It seems like it’s being reported that everyone is looking to replace Charlie Sheen, but the latest actor to have his name tossed in the pool is Jeremy Piven.

A source told RadarOnline:

“Jeremy is a great actor and a hot commodity, his name has come up a couple of times in talks about who, if anybody, could step into Charlie’s shoes.[...]No one connected in any way with Jeremy knows anything about this and that would include Jeremy.”

Well, a good start to having Jeremy replace Charlie is…well…telling Jeremy about it.

Charlie hasn’t been crying about losing his job, even with the $100,000,000 lawsuit he’s filed against Warner Bros., he never has said he wants his job back.

“I’m just dying for that first phone call from dude, from whoever he is, whoever my replacement is, going ‘Oh my God you weren’t lying, man! This is toxic. I must run immediately.’”

How toxic? I know quite a few people who will put up with Hollywood attitudes for $2million an episode. Just sayin’.

In a story that I could only expect to get more and more bizarre as time goes on, Michael Lohan has recently made the claim that he did not in fact assault ex-girlfriend Kate Major, but that she attacked him.

Michael visited a West Hollywood police station to file a report that Kate assaulted him, and that he allegations against him are false. He is looking to clear his name and demands that cops arrest her for filing a false police report.

He also says that he did not cut himself in attempt to falsely accuse Kate of attacking him; quite the contrary. He alleges Kate actually abused herself and blamed him. He claims that he kicked Kate out of their apartment long ago, and she was technically trespassing on his property when she showed up, and then left, taking clothing and items he purchased for his daughter Lindsay.

My mother always said there are three sides to every story: the two in question, and the last is the truth…which I don’t think we’re ever going to really know.

Hillary Rodham Clinton has been quite busy for the last, oh I don’t know, twenty years. She’s been a mother, a wife, First Lady, U.S. Senator, Presidential candidate and lastly Secretary of State, a title of which she currently holds.

Now the former First Lady is ready to hang up that busy lifestyle for a more modest living, such as “Closet Cleaner,” (her words, not mine). She tells People in their latest issue that she will not be seeking any public offices when President Obama’s term ends in 2013.

The 63-year-old says:

“I’ve been on the highest tightrope of American and global politics. In two years it will be 20 years. I want to do other things.”

So what will be the first thing that Hillary will do?

“Oh, I want to go home first, catch up on mundane things like sleep and cleaning closets.”

Cleaning out her closet, huh? Should Bill be worried?

Adam Kennedy, second baseman on the Seattle Mariners and a member of the 2002 World Series winning Anaheim Anegls, has been officially charged with two counts of DUI. This comes two months after he was busted drunk driving in Orange County, Calif.

Adam faces one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a blood alcohol level above .08%, the legal limit. The Orange County District Attorney’s office filed the charges yesterday.

His arraignment date is June 21.

Good Morning American host Robin Roberts reached out to Chris Brown saying that she would like to have the singer back on the show, even after his outrageous outburst on the set yesterday.

Robin claims she was “shocked like everybody else” when she heard about the extent of Chris’s rage yesterday, but she would gladly have him back (probably to probe him about why he got so angry).

On this this morning’s Good Morning America, Robin said:

“We wish [Brown] the absolute best and…we’ve extended the invitation to him and I sure hope that he takes us up on it, because we’d love to have another chat with him.[...]Anytime we have a guest here on the program, we let them know ahead of time the subject matter, the topics that we’re going to discuss and we, even right before the interview, I said that to Chris and I was shocked like everybody else was.”

No word on whether Chris will be making another appearance on the program, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

Charlie Sheen has filed legal papers requesting a public trial against Warner Bros. to make sure there aren’t any shady dealings going on that the world can’t see.

Charlie, even in the midst of his bizarre behavior, has been loved by the American public and he wants to make sure that when he goes to court over suing Warner Bros. for $100,000,000 for firing him, there won’t be any funny business.

He claims that the judges who preside over the private, closed-arbitration hearings do much business with Warner Bros., and insinuates that they would lean more in their favor and it wouldn’t be a fair trial.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he asked for cameras in the courtroom either.
