Paris Hilton’sboyfriend knows how to gift! Cy Waits, nightclub owner and entrepreneur surprised the socialite with a $375,000 car for her birthday – but not before “pranking” her.
“My boyfriend is such a prankster,” Paris tweeted. “As a practical joke when he surprised me with the car. He first had them pull up a yellow Lexus. I was in shock! The car is amazing! But yellow! So not my style! Ha. Then he had the real present pulled up, the Lexus in a beautiful pearl white.”
She went on to tweet, “My boyfriend got me the most incredible birthday gift! I love it! He’s so generous and sweet! Amazing!”
The prank was all for the cameras, as the gift giving was filmed as part of Paris’ new reality show, The World According to Paris. Paris’ gift – a Lexus LF-A sports car, retails for $375K. Wow.
Gabriel Aubry took time off from the custody war with Halle Berry to take his daughter, Nahla to the Los Angeles Zoo this afternoon. Maybe Gabriel’s just getting in some additional time, because yesterday a judge ruled that Halle could take Nahla to NYC while she films a movie for two weeks.
Ok first – let me just say that interviewer is full of crap. First thing she says is “You look amazing!” Really? Dressing up like a condom and covered in horns makes her hot?
“A latex condom inspired outfit, because we’re here to talk about safe sex.” Hmm, I thought Lady Gaga was there promoting her new album. If she’s promoting safe sex – what are those nubbin’s on her head?

Mom-to-be Jessica Alba takes daughter Honor Warren to a fabric store in Los Angeles this afternoon with the help of a nanny. The mother-daughter pair has had a full day out with a trip to Creation Station Dance in Century City and then shopping. Yesterday the beautiful mom announced she and hubby Cash Warren are expecting another baby.
26-year-old Nicki Minaj has decided she’s no longer doing collaborations unless you’re Britney Spears. She told Hip Hollywood, “I’m done with collabs. No more collabs for the next two years. Although – Britney’s a snatch like me and she’s cute. Yes. We might do something.”
The Trinidad-born star has also recently picked out her collaboration with Barbadian singer Rihanna – entitled ‘Fly’, from her debut album ‘Pink Friday’ – as one of her favourites because of the strong message it sends.
Nicki added: “I wanted to work with Rihanna for a long time. I’m very proud of her accomplishments; especially since she was born on an island like me.
“This song is a female empowerment song. But then again, it’s not specific to just women. It speaks about flying, soaring high in the face of every single solitary adversity that comes your way.”
Speaking exclusively to EW while attending the Unknown premiere in Los Angeles Wednesday, the Mad Men star said “people should relax” about the ongoing negotiations between Lionsgate and AMC over the future of the drama. “I don’t have any updates as of now. I still have not heard a date we need to be back to the set. But it will come back,” said the actress, who’s co-starring in the actioner opposite Liam Neeson that opens tomorrow. “We just don’t know when. But we usually shoot in spring and summer and it is only February so people should relax. I think it will all get worked out because no one wants to see the show end yet, not the studios or the network or the creator or the actors. I think they just like the drama. They like the build up. It’s like Brett Favre. It was always will he or won’t he retire or play again, and that’s how all this Mad Men talk is starting to feel.”
