Making her first public appearance since the birth of their new baby, happy parents Penelope Cruz and husband Javier Bardem arrive together at the offices of Jerry Bruckheimer in Santa Monica. Penelope is starring opposite Johnny Depp as his love interest in Bruckheimer’s “Pirates of the Caribbean – 4″ which is already post-production and set to release this summer.

According to friends close to the couple, they named their son Leo Encinas, although that has not been confirmed. Although they haven’t publicly commented on their son, Javier did dedicate his Goya Award which he won on February 13, to his new family.

“I dedicate [this award] to my wife and son for awakening my heart and smile every day,” the Biutiful actor (who’s also up for an Oscar this Sunday) said.

Lady Gaga took to Twitter to announce that she’ll be releasing not one, but TWO music videos for her new single, ‘Born This Way’!

The first video is set to premiere online on February 28th while the second clip will be released to iTunes later. A stripped down version of the song, which is used in the extra video, will also be available for purchase. Money raised from downloads will go to charity.

I don’t really care for the song, but I can’t wait to see the videos!

Well you know what I think about that? It’s about damn time! Lindsay could use a good scare, because otherwise she doesn’t seem to learn her lesson!

Judge Keith L. Schwartz told Lindsay in court on Wednesday that if she somehow avoided a trial, her ass would be thrown in jail. According to Pop Eater, Lindsay is terrified.

“I’m not sure if she can survive this,” a friend of Lindsay’s tells me. “She is so terrified and frightened that we all fear her addictions will kick in again to help her numb the fear.”

Danette Meyers, the deputy DA in the case, tried to cut a deal with Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, offering her eight months in jail and probation, but Holley rejected the offer as she would not accept any hard time time for her client.

When Lindsay faces Judge Schwartz again on March 10, she’ll need to decide whether she’s taking a deal and pleading guilty, or moving closer to an actual trial.

“I get the impression you are not going to accept the DA’s offer,” Judge Schwartz said. “That’s the feeling I got.”

A judge not associated with this case tells me Lindsay made a huge blunder by not accepting the offer.

“Lindsay’s preliminary hearing and probation violation case will now be heard at the same time,” my source said. “So even if Lindsay is found not guilty of stealing she will be found guilty for her probation violation and sent to jail.”

I don’t get the impression that this time is going to be any different than the last. The girl has some major issues.

Kanye West took to Twitter to talk about abortion, and while he doesn’t come out as pro or anti abortion, he definitely takes issue with people who undergo the procedure.

“an abortion can cost a ballin’ nigga up to 50gs maybe a 100. Gold diggin’ bi**hes be getting pregnant on purpose. #STRAPUP my n**gas!” he recommended to his followers.

Just to be clear, though, Kanye hasn’t had the problem himself.

“It ain’t happen to me but I know people,” he clarified.

Soon after that tweet, within the same hour, he added something a bit different to the conversation, tweeting simply “#LUXURYREALNESS.”

Interestingly, on Tuesday he tweeted a picture of Justin Bieber, calling him his “new beat protege,” a bit of an ironic turn given Bieber’s own recent comments about abortion.

Alyssa Milano announced on Tuesday that she was pregnant, and last night she stepped out and debuted a big baby bump!

She was on the red carpet to promote the premiere of ‘Hall Pass’ which looks insanely funny, can’t wait to see it!
