Lindsay Lohan met with her lawyers yesterday afternoon, and after they told her what her options were in the case, Lindsay wholeheartedly claims her innocence and would rather go to trial than take a deal.

The actress will appear before Judge Stephanie Sautner for her preliminary hearing on April 22. Going to trial means that Lindsay not only just faces jail time, but the possibility of prison if convicted of grand theft.

Many speculate that Lindsay will definitely be thrown in jail for violating her probation, and that’s before her trial will even begin. The only way Lindsay can get off with a slap on the wrist is if she’s found not guilty and Judge Sautner decides not to rule on her probation. Highly unlikely, but crazier things have happened.

It’s only been five days since Jessica Biel announced her split from her then-beau Justin Timberlake.

Obviously the actress is doing just fine because she’s already been spotted getting close and comfy with her Playing the Field co-star Gerard Butler.

Currently filming the flick in Shreveport, Louisiana, Biel, 29, and the 300 hunk, 41, were first spotted out for a crew member’s birthday at a Japanese restaurant on March 15.

When Gerry got there, he made a beeline for Jessica,” an eyewitness tells Us. “He was really flirting with her.”

Two nights later, the duo was seen throwing back margaritas at a Mexican restaurant. And that’s not all, Biel and Butler shared two more dinners later that week!

Still a source close to the actress says, “She only wants to be friends.”

Actress Uma Thurman is another lady who thinks co-star Robert Pattinson is an Adonis. However, she admits she wasn’t one of the lucky ones to see Robert’s bum while filming Bel Ami. But she did confess that he is very good looking and incredibly talented.

“Robert Pattinson is, I think, going to be a really serious actor,” Uma explained. “I think he’s incredibly concrete in his presence on the set and obviously is very handsome. [He] is a very nice person and he’s sensitive. He’s present. … He’s a really good actor.”

“Yes, he’s extremely dashing, like an old-world movie star,” she added. “[But] he’s got a lot of weight to him. I don’t think he was knocked down by all the women they threw at him [during the filming of Bel Ami], which I think is probably lucky for him.”

Rob has said he’s worried Bel Ami will show a lot of his “bum,” so did Uma film those scenes with Rob?

“I didn’t see his bum once!” she said with a laugh. “So I can’t tell you about it. I don’t know what happened to him with other characters, I have no idea, to tell you the truth,” she said, adding that just because she didn’t see it, doesn’t mean it won’t be in the film. “I haven’t seen the film cut together, so there may or may not be Robert’s bum.“

We’ve all watched little Suri Cruise grow up, literally.

Now that she’s no longer a baby, Katie Holmes‘ Midwestern parents decide to speak up.

After seeing a tired Suri out for 1 a.m. dinners, playing with penis-shaped candies and still being allowed to use a pacifier, Martin and Kathleen Holmes, “are really upset,” an insider tells Life & Style, with the lack of boundaries Tom and Katie are setting for their little daughter. “They’re very worried that Tom isn’t letting Suri enjoy the childhood she deserves because of his Scientology beliefs.”

The practice has already taken a toll on poor Suri, says a second insider. “She often throws temper tantrums when she’s out with Katie and Tom,” the insider says. An eyewitness tells Life & Style that during a late-night trip to Serendipity in NYC on March 15, Katie and a nanny couldn’t get Suri into her car seat. “As always, Suri won and didn’t have to sit in her car seat,” says the witness.

While experts disagree about many aspects of child-rearing, they’re unanimous on one thing: Parents should never give in to a child when it comes to car seats. According to New York state law, children Suri’s age must use a booster seat at minimum.

“Kids are not little adults,” child psychologist Vicki Panaccione tells Life & Style. “Their reasoning abilities, nervous systems, decision-making processes and moral judgment are just not up to adult development.”

Is it the Hollywood lifestyle? Or Scientology? Or both?

Michael Jackson‘s oldest son, Prince Jackson, is growing up!

“Prince has a girlfriend; they just started dating about a week or two ago,” Tito Jackson, Michael Jackson’s brother, tells Life & Style magazine.

The 14-year-old met his new gal at school, his uncle says. “He’s at the age where he’s noticing the pretty girls, and they’re starting to notice him too,” Tito reveals. Girls aren’t the only thing keeping Prince busy. “He’s on the basketball team and playing football,” says Tito, whose first solo album, So Far So Good, will be released this summer (go to titojackson.com for more info). “He has a normal childhood.”

Prince is swooning the girls at such a young age just like his dad used to!
