Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon promotes Soda Stream, a home soda maker, which she also uses in her bar Spin, during the International Home & Housewares Show at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Sarandon, who recently split from long-time partner Tim Robbins, is currently working on a film with Richard Gere.

Al Pacino, one of the most profitable actors of all time, owes Uncle Sam $188,000.

Although Pacino’s films have grossed over $1 billion, the government has taken a tax lien against the actor.

The Internal Revenue Service just filed a tax lien against Pacino — claiming he slighted the government out of $169,143.06 in 2008 and $19,140.44 in 2009 … for a grand total of $188,283.50.

A rep for Pacino tells TMZ … Al never intended to screw over Uncle Sam … and blames the whole thing on his former business manager Kenneth Starr … not the guy from Lewinsky fame … the convicted Ponzi schemer who was just sentenced to seven years in prison for bilking a bunch of Hollywood bigwigs out of millions.

A Ke$ha superfan decided to let the singer give her a tattoo!

Ke$ha posted the above video on her Facebook page. In the video, Ke$ha’s seen giving the fan a tattoo with a safety pin! The singer is a fan of safety pin tattoos, she recently told Paper Magazine:

“A friend of mine told me you can [create a tattoo] with pen ink and a safety pin and I was like ‘That’s amazing. I could give tattoos at anywhere in the world at any hotel.’ I saw this hot dude recently and I gave him a tattoo sitting in the lobby of the hotel. I was just like ‘Can I borrow a pen and a sewing kit?’ I think I got an admirer out of that one.”

According to TMZ, David Arquette has just been involved in a head-on car accident today.

In his silver Cadillac, David was behind a car that stopped suddenly.

And to avoid hitting the car in front of him, he swerved to the left… and crashed in to a car that was driving in the opposite direction!

The accident has left David injured and bleeding. Fire trucks have raced to the scene.

‘Baywatch’ star Jeremy Jackson is on his way to Dr. Drew’s ‘Celebrity Rehab.’

According to TMZ, Jeremy is addicted to hormone injections and “fears his fitness obsession is taking over his life.”

We’re told Jeremy — who played Hobie on the show — got into fitness a few years back as a way to help kick his meth addiction, and it worked … but what used to be a healthy hobby spiraled out of control … and now he fears for his life.

Sources close to Jeremy tell us, he’s not only addicted to the gym — he can’t stop injecting HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and testosterone (an anabolic steroid).

We’re told Jeremy even injects himself with vitamin B12 — a procedure typically done by medical professionals — and loads up on countless other supplements he fears are destroying his body.
