‘My Name is Earl’ actress Jaime Pressly was busted late last night for driving under the influence, according to TMZ.

Jaime was driving in Santa Monica last night around 11:00PM when she was pulled over. She was spotted police after committing a traffic violation.

A field sobriety test was performed and Jaime was arrested and booked on suspicion of DUI.

She was taken to the Santa Monica jail and held on $15,000 bail.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ there were no drugs in Jaime’s car. We’re also told no children were in the car. And, we know, there was no car accident. The only other circumstance in which bail is set at $15,000 — the normal amount is $5,000 — is when the driver’s blood-alcohol level is higher than .15. We have not, however, been able to confirm Jaime’s level.

Khloe Kardashian is reeling from the People’s Choice Award her and her family just won for “Keeping Up” and hasn’t wasted a second to let her fans know how much how grateful she is for all of them.

Just minutes after snagging the award, Khloe, who also unveiled a new hair color tonight, took to her blog writing:

“Thank you so so SO much to everyone who voted for Keeping Up with the Kardashians for the 2011 People’s Choice Award in the category of Favorite TV Guilty Pleasure!!!!! It is such an honor that so many of you tune to watch the craziness that is my family LOL. It’s honestly still so surreal to me and I count my blessings every single day. We have the most amazing fans in the world and I’m beyond grateful for ALL of you. How did I get so lucky?!

The latest installment in the series, Eclipse, picked up four awards, including favorite movie, surpassing nominees including The Social Network and Inception.

It also won favorite drama movie and favorite on-screen team at the awards at the Nokia Theater in L.A., and star Kristen Stewart beat out Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston for favorite movie actress as Bella Swan.

But the film’s heartthrobs Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner didn’t have as much luck when it came to favorite movie actor, which was awarded to Johnny Depp for Alice in Wonderland.

Pattinson was beat out again in a separate category for favorite movie star under 25, which went to Zac Efron.

Adam Sandler, another popular actor at the show, won for favorite comedic star, while his hit flick Grown Ups was favorite comedic movie.

Eminem continues his successful year, snagging the most awards in the music category. Winning favorite male artist and favorite hip hop artist, the rapper also scored favorite song along with Rihanna for “Love the Way You Lie.” The sexy Barbadian songstress also won for favorite pop artist.

House M.D. beat out Glee in the TV category with three awards: favorite TV drama, favorite TV drama actor (Hugh Laurie) and favorite TV drama actress (Lisa Edelstein).

Meg Ryan and John Mellencamp stepped out together today, pretty much confirming what we all believe – they’re a couple.

In these new photos, Jack and Diane, er John and Meg, step out of a car together in New York and Meg seems enraptured by her new beau, who coolly stares ahead, with a lit cigarette in his mouth. (For the record, the singer had a heart attack in 1994 and took off more than a year).

John’s son, Speck, started a Facebook campaign in 2009, asking one million people to join a group and then John would quit smoking. (Looks like that didn’t work out so well.)

But Meg at 49 is still smokin’ hot and was apparently pals with John and his wife during the marriage. Now, as you can see, things have changed.
