Black Swan Themed Party:

• Have your guests wear all black – black leggings or leg warmers? BONUS!
• Table setting: Mirrors, lip stick, nail polish, rose petals, feathers – you name it!
• What to serve: Pink cake like Nina’s mom serves! Pink cupcaks – or pink cookies. White and Black items.
• Cocktail: How about a Black Swan Russian? Drink recipe below:

Godiva “Black Swan” Russian

• 1 ounce Godiva Liqueur
• 1 1/4 ounces Godiva Chocolate Vodka
• Pour Godiva Liqueur and vodka into rocks glass over ice. Stir.

PS: I’ve tried this drink – it gets my seal of approval

Today marks the start of training camp for David Beckham and the LA Galaxy.

In case you didn’t know, the soccer pro and wife Victoria Beckham are among the 1,900 guests invited to the royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

“It’s a huge thing for our country to have a royal wedding,” states the Galaxy’s English midfielder to the LA Times. “I’m a big royal family fan, always have been. I was brought up by my grandparents and my parents to love the royal family.”

And just so you know, the royal wedding takes place on April 29, while the Galaxy are set to play in Texas against FC Dallas on May 1.

So will Beckham pack his bags and take a trip overseas for the big occasion?

“We’ll have to wait and see,” Beckham says. “I’ll concentrate on playing and training here. That’s all I’m thinking about.”

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley stepped out earlier this week with a ring on her finger, and rumors started flying that her boy toy, Jason Statham, had popped the question.

However, on Thursday (February 24), Rosie sets the record straight: “No, that’s not an engagement ring,” the model-slash-actress tells Us magazine.

Rosie, 23, and Jason, 43, have been together since last April. Why does their relationship work despite the 20-year age difference gap?

“I don’t know,” Rosie says. “Because we love each other.”

Last night, Christian Dior arrests John Galliano, who has been serving as the fashion house’s chief designer since 1996. Galliano is arrested for an alleged assault, verbally attacking a woman, and expressing anti-Semitic slurs while at a Paris café.

“Dior affirms with the utmost conviction its policy of zero tolerance towards any antisemitic or racist words or behavior,” Dior chief executive Sidney Toledano said in a statement, via New York Times. “Pending the results of the inquiry, Christian Dior has suspended John Galliano from his responsibilities.”

Now, it has yet to be determined whether the Christian Dior fall-winter 2011-2012 ready-to-wear collection will be ready for its showing on March 4; or if Galliano will present his signature fashion label on March 6 during Paris Fashion Week.

Bummer.

Prince William and Kate Middleton returned to St. Andrews University in Scotland Friday.

And why is St. Andrews University so special?

It’s where the royal couple met as students 10 years ago! How cute!

“This is a very special moment for Catherine and me,” William, 28, told more than 600 students and reporters. “It feels like coming home.” (An additional 300 fans waited outside the university’s grounds).

The couple had arrived in town the previous night to receive an early wedding present: a £70,000 scholarship in their honor, which will cover the cost of tuition and, if payable, accommodation and living expenses for a four-year undergraduate degree in science, arts, medicine or divinity.

The scholarship also kicks off the university’s 600th anniversary celebrations.

Despite the strong winds, Middleton, 29, kept her poise in a red coat, black leather gloves and her favorite suede LK Bennet boots.

According to an onlooker, William “was attentive to Kate, often asking her, ‘All good?’ or ‘OK?’, which seemed to reassure her.

“He is absolutely a gentleman. Everywhere Kate walks, he would keep an eye on her to make sure she was alright,” the onlooker tells UsMagazine.com. “And when they walked through doors or entrances, he would always let her go through first, putting a hand on her back.”

Prince William and Kate are a couple I’m going to have my eye on for a long time. They’re so adorable! I can’t wait to see what kind of projects they get in to together.
