We previously reported on actress Olivia Wilde splitting from her husband a month ago, but today it’s being reported that she has officially filed for divorce.

The 27-year-old actress cited “irreconcilable differences” in her divorce petition against her husband of 8 years, Tao Ruspoli. The pair had an 18 month courtship after eloping; they exchanged vows in an abandoned school bus in Virginia.

Sources close to the couple claims that the split was all Olivia’s idea:

“It was Olivia’s decision,”

and

“Olivia got married really young. She’s done a lot of growing since then, just like anyone would…they’ve just grown in different directions.”

Many believe it really isn’t about growth, but about another man. The actress was spotted holding hands with handsome actor Ryan Gosling just last week as they strolled together at an aquarium in Newport, Kentucky.

Pregnant 36-year-old singer/host Jewel was involved in an accident this morning. It’s reported that both she and the baby are “doing fine,” and I’m sure that’s excellent news for husband and papa-to-be, 41-year-old Ty Murray.

Around 11:00 a.m. this morning the Stephenville, Texas, the passenger side of Jewel’s vehicle was struck by a volunteer firetruck. She was taken to the hospital, but thankfully she didn’t sustain any major injuries to herself or the baby.

After yesterday’s devastation in Japan caused by an 8.9 magnitude earthquake, tsunami warnings have been issued for not only surrounding island countries, but the North American west coastal region. Taylor Lautner and the beloved Twilight Wolf Pack are currently filming Breaking Dawn on Vancouver Island Beach, and have been evacuated for security measures.

No one is in any danger, but it’s reported that they have been moved out of the town of Tofino, the open coast region where production has been taking place. We’ll let you know when filming is scheduled to resume.

With news of Tony Danza filing for divorce, we’ve got a Hollywood couple that just got engaged! 28-year-old Canadian actor Jay Baruchel (Million Dollar Baby, Tropic Thunder) popped the question to girlfriend, and fellow Canadian actress, 25-year-old Alison Pill (Milk, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World).

Jay describes the hilarious, adorably nervous moment when he asked Alison the big question:

“I was going to give her a ring, and I wasn’t sure, I wasn’t ready in my heart to say what it was.[...]“When I gave it to her, I just said, basically, ‘S— or get off the pot,[...]I said, ‘F— it, will you marry me?’ “

Haha! The ring is a 180-year-old Victorian wedding band (WOW!), and in case you’re wondering, she did say yes. The two plan on tying the knot in September of 2012.

Everyone is talking about who will replace Charlie Sheen on ‘Two And A Half Men’.

John Stamos is a front-runner to replace Sheen on the CBS sitcom, but Stamos totally dumped the idea of replacing him this morning on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show.

“I don’t want to replace anyone, especially Charlie Sheen,” said Stamos. “It’s just not where my head is at.”

But that’s not to say the actor doesn’t appreciate being thrown in the mix of possible contenders.

“It’s all been very flattering,” he admitted. “But nobody has officially talked to me and, quite frankly, as flattering as it is, it’s really not part of my career plan right now. I’m just on a different trajectory.”

Plus, if Stamos had his way about it, nobody would take over for Sheen.

“Charlie is great on that show and people love Charlie on that show and people love the way the show is,” he said. “So, in the big scheme of things, apparently there’s a lawsuit going on, so I don’t know, but I hope it works out and I hope he goes back and people get the show that they love.”

Keira Knightley leaves the Comedy Theatre yesterday (March 10) in London, England. She stays warm and fashionable in a checkered mid-length coat, tights, a tan scarf and matching flats!

In case you didn’t know, Keira has been busy with the release of a Chanel advertisement and has signed on to be the voice of Tinker Bell in a Peter Pan Prequel to hit theaters this summer.
