In an interview airing today (April 22) on ABC’s ’20/20′, Elton John and his partner David Furnish confirm that Stefani Germanotta, aka Lady Gaga, is indeed the godmother of the couple’s four-month-old soon, Zachary.

“Yes, yes, she is,” John says. “When you get to the real person under there, there’s a real simple person under there who loves her parents.”

Furnish says their son is “going to inherit an incredible musical legacy from his father one day, and she will be a good person to guide him through the ins and outs of the music business, ’cause she sure knows everything about the business now.”

Gaga had been rumored to be the child’s godmother, but neither John nor Furnish confirmed rumors.

When John hosted SNL earlier this month, he joked about the speculation. “For those of you concerned that we are unusual parents, do not worry. It’s not like we are the only two people involved in the child’s life. His godmother is Lady Gaga. That’s true, that’s not a joke … which is ironic because I’ve always said that Mars ain’t the kind of place to raise your kids. And Gaga loves Mars. She says Mars has good schools and great discos.”

After all, godmothers don’t really come with pumpkin carriages… They come in eggs!

The men and women of the U.S. Marines 266 Rein and HMLA 169 love love LOVE Britney Spears – and they flashed some fierce dance moves to prove it… by making their own video and posting it on YouTube!!

The video opens with aerial shots over what looks to be a base camp surrounded by stark sand, along with the words, “Somewhere deep in the heart of Afghanistan…”

Bass begins to thump as Britney Spears’ hit song “Hold It Against Me” suddenly swells.

Hilarity ensues as two male soldiers kick off the desert dance-party, dancing and lip-syncing to the pop chart-topper.

Britney herself has seen the fatigue-filled spoof, and the pop princess immediately made her appreciation for the troops’ efforts known.

“I am in LOVE with this… I always knew our soldiers were fierce!” Britney posted on her Facebook page on Thursday, along with a link to view the soldiers’ video. “Thanks for everything you guys do… –Britney.”

“Hold It Against Me” is not the first musical endeavor by the U.S. Marines 266 Rein – the group previously posted a video of the troops rocking out to Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the USA.”

Comedienne Tina Fey‘s second baby with Jeff Richmond is on the way! Tina admits Jeff is pretty good when it comes to being a dad and taking care of babies. He had been helpful with daughter Alice, who is now 5 years old… but Tina does admit one thing: When it came to changing diapers, he just failed!

“My husband was really good about helping out. The problem was diapers. He never got past the poop,” Tina told GQ magazine’s May issue. “He would do these [gagging noise] ‘Oh God, I’m gonna vomit.’ Never got over it.”

As for the actress/writer herself, she had trouble adjusting to using a breast pump, while at the same time watching an HBO bromance comedy series.

“Yeah, the thing’s upsetting. I would try to pump milk while watching ‘Entourage’ on demand. And that was the worst possible way to do it,” she told the mag. “Like, I had the pump on, and I’d hear Turtle on TV: ‘Yo, E, you ever [expletive] a girl when she has her period?’ I just sat there thinking, ‘Oooh, this is not how this is meant to be.’”

The expectant mom is currently celebrating the 100th episode of her NBC comedy series, “30 Rock,” which aired on Thursday night, and she admitted that her character is a lot like another legendary NBC character.

“I always feel like she’s like Jerry Seinfeld on ‘Seinfeld.’ You couldn’t have done ‘Seinfeld’ and hired some random guy to be Seinfeld,” she said. “What he was bringing was very specific to him.”

In case you didn’t know, Tina is five months along in her pregnancy. She’s also currently promoting her memoir, Bossypants.

The beautiful Ali Landry has some exciting news! Her second baby is on the way!

“I found out on Valentine’s Day and told my husband and daughter together — they were both so excited!” Ali, who is 3½ months pregnant, tells Life & Style exclusively.

The 37-year-old model and actress can’t wait to give daughter Estela, 3, a sibling and says she and her film director husband, Alejandro Monteverde, are over the moon. “I love being pregnant,” says Ali. “Being a mom is just the best thing in the entire world.”

The 1996 Miss USA winner, who rose to fame as the first spokeswoman for Doritos when her commercial debuted during the 1998 Super Bowl, wed Alejandro in 2006. She currently hosts Yahoo! Web series Spotlight to Nightlight and has her children’s clothing line, Belle Parish.
