Brooke Mueller was ordered to take a drug test on Friday. She refused. The drug testing was part of her custody agreement with Charlie Sheen.

Charlie’s lawyers are headed to court on Tuesday to work towards getting his twin sons back.

Brooke has reportedly entered rehab AGAIN, after a weekend of bingeing, according to TMZ.

And sources say that refusal was because of a reported cocaine bender that lasted the entire week, according to multiple reports. TMZ obtained video surveillance reportedly showing Mueller attempting to pawn jewelry for cash in California.

Now, Sheen’s attorney is said to be planning to notify Mueller’s lawyers Monday that the actor will be asking a judge to give him the boys while she completes her treatment.

Last month, Sheen’s sons were removed from his L.A. mansion by Mueller and the LAPD following the actor’s series of now-infamous interviews, where he launched a tirade against his former boss Chuck Lorre.

Sheen and Mueller’s divorce is just weeks from being finalized. The former couple’s marriage began to publicly unravel following a 2009 arrest of Sheen for a domestic violence incident in Aspen, CO.

When I read the headline that ‘Scream 4′ had bombed, I was thinking much less than $19 million for it’s opening. But apparently, coming in at #2 with $19 million makes it a bomb.

Opening at No. 2 in North America with considerably less success was “Scream 4,” the first installment in the horror franchise in 11 years.

The Dimension Films release sold about $19.3 million worth of tickets across the United States and Canada. Industry insiders had expected the bloody reunion of David Arquette, Courteney Cox and Neve Campbell to open in the mid-$20 million range. Dimension is a unit of the closely held Weinstein Co.

The best opening in the series was the $34.7 million start for “Scream 3″ in 2000, but it quickly stalled and finished up with $89 million — the worst in the series. The 1996 original was the most successful with sales of $103 million.

$19 million and #2 ain’t bad, if you ask me. Maybe it’ll pick up steam this week. It’s hard to outdo kids movies these days (‘Rio’ came in at #1).

We haven’t seen Evangeline Lilly since May of 2010 when she attended the Cannes Film Festival, and now we know why! She’s pregnant! Very pregnant!

Lost alum Evangeline Lilly was spotted with a visible baby bump in Hawaii on Thursday; the actress’ rep had no comment on the pregnancy. It will be the first child for Lilly, 31, and boyfriend Norman Kali, who worked as a production assistant on the ABC hit.

Lilly recently spoke about how she was happy to be moving on from the show. “People are excited to try on the next chapter of their lives,” she told New York Magazine. “This show is all-encompassing. We have had very little experience outside of the show during the last six years because it’s just so demanding; it requires so much of us. So, it’s exciting to have your freedom back, essentially.”

And the Golden Globe nominee, who dated costar Dominic Monaghan from 2004-2009, said that said she wanted to take a hiatus from show business for a while.

“I’m definitely planning on taking a break for a little while,” she said. “I consider acting a day job — it’s not my dream; it’s not my be-all, end-all.”
