Yup, you read that headline correctly! A Los Angeles judge has eased up the restraining order against the hip-hop star and Chris Brown can now legally see Rihanna as long as he remains on “good behavior”.
Chris was last seen doing a self-portrait but is this really a good idea? Let’s remember the beating Chris gave Rihanna two years ago before attending a Grammy’s party.
Rihanna has no trouble with the restraining order since she was the one who wanted the terms of the restraining order lifted in the first place.

Check out Kelly Osbourne as the new face of Madonna’s clothing line, Material Girl! This is Kelly’s first campaign, after taking over for Taylor Momsen, the line’s original spokesperson.
What Madonna had to say on Kelly: “Kelly represents a true Material Girl,” says Madonna in a statement today. “She is edgy, cool and has a unique sense of style that Lola and I love.”
What Kelly had to say on Material Girl and the campaign: “I’m still waiting for someone to pinch me and wake me up. I can’t believe that I’m actually doing this and working with Madonna and Lola. What I like about it is that it’s a brand for every woman, not just for young girls. They take high fashion and make it affordable and they don’t cut corners. And it’s so my style. I hate to call her a little girl, but this girl has the best style and she’s so herself. And she was the most polite, well-mannered, well-rounded, unaffected normal girl in Hollywood that I met. I couldn’t stop raving about her, so when I got this phone call I just had to do this.”
Lola (Lourdes Leon) on Kelly: “I remember exactly what she was wearing: a striped maxidress with a jean jacket and pink blazer and I thought she looked so cool. So when [Iconix] came to us with a selection of girls [for the campaign] and she was one of them, I was like, ‘Oh my God, she’s great and she has great style.’ I just think she’s very individual but at the same time she’s very fashionable.”
Judge Keith Schwartz told the famous defendant bluntly, “I don’t care that you’re Lindsay Lohan.”
Judge Schwartz did not say how much jail time Lindsay would do if she cops a plea.
And, Judge Schwartz wants a psychological evaluation that will help him understand what makes Lindsay tick and what particular sentence is appropriate.
The judge explained … if Lindsay pleads guilty or no contest, it will be an automatic admission she violated her probation.
And the judge announced what TMZ first reported … Deputy D.A. Danette Meyers made a formal offer to settle the case. Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, will noodle over the offer before deciding, but the judge indicated Lindsay’s probably not going to accept the D.A.’s offer. As we reported, Meyers wants significant jail time.
If Lindsay doesn’t accept a plea, she’ll stand trial and if she’s found guilty she could get 1 year in state prison.
Lindsay is back in court on March 10. She has the option of pleading guilty and basically throwing herself at the court’s mercy.

Most women would kill for a body like Holly Madison’s, but Jayde Nicole, a co-star on Holly’s World, isn’t so envious.
“She needs to lose 10 pounds of fat,” Jayde tells Life & Style. “If she lost 10 pounds and toned up a little bit, she’d be back in the shape she used to be.”
Holly, a former Playboy Playmate, recently put on some weight, prompting the producers of her Las Vegas burlesque show, Peepshow, to demand that she shed the added pounds. Rather than coming to Holly’s defense, Jayde tells Life & Style she agrees with the honchos.
“To star in a show like Peepshow, you want to be in the best shape you could possibly be. And Holly would never get picked for Playboy now,” adds Jayde. “If you’re a model, you’re expected to be in good shape. That’s your job.”
Lindsay Lohan is before a judge right now as you read this – where he will decide Lindsay’s fate in her probation violation case (stemming from the stolen necklace case). According to TMZ, the judge feels Lindsay should do time.
Apparently Lindsay may take a plea bargain that will spare her any jail time.
Sources connected with the case tell us Judge Schwartz will propose that Lindsay accept jail time for the probation violation and three years felony probation for the grand theft case. But here’s the BIG problem with that — if Lindsay gets in trouble during the probationary period, she’ll go to state prison.
We’re told Holley has not seen the surveillance video yet, but Meyers will present her with her very own CD tomorrow — before the hearing.
If Lindsay doesn’t accept a plea, the judge will set a date for a preliminary hearing.
Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, as of early this morning, Lindsay insists she’s innocent and is ready to go to trial to clear her name.
