ET has gotten their hands on the surveillance video that shows Lindsay Lohan inside the Venice, CA jewelry store where she’s accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace!
The video, obtained by The Associated Press and licensed to ET and its sister show “The Insider,” shows four different camera angles and is 42 minutes in length. Lindsay, accompanied by a male companion, was dressed in shorts and hiking boots as she tried on several jewelry pieces.
The actress was charged with one count of felony grand theft in connection with the stolen goods. Lindsay and her lawyer, Shawn Holley, have maintained her innocence.
While performing in Paris over the weekend, Katy Perry performed an acoustic performance of Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way”!
She didn’t perform the full song, but after hearing this brief clip – I wish she had! I like Perry’s version better than Gaga’s! I love it!
Last June, Perry launched an attack on Gaga for her ‘Alejandro’ video, in which the singer dresses as a nun and gobbles up a rosary. In a Twitter post, Perry said using “blasphemy as entertainment is as cheap as a comedian telling a fart joke.”

Charlie Sheen was seemingly celebrating his being fired from Two and a Half Men on Monday afternoon.
The actor climbed to the top of the Live Nation office building in Beverly Hills first wielding a machete and then drinking “Tiger Blood” out of a bottle, as captured by a TMZ camera crew.
Asked what he was planning to do next, Sheen shouted down to reporters below: “I ain’t gonna go to f—ing Disneyland, I’ll tell you that much.”
Once on ground again, Sheen was asked if he was “excited” about being released from his Men contract.
“Let me just say, free at last, free at last,” Sheen replied.
On Monday, Sheen’s lawyer Marty Singer told The Hollywood Reporter that they are planning to sue Warner Bros. over Sheen’s termination.
“We will sue,” Singer said. “It’s a matter of when. It could be this week, it could be in a little while. We’re in no rush. But we will sue.”

Although buzz about which celebrities could join Simon Cowell’s new show The X Factor is already going strong, a new name has been added to the mix. Jessica Simpson is a frontrunner to become one of the judges alongside Cowell, a show insider tells PEOPLE.
“There [are] loads of conversations happening at the moment,” says the source. “No one has been offered a judging role yet as new names keep coming forward who want the role, but there are some frontrunners and it’s fair to say Jessica is one of them. She’s very keen.”
Simpson, 30, has the skills needed for this particular format, which features a $5 million recording contract as the grand prize, says the insider. Still, there are a lot of factors that go in to making the final choice.
“She knows what she is talking about [and] is talented and likable,” the source says. “But Simon’s not in a rush to decide. The judges have to mentor on The X Factor – it’s more than just turning up for a few hours a week to appear on TV.”
The judges will have to “work with contestants on music, dancers, styling,” the source continues. “It’s a lot of work.”
