Is Country song artist Sara Evans in a bind? Her ex Craig Schelske wants shared custody of their children immediately. Craig claims that Sara surrounds the kids with a crazy environment when she’s on tour… including an environment filled with drugs and alcohol.

It’s the latest in the ex-couple’s ongoing custody dispute, filed Wednesday in Tennessee – Craig Schelske is gunning for 50/50 custody of their three children … in order to “protect the children from the likelihood of substantial harm” during Sara’s upcoming tour.

According to the papers, Schelske’s been on tour with his country singer ex before — and “has first-hand knowledge that the children are exposed to inappropriate conduct, spend little time with [Sara], and are placed in a party atmosphere with excessive drinking and drug use.”

Schelske adds, in the past Sara has even “encouraged and condoned underage drinking.”

As of now, Sara has full custody of the kids — and she’s scheduled to leave on a brand new tour in less than a month … so he’s trying to move fast.

In my opinion, kids aren’t the best people to bring on tour. Maybe they should stay at home with dad.

Despite the gossip, Victoria Beckham was wearing a deep navy blue dress, not black. (So, no, she didn’t bring bad luck!)

Posh’s outfit was from her own collection, and those Christian Louboutins on her feet were made specially for her! Her deep navy blue pillbox fascinator was made by Philip Treacy.

Now we move on to soccer superstar David Beckham. One word: HOT!

David’s morning suit was designed by Ralph Lauren from the Purple Label collection. He also carried a top hat… but didn’t seem to wear it! Also, do you see the medal on his suit? That is the Order of the British Empire medal, and David proudly wore it… ON THE WRONG LAPEL! The sportsman pinned his OBE medal on the right lapel when it should have been pinned on the left lapel!

The Beckhams were definitely on the the royal wedding’s “Hottest List” — right beneath the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, of course!

Michael Jackson‘s doctor, Conrad Murray, is still fighting back! The doctor’s lawyers have subpoenaed Sony for the raw footage from the ‘This Is It’ rehearsals to show the jury that Michael Jackson, indeed,  was physically and mentally unstable before he died. TMZ has the scoop:

We’ve learned Murray’s lawyers want the tapes to show Jackson was slow, lethargic and weak in the days prior to his death.  Although some of the video shows an alert MJ, other portions, we’re told, clearly show something is wrong with the singer.

Murray’s lawyers want to show jurors in the manslaughter case … Michael was ill or even dying before the fateful morning … so it wasn’t really the June 25 Propofol injections that killed MJ.

In case you didn’t know, ‘Gossip Girl’ star Chace Crawford has a marijuana possession case in Texas. But here’s the deal: if he stays a good boy for the next year, his record will be wiped out and completely clean!

TMZ has the scoop:

Sources tell us Chase –  who was busted in Plano, TX last June after cops found a joint in a car in which he was sitting — has agreed to a pretrial diversion program.  Translation –  if he meets certain conditions in the next 12 months, the case will be dismissed and there will be no criminal record.

As for the conditions …

– He can’t be arrested or engage in any criminal conduct for a year
– He must perform 24 hours of community service
– He must report to a probation officer once a month

We’re told Chace will perform his community service in the middle of the summer.

TMZ has described Sarah Palin as “the mastermind of a dark conspiracy”… regarding punishing an Alaskan citizen who dared to speak out against her over a traffic situation in Juneau.

A man named Theodore Thoma claims he had a serious issue with traffic in the neighborhood surrounding the Governor’s Mansion back in 2009 … back when Sarah was the Gov. In fact, Thomaclaims he proposed state action to solve the problem and even made up signs and fliers to push the issue.

But Palin didn’t take kindly to the criticism, says Thoma, and she “undertook a campaign against [Theodore] … to punish, embarrass, discredit and silence” him.

It’s unclear what she did … but according to Thoma’s suit, Palin’s actions have caused a “chilling” effect on his ability to exercise his federal constitutional rights.

Thoma wants Palin to fork over more than $100k for all of the harm she’s caused.

Here’s the news on William and Kate!! Excuse me… ahem… His Royal Highness The Duke of Cambridge and Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge.

I’ve been watching the royal wedding festivities on CNN since 1am, and let me tell you…

This was a fairy tale that came to life!

Here is a quick re-cap of royal wedding details (and some fun facts!):

1. Before the wedding, the cute couple consisted of Prince William of Wales and Kate Middleton.
2. Kate has chosen to go by “Catherine”
3. The Queen has gifted her grandson William the title Duke of Cambridge (a dukedom being the highest rank in the British peerage). Thus, Catherine is Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge.
4. William traveled to Westminster Abbey in a Bentley with his brother and Best Man, Prince Harry.
5. The only individual who arrived at Westminster Abbey after the Queen was Catherine.
6. Duchess Catherine’s ivory dress was designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen. It was a v-neck dress with long sleeves made of lace… as well as a not-as-long-as-Diana’s train. Catherine looked stunning with a tiara designed by Cartier and a simple veil covering her face.
7. Catherine arrived (as a commoner) in a Rolls Royce with her father, Michael Middleton.
8. Those fancy hats that all of the women wear are called fascinators.
9. The David and Victoria Beckham (quick photo below) looked HOTTER than HOT. Victoria wore her hair back in a long sleek ponytail, a dark navy dress of her own design, a fascinator by Philip Treacy, and customized Christian Louboutin shoes. David wore an amazing Ralph Lauren morning suit!
10. Sir Elton John and David Furnish arrived in style and sang each anthem during the ceremony  (pictured above).
11. Prince Harry’s on-off girlfriend, Chelsy Davy, was his date to the royal wedding. Chelsy wore an Alberta Ferretti skirt and off-the-shoulder jacket with a bow at the back. Her taupe lace fascinator was made by Victoria Grant.
12. Catherine’s sister, Pippa Middleton, looked AMAZING as the Maid of Honor in her long cowl-neck dress.
13. Catherine’s mother, Carole Middleton, sported a sky blue day dress by Catherine Walker.
14. Catherine’s brother, James Middleton, read a passage from the Bible during the ceremony.
15. After William and Catherine tied the knot, Catherine joined her hubby in a carriage led by beautiful horses! This was the same carriage that the late Princess Diana used for her 1981 wedding festivities.
16. William and Catherine kissed twice on the balcony of the Buckingham Palace!

Move over, Housewives, Mob Wives, Kardashians, Hollywood A-listers, and all reality stars…

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, is definitely the woman of the year who has made her mark in history!

This was the wedding of the century!!
