Yes, I know I reported this three hours ago, but in case you’re just tuning in – Lindsay Lohan WILL BE CHARGED with felony grand theft tomorrow morning!
Lindsay has been accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, CA jewelry store, and the D.A. thinks he has enough evidence to prove it.
She is being required to show up in person for an arraignment tomorrow afternoon at an L.A. courthouse. If convicted, she faces up to three years in prison.
The actress’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley has denied Lohan committed any crime and plans to defend her in court.
A source close to the actress insisted the necklace was borrowed, not stolen. The source recently told PEOPLE, “Lindsay’s used to getting gifted items that are worth way more than that. And why would she steal a necklace? She has tons of jewelry and doesn’t need any more.”
LAPD detectives obtained a search warrant last week to search Lohan’s Venice home, but before they descended on the actress, the necklace was returned to the police station, according to an LAPD statement.
Lohan is currently on probation and under random drug testing in her ongoing DUI case.

Jude Law and Sienna Miller have ended their relationship, the actor’s rep confirms to UsMagazine.com.
This isn’t the first time the couple has experienced heartbreak. After two years of dating, they split in 2006 when Law, now 38, admitted he had cheated on Miller with his children’s nanny. (He has two sons and a daughter with his ex-wife, actress Sadie Frost, 45.)
“That was a very pivotal time in my life, and I’m happy saying that,” Miller, now 29, told Vogue in July 2009. “It’s a private moment when you get your heart broken for the first time, and that was the absolute antithesis of private. It couldn’t have been more public!”
Law and Miller reconciled in late 2009; they even hit the red carpet together at the Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute Gala in NYC the following spring.
“They were holding hands and looked very happy and in love,” a witness told Us at the time. “Sienna was smiling ear-to-ear as she and Jude walked up the steps into the Met.”
