demi. I’m really proud of her. It takes a lot of guts to admit that you aren’t perfect in front of the world.”

Justin Timberlake may have taken on a role as a guy who’s okay with casual relationships in his upcoming movie Friends with Benefits, but the pop singer-turned-actor spoke with Ellen Degeneres on her talk show about how he doesn’t think it’s the greatest idea.

“It’s a really good idea until it becomes a bad idea. It probably becomes a bad idea really fast.[...]If you’re going to be intimate with someone at some point somebody’s going to feel something.”

Ellen quipped, “If it’s bad, then no one’s going to develop any feelings, to which Justin retorted, “They’ll develop a feeling, but it’s going to be uh, uh.”

Justin recently broke up with actress Jessica Biel, and though he has since been linked to Friend with Benefits co-star Mila Kunis, he’s denied all allegations of a love affair.

In the new issue of Rolling Stone, Steven Tyler talks about why he signed on to American Idol, doing drugs with Joe Perry, and his first solo single. “I’m really lucky right now,” Tyler tells the magazine. “I’m on top of the world: I’m Hollywood’s little f*ckin’ sweetheart, basically.”

As for joining Idol, Tyler tells Rolling Stone he made his decision after his bandmates threatened to throw him out of Aerosmith. “Did I take this job to show the band?” he says. “F*ck, yeah. Not to show them, but that I can’t be held hostage anymore. I will be my own hostage. The band can’t throw me out.”

During Aerosmith’s ill-fated attempt to cut a new album with producer Brendan O’Brien a couple years back, Tyler says he did drugs with Joe Perry for the first time in years. “It was just like 30 years before,” Tyler says. “I whipped out mine, he whipped out his and we got high together again.”

In the fall of 2008 Tyler flew to London to sing for Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and Jason Bonham, who were considering starting a new project with him. “I decided, ‘Well, I know that I’m mad at those [Aerosmith] guys, but I’m not that mad,’” Tyler says. “So I called Jimmy up after I left, two weeks later, and said, ‘You’re in a classic band, and so is mine, and I just can’t do that to my guys.”

Tyler is releasing his first solo single of his entire career, a poppy tune called “Feels So Good.” “I can hear it coming out of people’s cars this summer,” he says.
