Fabulous Olympic ice skater Johnny Weir has finally come out of the closet, after dodging the question for years. In 2006, when asked about his sexuality by a fan on his website, Weir responded, “I don’t feel the need to express my sexual being because it’s not part of my sport and it’s private. I can sleep with whomever I choose and it doesn’t affect what I’m doing on the ice.”

However, in excerpts given to PEOPLE from in his upcoming memoir, ‘Welcome to My World,’ Weir writes, “With people killing themselves and being scared into the closet, I hope that even just one person can gain strength from my story.”

The skater now openly declares, “In a sexual way, I’m gay.”

In his book, Weir admits to not only being comfortable with himself, but living his life with pride. “I’m not ashamed to be me. More than anyone else I know, I love my life and accept myself,” he writes. “What’s wrong with being unique? I am proud of everything that I am and will become.”

She previously insisted she is in no rush to lose her baby weight – but Amy Adams how now confessed that she felt at her most beautiful when she was pregnant.

The Oscar-nominated actress, who gave birth to her daughter Aviana eight months ago, told InStyle magazine that motherhood had changed her.

And she added that having a child had brought out her softer side, and made her more vulnerable.

‘I can’t say, ‘I don’t care,” she said of being a mother. ‘I can’t be tough. There’s no truth to it. I love her. I need her in my life. I can’t pretend otherwise.’

As well as the interview, the 36-year-old showed just how much weight she had lost in a series of stunning photographs, styled by the magazine’s senior fashion editor Natalie Hartley.

In the pictures, Amy poses in a series of fitted dresses and high heels, showing off an enviably slim figure.

But despite this, she confessed in the interview that she has yet to lose all of her baby weight – and also revealed how much she enjoyed the pregnancy.

‘I never felt more beautiful than when I was pregnant,’ Amy said. ‘Because it wasn’t about me.

‘The whole purpose of my body was no longer to fit into a sample size. It was to nurture another being. So I always felt great, no matter what I was wearing.’

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, a notoriously private couple, skipped the red carpet at last night’s People’s Choice Awards and opted to go straight to the show. Is it just me – or does Kristen look incredibly skinny!

They were joined inside by Taylor Lautner, as The Twilight Saga: Eclipse won four awards. It won Favorite Movie, Favorite Movie Actress (Kristen Stewart), Favorite Drama Movie and Favorite On-Screen Team (Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner).

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert Perry has dismissed two drug conspiracy charges against Howard K. Stern, the former boyfriend-lawyer of Anna Nicole Smith, making him a free man.

The jury in the case — in which prosecutors argued Stern and others conspired to fuel Anna Nicole Smith‘s drug habit — found Stern guilty of 2 counts of conspiracy, but not guilty on 7 other charges.

The judge felt the conviction was baseless and threw it out.

It’s also a major repudiation of California Gov. Jerry Brown who grandstanded and spent millions as Attorney General going after Stern and the other defendants.

The judge also found that psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich was acting out of concern for Smith — and sentenced her to no more than one year of probation and a $100 fine for obtaining a Vicodin prescription under a false name.

District Attorney Steve Cooley says, “We strongly disagree with Judge Robert Perry’s ruling today,” adding, “[the ruling] diminishes the huge social problem of prescription drug abuse facilitated by irresponsible caretakers and unscrupulous medical professionals.”

Cooley says he’ll appeal the ruling and hasn’t decided whether to retry Stern on the charges on which the jury was hung.

Jessica Szohr, who plays Vanessa on ‘Gossip Girl’, goes naked for a new ad campaign for SoBe Lifewater – posing provocatively in nothing but some strategically placed, painted-on scales.

The ads, which were just posted on Facebook, will first appear in magazines starting with February’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

“Last year’s SoBe Lifewater skinsuit shoot took place on a gorgeous beach; this year’s skinsuit shoot in the jungle was still amazing, but a little different. It definitely had an edgy vibe that I loved. No matter where you are, it’s easy to be tempted and transformed with new SoBe Lifewater with electrolytes,” Jessica said, sounding like a true spokeswoman.

“Twilight” star Ashley Greene did a similar shoot for the company last year. (Ashley’s pictures were hotter, you can see those here!)

Jaime Pressly was arrested late last night after a traffic stop in Santa Monica and taken to jail.

She was released on $15,000 bail.
